We went with my partner for 5 days and the truth is that I didn't fall in love with the apartment as much as the area. We highly recommend this accommodation, it is faithful to the photos and its description, super comfortable and very well located 15 minutes walk from the tower. Kranik was in constant communication with us, giving us recommendations that we used and helped us make the most of our days in Paris. Everything excellent 10/10

Bénédicte’s place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. She was a warm and accommodating host, always attentive to my needs while still giving me space and privacy. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. It was the perfect home base for exploring Paris, and I’d gladly stay here again. I absolutely loved my time in the city!

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

My partner and I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and couldn't be happier about our decision. The unit was well organized, reasonably priced, and within a 15 minute walk to the metro lines. Nice Italian shower. Juliette and David attended to our needs and we would recommend them as hosts for your stay in Paris. We would say they are thoughtful as hosts to provide everything you might need in a stay away from home. Iron, hair dryer, even a little washing machine in the apartment.

The Eiffel Tower seen from the room is much larger than the photo, the view is wide and unobstructed, you will not be disappointed, they prepared red wine to welcome us, they accommodated us arriving at 10 o'clock, the neighborhood is relatively safe, but it is far from important attractions, except for the price is a bit high, the overall is very good!

I liked that it was more spacious and cozy than the photos. There are several locks, so the security is thorough. It's a great place to walk to the Eiffel Tower and have a local market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings. This is a perfect house with everything you need for a trip.
