Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 5th district of Budapest

Really loved the spot of Julian & Sophie. The view is amazing. Reality is even better than the pictures. I can recommend this spot if you look for a quiet spot in the green. There is a real nice coffee spot 2 mins walk away called Magenta.

Szilvia is a great hostess. helpful, nice and friendly. The accommodation was just right for 12 people (JGA). Szilvia even arranged for the transfer to and from the airport and part of our group was allowed to stay longer than planned because the plane left later. Thank you Szilvia for everything!

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. So in 3 words: « We love ❤️ it » Thank you very much for the nice and warm feeling that you gave us when receiving us as well as during our stay.

A beautiful and spacious home perfect for our two families on holiday. We loved the hot tub and beautiful outdoor space.

Everything happened as discussed. András always answered our questions immediately. Everything was fine in the house. The pool in the yard was very good. I really liked that it is really private, no neighbors, the house has a grill, super. We had a birthday party and we all enjoyed it very much. We will return in August for a weekend again.

Great accommodation and charming hosts! This place is perfect for families with children - very clean, furniture and amenities in perfect condition, there are all amenities for small children and toys. My children immediately started playing in the yard (swings and trampoline) upon arrival. The stairs to the second floor are wide and comfortable, my 3-year-old child safely descended and ascended independently. The hosts were very kind and helped to resolve all issues. We will be happy to come back here if we have the chance.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was always in touch and responded quickly to any questions we had during check-in and our stay. He also took the time to tell us about the house and its interior, which was both interesting and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the barbecue — we mentioned we wanted to cook outside, and the host kindly provided his personal grill along with everything we needed (charcoal, a gas lighter, and more). It made us feel truly at home, like we were visiting an old friend. The house is located right next to a forest, so you may occasionally notice insects around. However, the host pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, so we were barely bothered by them during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a cozy and welcoming place. We’d love to come back again!

A very comfortable apartment for a couple. 6th floor but with excellent lift service. Safe neighbourhood. Very well located in the Jewish quarter - less than 10 mins walk to Dohany synagogue. Less than 20 mins walk to St Stephans Cathedral and Parliament builbings respectively. All walks on Pest obviously flat. We didn't self cater but the kitchen looked pretty well supplied with equipment. We thought price was very good value for money. We thoroughly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's Place! The apartment was absolutely beautiful—spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind. Every amenity we needed was provided, and the little extras Andrew included were much appreciated touches that made our stay even better. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. There’s a grocery store literally downstairs, and two of Budapest’s best restaurants right at your doorstep. Despite being so central, the apartment was completely peaceful and quiet—zero street noise, which was a real treat. Andrew was an amazing host. His instructions and guidebook were the most thorough, well written and thorough I've ever found on Airbnb. Literally step by step check in guide with photos. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. Highly recommend—this is one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

I don’t know if I can say it any better… If I could live here, I would. Kristi‘s place had everything. Amazing location right in the center of the Jewish quarter walking distance to everywhere. Tons of amazing restaurants just steps away. Impeccably clean space, 100% functional, amazing coffee maker, she even supplied the beans. We enjoyed our stay in every way possible. This place exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The home was spotlessly clean and even better than the pictures—which is rare to find on Airbnb. Communication was smooth and friendly, and check-in/check-out was incredibly easy and well explained. Cozy apartment with an absolutely mesmerizing view from the balcony especially at sunset! You could spend hours just sitting there, soaking in the panorama. It’s the kind of view that makes you want to come back. Everything else was great too, but the balcony truly makes this place unforgettable

We were in a great location, close to everything. You could walk or take cab. We found the room was spacious and very well decorated. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We had a quick 24 hours and our host helped us with suggestions on how we could make the most of our time. Beds comfortable, bathrooms were nice especially in master, furniture was nice, it would have been nice to spend more time.

Absolutely wonderful apartment, exactly as described and in the photos. Zsuzsu was very easy to communicate with. Lots to see and do in the immediate neighbourhood. The apartment was beautiful, clean and the view from the balcony is incredible especially at night!!

The apartment is located on very good loct. There are excellent restaurants in the area, as well as the opportunity to shop in a supermarket or in the stylish large market hall. The subway station and tram and bus stops are only a two-minute walk away. In about ten minutes on foot you can reach a beautiful park on the Gellértberg (Green Hill) as well as the well-known thermal bath. Although the apartment is very centrally located, it is quiet and offers privacy. It is modern and stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The roof terrace is very inviting, the highlight is the whirlpool. There are also many games, toys and books for children of all ages. Marietta and Gergely are very friendly, respond immediately and have many helpful tips. And as the icing on the cake, guests can expect a loving gift at the end. All in all really great - absolutely recommended!

The apartment was even better than the pictures and description. Pristine condition - we felt like we were the first to ever ‘live’ here even just for a few nights. The location is ideal for not only its view from the various balconies, but also to start your touring - super easy to get to all the major Budapest sites. Csaba was available at check in and acclimated us to his apartment and provided us the local insight which was super helpful and exciting. I could not recommend this Airbnb more. 10 ⭐️ stars. We chose the accommodation based on the style and excellent location (proximity to the metro, proximity to monuments). We also welcomed the possibility of parking. The host Ben gave us precise instructions and therefore the accommodation process went completely smoothly and we found everything easily. He also helped us with tips on eating and sitting in the city. We really appreciate the approach.. we recommend!

We absolutely loved this Airbnb apartment! What an amazing couples retreat, it couldn’t have been better with the location. Everywhere was spotless, clean and comfortable. Ildikó was brilliant as well, really helpful without luggage with being able to drop it off earlier and really good with communication. 100% would recommend anyone to stay that is hoping for a beautiful Budapest visit!

Csilla was a wonderful host and the place was amazing. Right in the heart of Budapest, there are plenty of things to do and lots of places to eat and drink. Check in and out was a breeze. Csilla was incredible and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

A quick note, all was as described and expected. Central location, easy to walk to literally all the places we wanted to visit. Would recommend the stay and condo!
