Holiday rentals with lake access in 11th arrondissement

Place is close to public transit, (bus and RER). The place is outside city center, but it being accessible, not bad at all. The place is perfect for our group of 12, and enough washroom for everybody. Would difinitely book again if we are coming bavk to explore more of Paris.

Si vous avez besoin d'un appartement propre dans un environnement calme et paisible, ce logement répond à vos besoins. L'hôte et son épouse sont très réactifs, chaleureux et disponibles pour répondre à toutes vos questions. Je recommande ce logement.

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein wunderschönes Loft, welches mit allen Sachen ausgestattet war, die man alltäglich benötigt. Zudem war das Loft sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet . Wir hatten für 6 Personen sehr viel Platz. Roman & Charlotte sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns über Wichtige Dinge informiert, sodass sich unser Aufenthalt sehr einfach gestaltet hat. Das Loft hat eine sehr gute Lage, man ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr schnell in Paris. Zudem ist der Parkplatz für das Auto auf dem Grundstück mit einem Tor verschlossen und das Auto steht sicher. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

lugar bonito, cómodo y bien connuaco con el trasporte, a 40 minutos del centro.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

The house was fully equipped to make you feel like if you were home. Very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our stay with our family and even shared a dinner together there. Damien was very responsive and flexible. We loved the place. We will definitely stay here when we return to Paris. Thank you for hosting us. Jose

Super logement confortable et pratique !

I have an incredible time staying at Flavien's place. They were very proactive with all the information even before confirming the stay (including the under-work building), but none of it actually compared to the comfort that the actual home provided. The house was well crafted, it had amenities for short and long stays, the check-in and check-out was quite smooth, and Flavien was kind enough to store my luggage for a few extra hours. Not to mention the smell of fresh bread every time you get out of the house, and a very active Metro line literally 50m from the main door! Overall I would highly recommend this listing to anyone who wants to explore Paris, but also come back to a more peaceful place to rest at the end of the day.

Joli sejour dans le quartier du canal de l'Ourcq ! Nous avons bien profité du quartier de La Vilette avec nos enfants et super journée au parc des Buttes Chaumont. Lieu vivant avec ses bars et ses restaurants dans un magnifique cadre de vie ! Aucun bruit dans l'appartement qui se trouve en fond de cours. Bonne literie. Romain a été réactif dans notre communication. On recommande !

Nous avons apprécié le séjour, Philippe est très réactif et à été très arrangeant sur l'horaire d'arrivée. La localisation est très pratique, a deux pas du métro, au pied du bois de Vincennes, avec assez de commerce pour l'essentiel. Nous a bien convenu en tant que famille avec un enfant en bas âge.

Logement impeccable ! Il est à proximité de tout ce qui nous a permis de tout faire à pied et en métro ! Concernant Tom, il est très à l’écoute et reste disponible en cas de besoin ! Il a été très accueillant ! Je vous recommande tout ça les yeux fermés !✨

기차나 지하철을 타기 좋은 위치에 있으며 마트나 제과점, 카페 등이 가까이 있어 좋았습니다. 문을 3번을 통과해야 집이 들어갈 수 있지만, 설명이 잘 되어있어서 쉽게 해결 할 수 있었습니다. 침실과 주방, 화장실 모두 깨끗했습니다. 다만 욕실에는 문이 아닌 커텐이어서 조금 불편했습니다. 수건도 많이 제공되었으며 창문이 넓어 쾌적했습니다. 파리의 좋은숙소에서 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

L’appartement de Dylan est agréable et fonctionnel, est très bien situé, dans un quartier boisé, paisible, avec les commerces proches, à 3mn à pied de la station de métro. Belle découverte sur Paris. Merci Dylan.

Mein letzter Besuch der "Stadt der Liebe" , rührte noch von meiner Schulzeit her. Dieser Besuch war mit vielen schönen Erinnerungen verbunden. Demnach war ich voller positiver Erwartungen. Diese wurden allesamt bestätigt. Claude und Ihr Mann, sind perfekte Gastgeber, die sehr um das Wohl Ihrer jeweiligen Gäste besorgt und bemüht sind. Die Lage dieser Immobilie, war für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt, da diese wenn man es wollte, zügig ins Stadtzentrum von Paris führen kann, andererseits aber einen so ruhigen und entspannenden Charakter aufweist, wie es eigentlich nur Naherholungsgebiete oder Kurzentren anzubieten vermögen. Ein perfekter Ort zum entschleunigen und dem teilweise stressigen Alltag zeitweise zu entfliehen. Insgesamt gesehen, ist dieses Angebot auch für Langzeitaufenthalte wärmstens geeignet und sehr zu empfehlen. Ich danke den beiden, dass Sie mit dazu beigetragen haben, mir den zweiten Besuch von Paris zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht zu haben.

Logement propre et fidèle aux photos, arrivée en autonomie très facile, hôte très réactif, localisation tout proche du centre de Lamorlaye. Cadre sympa avec les poneys qui sont devant la maison !

Très bonne communication avec la hôte qui a été réactive et sympathique. Le logement était propre, chaleureux et bien équipé, tout ce que nous recherchions. Je recommande !

Parfait, logement bien équipé et propre.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.

Logement très agréable, bien situé et au calme. Parfait pour visiter Chantilly et les alentours. Je recommande vivement.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

J'ai pu séjourner chez Thierry : très calme, spacieux, très spacieux. Chacun des cottages dispose d'une terrasse où prendre le soleil en regardant les bâtiments équestres tout autour. Il y a devant les cottages une très grande pelouse où les enfants peuvent courir et jouer en toute sécurité. Le logement était mieux que sur les photos, plus grand. On peut venir à plusieurs familles sur plusieurs appartement car ils forment un bel ensemble. Thierry est un hôte très sympathique.
