Holiday rentals with a home cinema in 9th arrondissement

Excelente apartamento e incomparável anfitrião (e olha que estive em vários Airbnb's ao longo dos anos). Pascal foi pró-ativo, nos deu várias dicas. Educado, gentil e atencioso Apartamento muito perfumado, limpo, bem decorado, agradável. Perto de estações de Metrô, supermercados, padarias, restaurantes, pizzaria, etc. Possui todos acessórios e o anfitrião se preocupou em deixar café, chá, sabonete, detergente...enfim tudo que se precisa quando se chega cansado de viagem e não se pretende ir num supermercado Recomendo!

This is it! We stayed with our family of 7 for our 4 day visit to Paris. This Montmartre area is gorgeous and walkable and full of delicious cheese and Boulangeries and bistros. The Metro is close by and we visited all the major attractions, but enjoyed coming back to the peaceful Montmartre area and spent a day walking to Sacre Couer Basilica, the Wall of Love, and Moulin Rouge. Thibault’s place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The area is safe and peaceful. The sauna is incredible and we used it every evening after a long day of exploring. There are plenty of beds for a family of 7 (or even 8) and a gorgeous big kitchen. We baked pizza one evening. I would absolutely stay here again!

From the beginning on communicating with Yann was pleasent and he always replied fast. He's very nice and made us feel welcome in his place. The apartment was exactly as in the picture, stylish and comfortable and cozy. Everything was as advertised and clean. We had a lovely stay there and I can only recommend this place and its host. Extra points for cuddly Caramel, the ginger cat who lives in the house - not the apartment - and often hangs out in the little backyard. ;)

Sehr charmante Unterkunft, man merkt, dass der Host sich viele Gedanken gemacht hat. Tolle Lage, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles, was man braucht, ist da. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Söhnen (10 Jahre) dort und die Wohnung ist auch für eine Woche für 4 Personen ausreichend. Das riesige Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem, das Schlafsofa ist von sehr guter Qualität und auch für Erwachsene sehr bequem. Schönes Badezimmer mit einer tollen Dusche. Gute Nachbarschaft, direkt ein paar Meter weiter Supermärkte, Bäckereien und eine riesige Auswahl an Restaurants. Man kann sehr viel von dort zu Fuß erreichen, die Metro ist nicht mal 10 Minuten entfernt. Virgile ist ein supernetter, hilfsbereiter Host, ich kann die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen ☺️

Lovely flat in Paris’ Canal St Martin neighborhood. Great place to stay if you want to avoid tourist crowds and feel like a true Parisienne. Métro station close by along with some of Paris’ best restaurants/bars/shops/cafes. Very responsive owner.

Emmanuel is super communicative and accommodating. His place is cute and right next to the Simplon subway station. The nearby neighborhood Monmartre is superb. Thank you Emmanuel!

Very good stay in a cosy apartment, even better than the photos. This area really is one of the best in Paris, everything you could want in terms of food and bars on the street or nearby.

We had a great week in Valerie's lovely apartment. Very cosy and comfortable in an excellent location. We had everything we needed inside and the outside choices, so many to choose from, with food, restaurants, shops and lovely walks.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Her şey çok güzeldi. Kendi evimiz gibi rahattık. Ayrı bir girişi olması baş başa kalmak çok değerliydi. Şehir merkezine 40 dk da ulaştık. Aktarmalar arası yürüyüş yok denecek kadar az. Her haliyle çok iyiydi.

Tolle Unterkunft in bester Entfernung zur Metro, Bäcker um die Ecke, einfach Klasse :) Gastgeber ist mega freundlich, hat proaktiv nach unserer Ankunftszeit gefragt, dass hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Durften früher einchecken, extrem wichtig für einen Kurzurlaub, da man ja doch in einer fremden Stadt/Land ist und den Verkehr nicht bestens einschätzen kann. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit ❤️

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

Absolutely perfect location, private but also in the middle of everything. The louvre, gardens, and so many cafes are within walking distance. The metro is also very close. We look forward to visiting again.

Mine was a last-minute booking, and I had informed Lien about my allergies, asking her to double-check the cleanliness if possible. She made sure to give the please "an extra scrub" the way I had asked her to. Her manner of communication was extremely proactive throughout, and she ensured that she was there in person to receive me and followed up regularly till I arrived. Her house is located in a secure building and is beautiful, calming, and impeccably well-kept with both bath & kitchen essentials, and all subscriptions on the TV. She even provides high-quality slippers that her guests can wear inside the house. The bathrooms are quite small and a little difficult to manoeuvre in terms of space, but that does not detract from the upkeep and comforts the house offers. It's more about how space is scarce in Paris. It's in a wonderful area, with easy connections, but also lovely to simply amble around. I would definitely stay here when I return to Paris and recommend it to everyone.

Incredible location and extremely responsive and helpful host. I left some artwork behind and Emma not only checked the Airbnb for it, but offered to find a replacement for me when it wasn’t there. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to Paris in the future!

The accomodation is very beautiful. Isobel is a person with a great taste! also the location is perfect for chilling. As mentioned the rooms are generally without the doors but closed with curtains and well modernized. would visit here again

We, my boyfriend and I, enjoyed our stay at Elies‘ place a lot. It’s more than a place to sleep — it was a way to belong in Paris, even if just for couple of days. We liked the interior a lot, felt very french and artsy. It looked like on the pictures. It was super clean. Some 6-7 minutes walk to the underground station Gambetta. We were also at the café downstairs several times during the day and in the evening and felt very local and enjoyed the nice vibes. Thank you for being part of this nice Paris experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in Johans apartment. It has a good Location in Belleville, conveniently located right next to the Couronnes Metro station. On the 7th Floor of a big Apartment Building, it offered great views of the City from the big balcony and from the inside through the floor the cealing Windows all around. The interior of the apartment was really tastefully decorated, with loads of Art, Books, records, and other cool and funny stuff to discover. Also really cozy. Overall, a great Place to stay and a Perfect experience for our Paris trip. And Johan was a really nice host, always responded quickly and gave some good recommendations for local Restaurants without Event being pushy. We‘ll definitely try to stay here again if we ever visit Paris again.
