Apartment holiday rentals in 15th arrondissement

Amaury and Marine were wonderful hosts! They were very kind and flexible for an early check-in. The instructions they left to access the apartment were extremely helpful. They also periodically reached out to us to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The apartment was beautiful, just like the pictures! It’s off a side street so the road noise isn’t a problem. The area has a lot of restaurants and boutiques to shop at. There’s a bodega just down the street that we visited for groceries as well. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Paris :)

We have had a wonderful stay in Paris at Ladislas' apartment. The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished, and presented, with starter basic food items, toiletries, kitchen and household items all provided. The location is fantastic - within 5-8 minutes walk from 2 metro stations - Vanneau and Duroc, in a vibrant, safe neighbourhood with plenty shops, bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket. Ladislas was very responsive by messenger with any questions and minor issues we had (we couldn't locate the fuse box when the kitchen electricity tripped) were sorted extremely quickly. We would strongly recommend Ladislas's place to anyone looking for a really good quality apartment to rent in Paris.

A great apartment in a lovely district. 10 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. A very nice place. All you need is there. Nice building. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place, exactly as advertised. Easy walk to great restaurants and nearby access to the Metro. Jayne was super responsive. Couldn’t recommend higher.

Me and my family (2 kids 10 and 13) had an excellent stay here. The location is great with the Eiffel Tower just 15 mins walk, close Metro stations also. Charlotte was very responsive before and during our stay for any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and there was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days exploring the city

We had a beautiful stay in Armel's apartment. The apartment is way cuter than we thought from the photos. It has a beautiful Parisian charme. The location is perfect, too. It's only a 30 minute walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and is very close to a metro station. At the same time, it's far enough from the main tourist spots, so it was easy to find good restaurants and cafés around the apartment that weren't packed with tourists. Armel was a wonderful host as well. He was very adaptable with our check-in and check-out times which made our stay even more convenient. His housekeeper Ines, who made the check-in with us, was a lovely lady, too. We would always come back here. Thank you very much, Armel & Ines!

Minha estada foi perfeita,studio muito cômodo,limpo,confortável e silencioso. Cozinha completa,roupas de cama e toalhas de banho super limpas,mercado bem embaixo do prédio. Um único ponto que não gostei, mas não por culpa da proprietária e também ser um problema passageiro é que a rua onde fica o apartamento estava em obras ,reformando as calçadas dificultando o andar ,mas como disse, será passageiro. Com certeza voltando a Paris, será o primeiro lugar que irei procurar se há disponibilidade.

Un excellent séjour dans un appartement charmant au cœur de mes points d intérêts. Inès est une hôte réactive, flexible et très attentionnée. L’appartement est décoré avec goût et totalement sécurisé. Je recommande vivement ce lieu et ne manquerai pas de revenir.

Apartamento maravilhoso, com tudo ao dispôr, situado num local central, próximo do Metro, Trocadero, Torre Eiffel e Champs Mars, mas num edifício silencioso. As informações da locatária sobre o acesso e a utilização do espaço foram detalhadas e facilitaram muito a nossa estada. Um alojamento a repetir. Uma estada fabulosa!

Le logement, impeccable était super confortable, très bien équipé, avec une vue extraordinaire! Quelques travaux en cours étaient déplaisants en matinée, mais nous ne restions pas à l’appartement durant la journée de toute manière. Déplacement en métro hyper faciles, immeuble sécuritaire, tout à été parfait!

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Tout était parfait. Logement calme et très agréable. Parking. Commerces à proximité. Horaires arrivée et départ flexibles. Très proche de Paris et Versailles. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. 5 étoiles bien méritées sur tous les criteres

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Logement parfait : accessibilité/proximité des transports, calme, propre, bien rangé et comportant tous les équipes nécessaires. Mathieu est très réactif et sympathique, je recommande !

Alexis a été un excellent hôte , répondant à toutes les préoccupations. L'appartement très propre et situé à proximité des différents centres d'intérêt et facile d'accès. Il correspond aux photos prises J'ai passé un excellent séjour et je reviendrai avec plaisir Merci Alexis

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

Was für eine tolle Gastgeberin ! Die Wohnung entsprach exakt meinen Erwartungen ! Ich kann die Unterkunft, wie auch die Gastgeberin nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und absolut weiter empfehlen ! Absolute verdiente 5 Sterne !!!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
