Our site manager was super satisfied with his stay at Rico! He liked the stylish and tastefully furnished apartment very much, he felt completely comfortable. Moving in and out was also well organized, everything went smoothly and without complications. Thank you for the great service, everything was great, happy to come back!

We can only recommend the property. A magnificent roof terrace with a wide view, the beautiful garden. Then everything is super clean and super equipped. Zeitz is also absolutely worth a visit!

This accommodation is very charming and our children loved it. In the middle of the romantic old town. Place was very clean and tidy.

We were warmly welcomed and were able to ask questions at any time. It is a wonderful apartment, which is very cozy and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything was also available in the kitchen and bathroom to feel very comfortable and to be able to cook delicious meals. The surroundings and excursion destinations are wonderful. We had a wonderful time at Bianca's! 🏡 The house is perfect for families with children – there are an incredible amount of toys, lovingly furnished children's rooms and also great play opportunities outside in the garden. Our children were thrilled - and our dog felt completely at home. 🐾 The furnishings in the house really left little to be desired – everything you need was there (only a whisk was missing – but that was not so bad😉). We would come back anytime and can highly recommend the place!

Rebekka was always incredibly friendly and helped us a lot from the beginning, the communication was excellent and she was able to accommodate us very flexibly despite a few spontaneous changes on our part. We were particularly enthusiastic about the large garden in which our children and our dog felt really comfortable. There were also plenty of toys for children, which made the stay extra enjoyable. The location is quiet and ideal for excursions to Karlovy Vary and surroundings. The hosts were very friendly and helpful – you feel immediately welcome. A large wonderful apartment in the middle of Karlsbad, very good for resting in between! We had three bedrooms, two were under the roof with slopes. One of them could become a problem for really big people! There were also two bathrooms, one of which has slopes, but it is very large. The windows of the bedrooms overlook the park and a colonnade. Very quiet up there! Everything you need was available in the kitchen, but since the gastronomy in Karlsbad is so good, we used it little. The living room is large and has beautiful high windows, a large couch and a large dining table. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. So it's a spacious apartment that I highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped nothing is really missing. The location is also great: The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, at the same time the center is not far away and easily accessible. Perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area! All in all, a perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation. We'll come gladly come back and can only highly recommend this apartment!

Had a comfortable stay with my family. Even though i didn’t stay up till the end of my stay but everything is just buttery smoth. Petr is easy to communicate with and has the initiative to give the best recommendations for it city has to offer so yes. Comfortable place
