Apartment holiday rentals in 5th district of Budapest

Would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were very responsive to any queries we had. They were able to arrange transport from the airport which was really helpful. We were then met on arrival and showed round the AirBnB. The apartments were modern, clean and in a perfect location. The only thing to be aware of is that we were put in two different apartments which we weren’t expecting as we were under the impression that all 10 of us would be in the same apartment. However the two rooms were located next door to each other so didn’t cause any problem at all for our group. Overall, would stay here again!

We’ve just returned to the UK after 5 wonderful nights in Budapest! The city had come highly recommended by friends and family and we decided to go for an apartment rather than a hotel for more flexibility. The apartment is modern, in a great location which meant we could walk everywhere and the air-con and balcony was a huge plus in summer! We felt so at home in this apartment and this made our trip even better. Clear instructions were given on location and how to access the apartment, the host was very responsive and helpful prior to and during the trip and sorted out a matter we raised very quickly. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Budapest and we would certainly return!! We are just considering if it will be this year or next! Thank you Viktoria for a wonderful stay and for making our trip to Budapest so comfortable.

호스트께서 매우 친절하고 꼼꼼하십니다! 숙소로 체크인하기까지의 과정을 매우 친절하게 설명해주셔서, 글만 읽고도 쉽게 숙소를 찾을 수 있었습니다. 오페라 하우스까지 걸어서 1분도 걸리지 않으며, 기타 유명 관광지도 걸어서 15분 정도면 충분히 갈 수 있으며 강 건너 관광지까지 갈 수 있는 교통편이 많아서 매우 편리했습니다. 숙소는 사진과 동일하며, 거실과 침실, 욕실 모두 매우 깔끔합니다. 특히 주방에는 청결하면서도 요리에 꼭 필요한 기본적인 조리 도구들과 조미료들이 있어 요리를 할 때 매우 편리했습니다. 참고로, 숙소 문을 잠글 때에는 손잡이를 시계 방향으로 위로 올린 다음 열쇠를 돌려주면 됩니다. 저는 열쇠보다 전자식 잠금장치를 쓰는 나라에서 살아왔기에 이런 열쇠 사용 방법이 처음에는 헷갈렸으나, 호스트께 질문을 드렸고 금방 답변을 주셨습니다. 부다페스트에서 3박 이상 숙박하고 싶은 분들께 매우 추천드립니다!

The location was great! All of the great spots to visit in Budapest were easily accessible. The apartment was clean and very comfortable.

I really enjoyed staying at Eszter’s. The apartment was very convenient to restaurants, pubs, cafes, grocery, the metro, main bus stations, and tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a large window that overlooks the lively nightlife. No worries! The apartment is super quiet for a peaceful night’s sleep. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We, two 50+ couples, had a fantastic time in George and Barbara‘s place. The flat was exactly as shown in the pictures, spotlessly clean, both beds very comfortable. Everything felt nice and of value and we felt very safe both in the area and in the building as such. The position is absolutely unbeatable, only steps away from the Basilica and totally in the centre. Despite the mega-central position the flat was nicely quiet so that we could sleep well. We highly recommend this beautiful place, which we feel is perfect for two couples. The two bedrooms (both ensuite) are very similar in size, so it is easy to share. Thank you, George and Barbara, we had a lovely time and would always want to come back!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Die Lage ist fantastisch, die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden und man erreicht zudem zu Fuß tolle Cafés, Restaurants und die Donau. Auch unser Sohn hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt und wir konnten unseren Familienalltag dank Kinderhochstuhl und kinderfreundlicher Einrichtung bestens gestalten. Natürlich hört man die Straße und die Straßenbahn, aber das wussten wir bereits aus anderen Bewertungen und hatten keine Probleme damit. Die Kommunikation mit Alexa war sehr einfach, nett und schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

This was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The location was convenient to explore the city. The apartment felt safe. I was thankful for the elevator as it’s on the top floor but was also up for the challenge of the stairs many times. My family of 5 loved the apartment and spreading out. The bedrooms are all king size beds and beautiful! I want to go home and redecorate our house to match! The bathrooms were great and I appreciated that I could do a load of laundry before leaving for the next place. Peter was proactive with communication. We explored the city by foot and mostly by subways so this location worked well for us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다! 호스트께서 얼리 체크인을 허락해주셔서 일정에 여유가 생겼고, 피드백도 매우 빠르고 친절하게 응답해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 그런데도 가장 감동적이었던 건 **“위치가 정말, 너무너무 좋았다”**는 점이에요! 부다페스트 시내 중심지에 위치해 있어 관광지, 맛집, 대중교통, 쇼핑까지 모두 도보로 이동 가능했습니다. 부다페스트를 여행한다면 이 위치만큼 완벽한 곳은 없다고 생각해요. 최고의 입지 조건입니다! 다만 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 청소 상태였습니다. 세탁기 세제 투입구와 주방 싱크대 주변에 약간의 기름때와 찌꺼기가 남아 있었던 점은 조금 더 신경 써주시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 좋은 숙소 덕분에 부다페스트에서 매우 편하고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다!

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria and Ronen's apartment in Budapest. The flat was superb — very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Our hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making communication smooth and easy even from a distance. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop with a jacuzzi, offering the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. The location is ideal as well, with many of Budapest's main attractions within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Voici notre retour : Les + : * Quartier calme, on s’y sent en sécurité * Proche de toutes les commodités * Très bien situé, central * Donne sur cour : silence total, parfait pour se reposer * Appartement spacieux, bien agencé avec 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain * Bien équipé * Très bonne réactivité des hôtes (petit souci technique réglé dans la journée) * Ils nous ont fourni une paire de parapluies à notre demande préalablement à notre arrivée * Infos claires pour l’arrivée et le départ Les - : * Literie un peu fatiguée (matelas fins, oreillers très plats) * Ménage qui pourrait être un peu plus soigné (traces et poussière) * Les rideaux ne bloquent pas totalement la lumière du matin Globalement, une belle expérience. On recommande !

We had a great time in Budapest. The apartment was very nice and the location was also great. It was quiet, cozy and 15 minutes walk to all the attractions

We loved staying in this third floor apartment in a central location between the river and the cathedral. The elevator was super handy in getting our bags up and Alexa's instructions for how to enter the apartment were thorough and specific. We had everything we needed inside and really appreciated having a convenient place from which to explore the city.

Csak ajánlani tudom Mónika és Gábor szálláshelyét. Kellemes, otthonos hangulat, gyors és korrekt, barátságos ügyintézés, kapcsolattartás. Könnyű megközelíthetőség, csendes, nyugodt környezet. Nekünk abszolút jó választás volt!

A szállás egyszerűen fantasztikus volt! Minden tiszta és jól felszerelt volt. Az elhelyezkedés ideális – csendes, mégis közel van minden fontos látnivalóhoz. A házigazda rendkívül barátságos, segítőkész és mindig elérhető volt, ha kérdésünk volt. A jakuzzi különleges élményt nyújtott, tökéletes volt a pihenéshez. Teljesen otthon éreztük magunkat, és bátran ajánljuk ezt a szállást. Szívesen visszatérünk!

Die Unterkunft kann ich wirklich nur jedem empfehlen. Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr sauber und alles ist ganz genau beschrieben. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden gewesen und haben von Russell und Andi schnelle Antworten bei Problemen erhalten. Auch die Lage ist sehr sehr gut. Man befindet sich mitten im Stadtzentrum. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!
