Sergey is an impeccable host. He has anticipated everything you need for a pleasant stay. The cool coming from the forest made the hot summer day very pleasant. Barbecues are handy to use. The yurts offer peace, tranquility and coziness, in beautiful nature, they detach completely from the concrete of the city.

We had a lovely stay with our two kids! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had more than enough room for a family of four. The neighborhood is fantastic. The beach was just a 10-minute walk away,l. There are plenty of great cafés nearby, including one right across the street, and lots of restaurants offering delicious food within walking distance. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. The only thing we found a bit challenging was that the mattresses were softer than we’re used to, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, a great experience—we felt at home and would happily come back. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a vibrant location!

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. You get a cozy comfy modern three-story house with a big garden in a nice safe neighborhood. Oksana and her family have been so lovely. It was a privilege to interact with them Good Wi-Fi and “A1” cell signal. There is regular bus service to and from Varna every day except Sundays. An ethnic store called “Sokoni” delivers good quality Indian groceries all over Bulgaria including Grozdyovo. The host family did so much to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We communicated OK through translation even though they don’t know English and I don’t know Bulgarian or Russian. Without me asking, they even bought a very nice new vacuum cleaner when I mentioned I was having problems using the old one. In fact I was using it wrong. I felt guilty about it, though the new one was nicer. Of course I recommended this.
