Mohammed’s place was in an excellent location. There is plenty to do nearby shopping, nice restaurants, and close to monuments. Mohammed was very helpful with check-in and showing me all of the details and how to use everything at the property. The place was clean, but not spotless. The property could use a professional deep clean. There were a few issues that came up, and Mohammed was quick to resolve them. So he was definitely a good host. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris, I had a lovely stay.

It is a dream with this view over Paris and the location and also the stylish furnishings and super uncomplicated communication.

The apartment was very nice with an authentic Parisian feel. We loved sitting on the balcony with the clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Excellent bakery on the street below and grocery store around the corner. Very close to metro entrance. Amelie was easy to communicate with. Wonderful stay. We would highly recommend.

We had a great week in Valerie's lovely apartment. Very cosy and comfortable in an excellent location. We had everything we needed inside and the outside choices, so many to choose from, with food, restaurants, shops and lovely walks.

All around excellent experience. Thought has obviously been given to what renters would want. One fundamental thing you don't always get at these rentals, a comfortable bed. Everything you could want in a kitchen. Washer and drying racks. Handy book of instructions. Good elevator. TV is mostly English-language news channels unless you speak French. Neighborhood is pleasant and safe enough, although definitely not American suburbia -- the streets are narrow and stores and apartments are built right up to the sidewalk. Reasonably quiet, though, since it is off the main street. Three good restaurants within a hundred feet! -- and many more in the neighborhood. Market and bakeries close by. Easy walking distance to Metro, Marais, many sites and museums. Be sure to have your phone turned on and ready for use in a foreign country when you arrive, as that will be the best way to make initial contact with Nacer.

We are delighted, apartment suitable for spending 1 night after a concert nearby. Lina's instructions are clear to access the apartment. When we enter, it smells good, a nice little touch. This one was also clean. Just the TV that didn't work but we stayed only one night so it didn't bother us and Lina could surely have helped us. Looking forward to coming back for a future concert 😊

It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Everything at the highest level! Beautiful, spacious, well-decorated and fully equipped house. Luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast and dinner. In addition, a beautiful garden – the perfect place to relax. Great space for spending time together: billiards, foosball, plenty of space for children and adults. Tarik is a fantastic host – warm, helpful and very committed. A basket of fruit, juices, water and delicious sweet rolls awaited us as a welcome - a beautiful gesture. We felt really cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this house – if we return to Paris, it will only be here!

Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

An amazing space, with a modern set up. The kitchen area was our favorite with all we needed to prepare our delicious meals. The living area had a number of games that kept us all engaged and bonding together. The rooms were well set up, with spacious wardrobes. There are many wall sockets and extensions; the lighting around the house was great for pictures & videos; great set up on the outside for BBQ. Overall, it was very comfortable and I had an unforgettable experience with my friends on this birthday weekend getaway. I definitely recommend!

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
