The building has been lovingly renovated and now features a unique complex of quiet apartments and a yoga/seminar room surrounded by greenery. Each apartment has its own terrace and parking space. With its optimal location in the center-southeast, directly at the university hospital, it is only a 15-minute walk from the city center.

My apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the lively and popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, etc. Just around the corner there is a gym and several shopping options. The city center is about 2 km away. Tram, bus, parks, art and culture are all very close. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers.

Our cottage in the countryside is a detached bungalow on a 900 square meter, beautiful garden plot on the outskirts of Leipzig. The property with a large garage (ping-pong table and punching bag), trampoline and slackline is at your disposal. The furnishings are open, bright and high quality and invite you to feel good and relax.

Your studio is located next to a few others around a spacious lounge area. Your fully equipped studio is the ideal place to rest after a busy day. My apartment is a 10-minute walk from downtown. The bedroom is quietly located without car or tram noise. The apartment is in the attic and the living room with balcony faces south. Parking is easily available free of charge on the surrounding streets.
