Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Enjoy an elegant and recent renovated flat with easy access to main transportations, multiple restaurants options nearby in a typical Parisian neighborhood. Very luminous flat, bigger than typical apartments in Paris and nicely decorated with a charming touch. Feel the Parisian vibe in a neighborhood surrounded by local markets, cafés and stores with easy access to main attractions: 5 min line 14 direct to Orly airport, 7 min line 2 & 3. I am happy to welcome you! No elevator, only 4 floor! :)

Stylish apartment on pedestrian street

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Appartement spacieux et lumineux au style vintage, situé dans les Batignolles. Il dispose de tous les équipements dont vous avez besoin : Wi-Fi, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-onde, de nombreux rangements et même une platine vinyle. Le couchage comprend un lit queen size (160x200) d’un canapé convertible en lit queen size. L'appartement est situé au 6ème étage avec ascenseur. Il est calme et très agréable à vivre. Proche de la rue de Lévis avec tous ces commerces et restaurants.

I stayed at this loft apartment for two weeks during the Olympics. It worked really well for me, being central to the various sporting venues and museums. Paris was relatively empty therefore travel and logistics were a dream, although I did use taxis a fair amount. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed and was serviced once during my stay. Supermarket was very close and a number of small restaurants in the street but obvious up market restaurants are all close by. All up very happy with my stay & loft apartment.

Die Wohnung von Clémence war wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Außerdem war sie sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist in einer schönen Umgebung von Montmartre und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Montmartre kann von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß erkundet werden, z.B. ist man in 15 Minuten bei Sacré-cœur. Clémence war immer gut zu erreichen, hat schnell geantwortet und war stets sehr zuvorkommend. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief vollkommen unproblematisch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Clémence wohnen, da es uns hier so gut gefallen hat.

I would not hesitate to book this Airbnb. Great location near Ternes metro. Short walk to a grocery store and fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment looked as nice in person as in the photos. Martin was very easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely cozy flat in the 17th. Marie is a very responsive host and had left some nice bits (toiletries!) to make our stay comfortable. The flat has a large balcony where you can watch the sunset. Montmartre is within walking distance. There are some lively bars close by which are quite loud into the early hours if sleeping with the windows open.
