Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 9th arrondissement

Really attentive and proactive host, checking everything was OK during our stay- probably the best I've had on Airbnb - and clear instructions for checking in and out. Easy to access with a late arrival, as the keys are in a lock box. All exactly as per photos and very comfortable. Walkable in about 20 mins from main train station, if you are taking the airport bus and very close to the Old Port which we wanted. I would agree with someone else's comment about the 2nd bedroom loft space - you might need to be careful with the steps up for young children, same with elderly people but you can see the steps in the photos and you can easily swap bedrooms if you need. Definitely would stay here again, highly recommended.

Diane’s communication was excellent, check-in and check-out times were flexible and the apartment itself was great. The location is ideal for everything you’d want to do in and around Marseille.The apartment is equipped with everything you’re likely to need and was super clean and spacious. Can definitely recommend and would happily stay there again.

Everything was great! Very well located, the best restaurants 1 min walk, everything was clean and not noisy at all. The view from the balcony was great too.

Delightful 7th storey flat across the road from the beach and lots of restaurants, easy walk to town. The flat was gorgeous, air con fab and the beds were VERY comfortable (a must for me!). Highly recommended apartment! Did not want to leave!!

The view from the large balcony was wonderful!! We really enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of the old port in the sunshine. Great restaurants close by and within easy walking distance. A great place to stay, right in the middle of Marseille, we would definitely come again!

Great stay at Camilles. Neat and perfect for a few nights stay. Walking distance to the Vélodrome if you are attending an event so easy to avoid the crowded metro/busses. Close to a metro station for train to the Old port and other attractions. Great place and would definitely recommend

Very comfortable, modern, very peaceful and quiet - but what stood out most was the incredible views, of the sea with homes and trees on a lovely slope, and the beauty and tranquility of the garden and pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

The house had a beautifully designed interior, and everything was well provisioned. It was very calming inside. I loved the tall windows and how the kitchen opens up to the garden. We slept very well – the neighborhood was quiet and is very safe. Best of all, the beach is a 10 minute walk away from the house. We enjoyed strolling along the boardwalk from the house. It's all very walkable. Clement was a super generous host as well!

Our stay at Anna’s place was great—the house is beautiful, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, walkable part of Marseille. The terrace and garden, with a pool, are lovely and perfect for relaxing. One thing to note: the neighbor’s dog occasionally came into the garden. While it was friendly, it’s a big dog that might not be ideal for guests who are uncomfortable around dogs.

After staying here I thought twice about who I gave 5 star reviews in the past. This was hands down the best air bnb we have ever stayed. Ben greeted us when we first got to the place. He knew we were traveling from a beach day in St Tropez and had a prosciutto / tomato charcuterie waiting for our family when we asked through the door which was just so sweet and generous. All toiletries were present and available and kitchen was stocked to make meals and things. Beach and snorkeling gear also available to guests. Locations in Marseille is super easy to access. Lovely Mountain View from the patio is lovely as well. Super comfortable place with high end finishes and decor that I would choose myself in my own home. Has a dryer that works!!! Dryer is so rare in France it seems. I can’t say enough about the host or place. We had a great time and felt so welcome by Ben and it just set the mood for Marseilles. We are thinking of coming again and will definitely stay with Ben!

Very well located accommodation, shops in the street. Quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes' walk from the old port, same for ND de la garde. Buses and metro not far away. The place is quiet. Please note that there are 8 steps without a ramp to reach the inner courtyard. Clean and functional accommodation, much smaller than it appears in the photos. A single transom window for ventilation in the main room, which bothered me a little. For a short stay in Marseille, and if you only sleep and eat, it's great.

I had a very pleasant stay at the accommodation in Marseille. The apartment was as described, clean and well equipped – overall a solid and recommended accommodation. I would like to highlight the good accessibility and friendliness of the contact person, which made the stay even more uncomplicated. I had a perfect stay in Marseille thanks to Alexandre, who is a very good person and host. He helped me to receive a parcel, and also with the check in. I also really recommend this apartment, wich is well located, clean and well equipped.

Great location for visiting Cassis. The apartment is well laid out, well equipped and very pleasant for a stay for two. The only problem is the bell tower of the nearby church, which rings every hour even in the middle of the night and can annoy those who are not used to it and who like peace and quiet like us

Very sweet house. Everything you need is on site. Unfortunately, it is quite loud. Street and loud music is already very annoying in the long run. But overall it was great. Above all, the direct view of the sea ♥️

Very nice centrally located apartment with great amenities. Although the apartment is right by the ferry port, it is pleasantly quiet in the apartment. Bonus points for the very comfortable bed. Manuel was always available and welcomed us warmly :)

Had a wonderful time staying at Valérie and Daniel’s apartment for four nights. Pictures of the view do not do it justice, one of the most beautiful views to enjoy all day from the terrace!
