Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 7th arrondissement

The apartment is very well located, a 5-minute walk from the Old Port, in a building with an elevator. Private parking space, a real asset! I think in summer it will be hot in the apartment but there are fans available. Beautiful equipped kitchen. Good bathroom, beware the bath/shower is not very accessible in case of reduced mobility. Separate toilets, which is very appreciable. Comfortable double bed 140 cm wide. Large comfortable sofa and spacious living room. We'll be back without hesitation!

Really attentive and proactive host, checking everything was OK during our stay- probably the best I've had on Airbnb - and clear instructions for checking in and out. Easy to access with a late arrival, as the keys are in a lock box. All exactly as per photos and very comfortable. Walkable in about 20 mins from main train station, if you are taking the airport bus and very close to the Old Port which we wanted. I would agree with someone else's comment about the 2nd bedroom loft space - you might need to be careful with the steps up for young children, same with elderly people but you can see the steps in the photos and you can easily swap bedrooms if you need. Definitely would stay here again, highly recommended.

The location is ideal for everything you’d want to do in and around Marseille.The apartment is equipped with everything you’re likely to need and was super clean and spacious. This is an extraordinary place in Le Panier, with an exceptional terrace view. You have a 360 view of the city with an espectacular picture of the cathedral of Marseille in front of you. But, the most important part is the apartment. Jean-Michel take care of any detail possible of this place. We were 5 persons, and we were very pleased with the amenities. Lydia's apartment gets it all: from its new, spotless clean to the stunning sea-view you get from the 3 big windows. We had a great time with all we need and beyond: Lydia welcome us with cold rosé, water, biscuits... Choices of beaches are too many so 5 days were not even enough to visit them all. Very comfortable, modern, very peaceful and quiet - but what stood out most was the incredible views, of the sea with homes and trees on a lovely slope, and the beauty and tranquility of the garden and pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Anna’s place was great—the house is beautiful, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, walkable part of Marseille. The terrace and garden, with a pool, are lovely and perfect for relaxing. One thing to note: the neighbor’s dog occasionally came into the garden. While it was friendly, it’s a big dog that might not be ideal for guests who are uncomfortable around dogs.

We had a wonderful stay in Marseille. The apartment was very clean with everything you need. The garden is wonderful and ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. We would book the accommodation again and again.

After staying here I thought twice about who I gave 5 star reviews in the past. This was hands down the best air bnb we have ever stayed. Ben greeted us when we first got to the place. He knew we were traveling from a beach day in St Tropez and had a prosciutto / tomato charcuterie waiting for our family when we asked through the door which was just so sweet and generous. All toiletries were present and available and kitchen was stocked to make meals and things. Beach and snorkeling gear also available to guests. Locations in Marseille is super easy to access. Lovely Mountain View from the patio is lovely as well. Super comfortable place with high end finishes and decor that I would choose myself in my own home. Has a dryer that works!!! Dryer is so rare in France it seems. I can’t say enough about the host or place. We had a great time and felt so welcome by Ben and it just set the mood for Marseilles. We are thinking of coming again and will definitely stay with Ben!

We had a great stay at Paul's, in Vallon des Auffes. The place is simply enchanting, and the terrace of the apartment allows you to fully enjoy every moment. In the morning, the atmosphere is peaceful around the small port. During the day, swimmers pass by to reach the magnificent "sea pool", just a few steps away. In the evening, the surrounding terraces slowly fill up as the sun disappears behind the arches of the Vallon. The apartment is simple but comfortable, with quality bedding in the bedrooms. For people sensitive to noise, it may be useful to provide earplugs if you sleep in the room on the port side. Paul is a very welcoming and caring host. We strongly recommend their listing. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Our stay at Bord de mer Vallon des Auffes was truly magical and we would love to return someday! This one-of-a-kind house is beautiful and spacious. It was a lovely, comfortable retreat for our two families to stay in while we explored Marseille. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was fabulous! We enjoyed multiple meals outside on the balcony. The location of the house is perfect for accessing via public transportation and it is within walking distance of several beaches and sightseeing destinations. The hosts are truly wonderful and made certain that our stay was amazing. They were quick to respond and helped us greatly during our trip. We loved our stay and very much hope to return to Bord de mer Vallon des Auffes again someday!!

The accommodation is very welcoming, you feel very good there! The neighborhood is very nice, especially all the shops around the small square. an incredible view of Marseille from the apartment! Claude was very accommodating for the arrival and departure time!

Great location for visiting Cassis. The apartment is well laid out, well equipped and very pleasant for a stay for two. The only problem is the bell tower of the nearby church, which rings every hour even in the middle of the night and can annoy those who are not used to it and who like peace and quiet like us

It is perfect place to stay in Marseille, beautiful surroundings with beach nearby. Everything was clean. I would highlight the seating on balcony - very pleasant. There is bus station (10 minutes from apartment) from which you can go to the city centre.
