Holiday rentals with lake access in Žilina Region

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Denisa's place. The house is a gorgeous hidden haven deep in nature, still, there are neighbors, but there is almost no car traffic at all. The garden is so lovely too, well equipped and well situated by the house. Denisa is so helpful and always responsive, we had such a great time and talks, even that we had only short time spent together. Ideal place also for families with children, highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *Velmi příjemné ubytování!* Pobyt u Petera v Kostolnej Vsi byl naprosto skvělý. Ubytování bylo *čisté, útulné a hezky zařízené*, přesně tak, jak bylo uvedeno v popisu. Všechno bylo připravené, voňavé a uklizené, cítili jsme se tam hned jako doma. Velkým plusem je *skvělá poloha* – jen pár minut od *Nitranského Rudna*, *Bojnic* a oblíbeného *Dinoparku*, takže ideální pro výlety s dětmi nebo na víkendovou pohodu v přírodě. Peter byl velmi ochotný, vstřícný a komunikace s ním byla rychlá a bezproblémová. Určitě doporučujeme a rádi se někdy zase vrátíme! 🙂

Szuperül éreztük magunkat. A szállás mindennel felszerelt, csendes nyugodt környezetben található. A kitáltás lenyűgöző volt. Mindenkinek ajánlom aki egy nyugodt pihenésre vágyik.

Ján was erg vriendelijk en reageerde snel. Het huis was zeer mooi, ook de inrichting, en echt ontzettend schoon. Heerlijke douche, een hor in de slaapkamerdeur en zelfs scherpe messen😁

Tak že... majitel bol ochotný stále pomôcť (poradiť)super prístup...okolie pekne jazero približne 5m od chaty pláž (300)m reštaurácia (100)m takže super .. chata cista nic nam tam nechýbalo...bojnice neďaleko rôzne atrakcie pre dospelých aj deti... a najlepšie že neboli komáre večer pri chate :D určite odporúčam

We were a couple with a toddler, we liked the place and it looks like in the pictures. The place was clean with cooking equipment, there were games for the toddler in the cabin and in the garden and a low bed for her. The place is very close to attractions for children in the area and within driving distance of nature trails. The communication with Dusan was good and fast. We recommend the place.

Very friendly and flexible host. The place is beatiful and has everything you need.

Great place for families traveling with kids. The house is very well equipped (especially the kitchen fulfills even the needs of a demanding housewife). We really appreciated the abundance of in-door and out-door sports equipment and toys. The location in Parnica provides a great start point to explore the region in the direction of Zazriva / Terchova or the direction to Dolny Kubin (both reachable within 15 minutes). We enjoyed the well kept back yard as well as the garden house during a grill evening. We are definitely considering returning.

Spoko fajna lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Pobyt uważam na Ok. Z opisem jest przesadzone. Miejsce nie jest z bezpośrednim dostepem na plaże oraz jest wilgoć w pokoju, plus jedna z sypialni jest połączona z kuchnia, i podana lokalizacja w airbnb jest błędna ( podwójny adres w miejscowości).

Wszystko super mimo że zameldowaliśmy się o 23:40

We had a really nice stay at Patrik’s place. The place was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding forest. It had everything we needed for a family trip, and the quiet location made it easy to relax. We especially enjoyed the walking trails nearby—great for kids and not too difficult. Being able to walk to the lake was a bonus, and the area felt safe and peaceful. Communication with Patrik was smooth; responded quickly whenever we had a question. This was the perfect spot for a quiet, nature-filled family getaway. We’d absolutely love to come back!

I really recommend this well equipped (it has anything needed even for a longer staying) and clean apartment. Staying there was very comfortable. View from the balcony is beautiful. Location of the apartment is really convienient if you apreciate the closeness to the nature - Vlachy is a small and beautifull village. 100% worth recommending.

Byli jsme velmi mile prekvapeni. Umisteni ubytovani naprosto skvele, ke sjezdovce jsme dosli rovnou v lyzacich. Nadherny vyhled na jezero, pritom klid. Citili jsme se opravdu jako doma, spali jsme jako miminka. Uzasne bylo vnitrni garazove stani a mistnost na lyze. Pokyny ubytovatele byly presne a reakce byly velmi rychle. Byli jsme ctyrclenna rodina se dvema detmi a prozili jsme moc hezkou zimni dovolenou. Urcite jsme zde nebyli naposledy.

Bardzo czyste i schludne miejsce jako baza wypadowa na narty zimą. Skibus minutę od domku więc super blisko. Mało atrakcji wokół, ale można na spokojnie pojechać autem do miejscowości obok gdzie jest dużo sklepów i restauracji. Pozytywnie się zaskoczyliśmy przyjeżdżając na miejsce z obawy, że w domku będzie zimno natomiast były kaloryfery w każdym z pokoi. Właściciel bardzo komunikatywny i przyjazny.

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at Roman's. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Roman and his family were very welcoming and provided excellent recommendations. The location was convenient, close to stores and beautiful tourists attractions. Highly recommend and would stay again! Evelyn and Viktor 😀

Great place to explore the area. it's easy to find, easy to park. The apartment is clean and functional. it was warm and comfortable. The beds were comfortable for me as well. The sound insulation is not perfect though, but all of the other guests did stop the noise after 10 pm so it wasn't a problem.

Útulná, čistá a vybavená chatka. S dětmi jsme si pobyt opravdu užili. Mohu jen doporučit

Very nice place to stay in Liptov area, near the Liptovska Mara. If you are group friends and family it is ideal. The stunning views of mountains are must. Your host is responsive. Just can't go wrong with this place.

A szálláshely az erdő közepén van, távol mindentől, a város zajától, a forgalomtól. Egy csörgedező patak mentén, hegyekkel körülvéve. Mesebeli volt a hely és nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A szálláshelyen minden volt, amire szükségünk volt. A szaunát kissé sok időbe telt felfűtenünk, de utána mesés volt. A házikót szintén több időbe telt befűteni, addig picit fáztunk, de utána minden tökéletes volt. Emma nagyon kedves volt, rugalmas és minden kérdésünkre azonnal válaszolt.

Second stay at Tibor’s Drevenicka. Loved that even more! See you next time! We were able to set a fire in cozy stove. What a peaceful place.

V chatke v Rajeckých Tepliciach u pani Ivetky sme s manželom a psíkom strávili predĺžený víkend. Hoci nám počasie neprialo, pobyt sme si užili kúpaním vo wellness a prechádzkami so psíkom po okolí. Chatka bola čistá, zariadená všetkým potrebným. Je situovaná vzadu vo veľmi peknej záhrade rodinného domu, kde je pokoj a súkromie. Pani Ivetka je veľmi milá a ústretová hostiteľka, ochotná vo všetkom pomôcť a poradiť. Vrelo odporúčame všetkým návštevníkom, ktorí chcú spoznať krásy Rajeckej doliny.

We (2 adults + 3 kids) had a wonderful time in Sonias Cottage. We were welcomed by her parents and everything was as described. The house is equipped with all essential things. Especially we loved the sitting area outside with a fire place and barbecue. The steps to the sleeping rooms are a bit challenging but our 3 yr old daughter managed them even by night. Sonias place is perfect for exploring the Orava Region - we totally recommend it! Thanks Sonia & parents!
