Nice little apartment in a quiet courtyard. Everything is clean and modern. Perfect location in the city located right near the subway and every type of grocery, boutique and restaurant you could think of. Thanks for the stay!

We had a very good weekend in this accommodation. The people are welcoming and available to the customer if needed. We highly recommend this place whether for its cleanliness, its amenities or its geographical area (located a few minutes from Lyon with public transport 200 meters away).

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Our stay at Anny's went very well. The accommodation is very clean, well decorated, good bedding and quiet in a residential area and well located for visiting Lyon. The outdoor space is nicely appointed.

We had a very pleasant stay in this tastefully renovated and particularly well-equipped accommodation. The environment is very quiet and allows you to recharge after the days of visiting the city. The bus is 50 meters away and allows you to reach the center of Lyon either directly or by transiting by metro. Communication with the host is excellent and the guide to activities to do and restaurants to discover that he has made is very useful. In short, if you want to spend a few days in Lyon, book this accommodation and you won't be disappointed.

The place was perfect. The host was perfect. Heather cared for us from the day we made the reservation until well after we departed. Great location within a few minutes walk of Opera de Lyon. Twelve minute walk in all four directions and you will be in four different great areas of Lyon with four completely different "vibes" and four different concentrations of tourists. Wonderful apartment that was super clean and had outstanding amenities. Including my favorite Nespresso machine! We will be back for fun and I will also be back for business. Thank you, Heather!

Pauline's apartment is beautifully decorated and fits perfectly for two people. It is quiet and yet really good in relation to the good neighborhoods in Lyon. Please note that the apartment is located at the top and that there are a number of stairs to climb - it can be difficult with a large, heavy suitcase.

Perfect place to rest and chat while fully enjoying the city. Above all, an incredible terrace that adds an undeniable plus to an apartment that is already more than well-equipped and decorated. Perfect reception while being very fluid. Recommended

The room was really beautiful and very clean. The jacuzzi was very good and worked well. The room was decorated with great taste. We recommend without hesitation

i shared a meal with antoine one evening. as we chatted over wine, i asked him what the years of travelling has taught him. he replied simply: “people are good. everywhere.”. our conversation moved to other things, but not long after, a young boy came to the window and said hello. in an act so fluid as to be second nature, antoine gave the boy some of his meal. later, another boy appeared, and the cycle repeated. i share this story because its emblematic of the generosity i experienced during my three weeks at antoine’s home. antoine is a community organizer, a volunteer and active participant in the neighborhood. he is kind, he is light hearted, and he is curious about others. he is a neighbor everyone would be lucky to have. whatever your travel plans are, if you have the opportunity to stay here- do it. i havent traveled as much as antoine has, and i can’t speak on the “goodness” in people all over our world, but in his home, there in the 1st arrandesmont- i absolutely agree.

This apartment in Lyon was perfect for our group of 3 and having the option of a twin bed configuration in the 2nd bedroom was great. The location is amazing. The street itself is quiet, but very close to plenty of restaurants and bars, so we felt that we had the best of both worlds. We could easily walk or train to everywhere we wanted to visit. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were clean, functional and well set up with everything we could possibly need. Stephanie and Manuella were wonderful hosts who were lovely to communicate with. We appreciated their prompt and helpful responses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Stylish and well located. It worked well for a week stay and connected easily to other parts of Lyon. The Bocuse market nearby was a plus. Guillaume the host was super responsive.

What a good place to enjoy the beauty of Lyon! In front of the building, we see the entrance to the Théâtre Antique; the Basilica is a stone's throw away, of course you can easily find the funicular to go to old Lyon. The apartment is located in a beautiful environment, quiet and tranquil, especially it has an impressive view. You can see the Basilica from most windows! Sincewe are at the heart of the Fourvière hill, everything is sublime with greenery and refreshing air. The interior is as spotless as it is comfortable! We love the decor and style of it. This is a place to really rest. My wife and I spent our first morning in Lyon in the balcony without doing anything and just to stay in that tranquility. Julie really takes care of our stay. She arranged for us a perfect entrance to the apartment. Highly recommend!!

Gregory's place was super well located, being right next to the Botanical gardens is really great. The place was very spacious, very well equiped, the AC came in handy and overall super clean. Gregory was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend this place when visiting Lyon!

We really enjoyed Isabelle’s apartment. It is comfortable, with well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and even a much appreciated bottle of wine. Two aspects we especially liked were the balcony with a great view over Lyon, and the location in Croix Rousse. There are lots of hills in this area, but provided that is not a problem, I recommend this place. Isabelle left lots of information and tips which were also useful.

The apartment is very well maintained by the owner, clean and tidy, very comfortable to live in, close to a large supermarket, convenient for shopping, the owner is kind and friendly, provided us with a lot of convenience, thank you again for your help!

This is a GREAT studio with the most amazing view of Lyon (it looks even more beautiful than the posted picture). Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive with troubleshooting a minor issue with blinds. I highly recommend this place for a single person or a couple. I really enjoyed the neighborhood with great eateries, an organic bakery nearby. It is a 5- minute walk to Halles de Bocuse which was so convenient and delicious!

Everything went very well! We stayed for 3 months without any problems :)
