Hello, The place was great, exactly as advertised. You should get a car if you will be staying here, it is fairly rural (But Yilan is not that big) We only stayed for one night but had a great time! Didn't get to use all of the amenities to it's full extent! There are a couple of homestays in this complex so it's quite interesting! Thank you!

Spacious and comfortable top floor unit, with large windows and outdoor space. Easy access to public transportation (between Taipower Building and Gongguan MRT stops on Green Line), good food, and convenience markets. Clean and modern unit as described in photos, although showing some wear, and kitchen not as well-equipped as other places we’ve stayed. Joy met us for check in, and she and Edward (co-hosts) were helpful and responded quickly to our requests and inquiries. As others have mentioned, there was loud construction (major) across the street during our stay in mid-May, but we are early risers and out during much of the day, so it did not bother us as much as it could for others. Overall, we enjoyed the overall comfort and convenience provided by the apartment.

２週間滞在しました。まるで自分の部屋のように全てが完璧に揃っていました。このクオリティが台北にあると知れたことが嬉しく、必ず次回もトップリストになる滞在先です。２週間の滞在でしたので、洗濯機やキッチンの環境がとても重要でしたが、プライベートバルコニーがあったので洗濯にも困らず、キッチン用具も十分に揃っていました。近くの西寧市場で野菜を買ったりすることができると地域を知れて、おすすめです。（他にも、買い物には全く困らないエリアです）部屋の香りに敏感なのですが、アロマディフューザーが各所に設置されているので、部屋に帰った瞬間にとても気分がよくなります。ベッドの寝心地もよく、自宅以上にゆっくり眠ることができたように感じました。部屋のWi-Fiも十分の速度で、時には１日部屋にこもってリモートワークを行いましたが、一切問題ありませんでした。備え付けのテレビにはNetflixなどに繋ぐこともできるので、十分に楽しめました。あらゆる電化製品が日本製で、安心して使うことができました。ホストの対応も完璧で、全く不便のないコミュニケーションをとることができました！感謝しかありません。ぜひまた滞在したいです。

As a group with elderly and children, Mia's place was very convenient to stay. Large space for everything, accessible to public transport and a very superb view of taipei 101 tower. Albeit must improve on check in procedure and cleanliness, some old stuff inside the house and need minor renovations. Over all we have a nice stay and enjoyable stay.

William’s place is spacious, comfortable and super convenient. It’s located right above a large shopping complex with many shops and restaurant choices. William is a great host. He is extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. Our flight was in the evening and William allowed us to have a late check out which we appreciated very much. Overall, our group of 5 friends fully enjoyed the stay at William’s place and will definitely stay there again in our next trip to Taipei.

The apartment was huge & spotless—everything felt new and well-maintained, which made settling in super comfortable. The views from the place were a nice surprise too, overlooking the vibrant city streets below and the river it really gave me that “I’m in Taipei” feeling every morning. The location couldn’t be more convenient. Just steps away from all the restaurants, cafes, and shops in Ximending, plus only a short walk to the MRT station, +15 minutes To Taipei 101. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Taipei in Luxury western style condo.

Das Apartment ist in einer Toplage, direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof. Die Beschreibung zum einchecken und finden des Zimmers war genau beschrieben. Wenn ich wieder in Taipei bin, werde ich dort wieder übernachten.

Loved this spot. I walked to Taipei 101 almost everyday from here. Jessie was a lovely host!

If you want a relaxing stay in Taipei, this place is highly recommended. The local area offers an authentic experience where you can blend in with the community, away from the typical tourist spots. The space is incredibly comfortable, and the balcony is the perfect chill-out spot. I definitely recommend a long-term stay here. Plus, the host is very kind and attentive, always quick to help with any issues. If I visit Taipei again, I would absolutely choose this place, and I’d recommend it to any friends visiting the city. Fantastic views, large spaces, luxurious furnishings, ideal for families to settle in and explore the area. Walkable to many day/night markets, easy to find food. Host greeted us at the door and went though all the features of the property. Location also near mass transit and cabs easy to find. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

5泊6日で利用しました。部屋は広く清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。お風呂場は少し小さいですが使う分には問題のない広さです。ベッドやソファ抱けてなく作業机もあり、大きなテレビもあったので仕事や勉強を行うにもとても良かったです。 滞在したとき台北に気温が非常に高かったのですが部屋のエアコンがパワフルで直ぐ涼しくなるもの良かったです。 ベランダもあり、西門町の夜景が見えるのもとても気に入りました。 WIFIも高速で100Mbps近く出ており、滞在中に仕事でオンライン会議を行いましたが問題なくでました。 西門駅から７～8分ほどですが西門町周辺には屋台やレストランが多く、また遅くまで開いているお店も多いので観光して帰ってきてからでも夕食や買い物には困らないのも非常に良いです。 9階に洗濯機と乾燥機があり有料で使うこともできるのも助かります。もし他の方が使っていたとしても周辺にもコインランドリーも複数ありますので洗濯もすぐにできるのは助かりました。 ホストのLivさんは親切で返信もきちんと頂けるので信頼できるホストさんです。部屋も場所も良いのでまた台北に行くときはぜひ利用したいと思います。 次はもっと長期で滞在したいですね
