Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Zhongshan District

The listing is a modern condo in central Taipei that is very accessible and close to the station. The house is very clean and cozy. I shared the place with three other friends and Frank has kindly arranged an extra sofa bed for us. The rooms are divided by movable dividers, so we had the choice to join the rooms into one big living space or have separate rooms for extra privacy. The listing has two clean and fully furnished bathrooms, making it extra convenient for larger groups. The washer with drying function was really useful, especially for longer stays.

A lovely little get-away in the middle of the city. Extremely private with everything you need inside, and modern furnishings and appliances. Even with three bedrooms, the sound-proofing is really good, way better than most of my experiences in the city, which ensures a peaceful night sleep as well.

Miu miu's place was great! It was just a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station so the location was very convenient. The apartment was clean and spacious and fit 5 of us comfortably. Miu miu and her team were always so responsive too. Would totally recommend 👍️

Came for a three-day conference at National Yang Ming Chia Tung university with two other colleagues. Yun's house is only 20 mins away from the univ and 5 min away from the Night Market, so perfect balance for our trip. Lounge, rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen are all sizeable and clean. Also, Yun is very responsive helped us to have nice time in here. Highly recommend!

Ich kann diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Sie war genau richtig für mein Wochenende in Taipeh und hatte alles was man für ein paar Übernachtungen brauchte. Sie war sehr gut (und auch ruhig) gelegen und ich konnte vieles wie beispielsweise den Flughafen Songshan zu Fuß erreichen. War insgesamt sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Our priority for our short stay in (very loud) Taipei was to find a place where we would be able to recharge after a day of sightseeing, get away from the noise, and sleep well at night. Zev's apartment was a great fit for us. It's located in a side street with less traffic. The apartment has great noise-proof windows. It also has blackout curtains that make it pitch black at night. We didn't hear any neighbors apart from people walking down the hallway on the same floor. The apartment is very tiny - tinier that we expected but for a short 3-day stay it was fine. The bathroom is also small but with sufficient space to lay out all your stuff by the sink as well as take a comfortable shower in the cabin. The entire building is new. So new in fact that it wasn't fully finished inside. But we didn't hear any construction noise. It was nice to stay in a modern building in a modern apartment. Apart from not getting the Wi-Fi password the first day, communication with the host was fine.

I chose this Airbnb because I know this neighborhood, it's close to my auntie's place and out of 7 aunties and uncles, this was my favorite neighborhood to stay at. Good public transportation (bus lines too), good local street food scene (different stalls for breakfast, lunch, and night), midpriced, and not too busy but not too quiet. The apt is spacious, bright, clean, quiet, and has all you need (except for a rice cooker to my mom's disappointment). While at the rates of a fairly luxurious hotel, what you will get is space, a kitchen, washer/dryer, and TWO bathrooms (essential for some families). I recommend the noodle place on the ground floor for weekday lunch, they have handcut noodles (this might be out of date given foodstall turnover). Hosts very responsive, even when the door lock battery ran out at 10:30pm. There are screens on every window, even to the clothes drying balcony (there IS a dryer, we are just old school), so we did not get any bites. Well-done remodel!

Everything is perfect. Very comfortable and convenient. There’s good to live in. It’s a perfect choice we want to stay. The only one things was have someone else nearby was smoking. But there will be no smell of smoke in the house. Next time we still want to live here.

中山の中心地から近く便利でした。 エレベーターが無いので毎日の登り降りは辛かったですが、そこを差し引いても良かったです。

Host was incredibly helpful at check in, meet up at MRT and helped with our luggage, even allowed us to checkin a bit early. Highlights of this accommodation: Easy 2min to walk to MRT Located near a morning market for breakfast, also Ningxia night market. Definitely recommend this place!

Best place to stay

Overall our staying was comfortable. The host is nice and easy to communicate. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. The only drawback is the bin next to wash machine had small flys around and they are hard to get rid of with.

Cosy place that made the family felt right at home. Lots of features in the apartment to keep the kids occupied.

We stayed at the place with two small kids (3,5 and 1,5 yo) and enjoyed it. As mentioned the stairs is somewhat dangerous but not something we found a real problem. Very good communication and found the place as we expected. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommend!

Super great location and spacious accommodations. Washing machine and washing area was a plus because it was very hot and we did a lot of laundry.

The place is very clean and close to subway. Check-In/Out is easy and flexible. Kai met us at the place and walk through with us which was helpful. Overall, we were very happy when we stay here. We would like to give this 5 star.

首先房東很好很熱情，有一直密切聯繫我們，所以入住流程很清楚很快捷，服務非常好。 這是一間很舒適很乾淨的公寓，環境清靜，附近有很多小餐廳和便利店，交通也方便，最近距離的車站也不遠，步行7-9分鐘就能到達。 三間房間的空間很大，每一間房間都有獨立提供吹風機，一次性梳洗用品。 客廳有一部投影機，可以有大螢幕看免費電影，廚房的抽屜裏也有很多不同的桌遊，適合一群人一起娛樂玩。 基本的煮食用具，洗衣機，日常用品幾乎全部都有提供，不需要自己額外購買，非常方便~ 唯一美中不足的是需要爬樓梯上三樓，因為沒有電梯。如果行李箱很重的話，就會稍微不方便，但是這並不影響這間住宿的舒適度，整體來說，還是一間非常不錯值得一住的住宿！
