Beautiful 50 m2 apartment. Centrally located, it is one minute from the "Les Réformés" metro station and opposite the tram. Completely renovated, our apartment has the charm of the old (high ceilings, moldings, white marble fireplace, floor tiles, typical stairwell, etc.). It is dual-aspect, very bright, quiet and located in a well-maintained building, on the 3rd floor, without an elevator.

The stay at Eric's place was really very pleasant. The house is tastefully furnished, very welcoming and bright. We had the feeling of feeling at home. Eric was generous in providing the items and tools in the house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The views of the kitchen and the master bedroom are beautiful. The house is quiet. The location was perfect for us, given the connection to public transport, the proximity to very pleasant clubs and restaurants and to the most lively areas of the city.

Beautiful modern T3 loft in city center

This loft was gorgeous and looked exactly like the photos. Everything we could possibly need was there- the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked, and linens were high quality, the beds were comfortable, and the ac kept us cool. There were also thoughtful touches that went above and beyond, like the projector and sound system. Everything was clean and fresh, and we felt very at home here. **The only issue we had was with the neighborhood. There were needles on the sidewalk, a lot of graffiti, and people tried to rob us twice right outside the flat, with one of them leaving my elderly father with a bloody and bruised arm. While the area is close to shops, it is still quite sketchy. The loft was an oasis away from the chaos, however.

Perfect place in nice and calm neighborhood. Everything available at walking distance. The flat is really nice, well decorated with high standing furnitures and linen. The best is the small quiet terrace facing the trees of the below garden. If I could, I would have stayed weeks. I really recommend. Hard to find better.

A true French fantasy! Mimi and Enzo's place has all the charm and character you will want with modern amenities like air conditioning! It was the perfect place for my time in Marseille. Yes, the 5 floor walk up is real. But you will be rewarded with some of the best views of the city. You can even see the basilica in the distance. It's also located in the coolest/hippest neighborhood. There are so many cafes, bakeries, and restaurants just steps from your door. The streets are buzzing with life. If you're a light sleeper, I would suggest an eye mask. But otherwise you won't be disappointed.
