Πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα 1ου ορόφου σε ήσυχη γειτονιά του Βόλου. Εύκολο παρκάρισμα στη γύρω περιοχή. Το κατάλυμα είναι πεντακάθαρο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο, σου δημιουργεί μια αίσθηση ότι φιλοξενείσαι σε φιλικό σπίτι. Η οικοδέσποινα ευγενική και επικοινωνιακή. Μοναδικό αρνητικό ότι δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα.

I just want to give a big thankyou to Mike and Anastasia, what they have created here is beautiful. Our stay from minute one was just the most special thing, Mike greeted us with a big welcoming smile and was so helpful. Everything was spot on, Villa, pool, hot tub, surroundings were immaculate, and once we got there we felt at home straight away. We arrived there stressed and tired we left there invigorated and chilled. Try and get in the village if you can as well, it’s again something very special. We will be back 100% and I highly recommend that anyone should immerse themselves here, it’s wonderful. Thankyou so much Mike!

Tolles Haus, vor allem für Familien. Wir waren eine Woche mit 2 Kindern und einem Grosselternpaar im Haus. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vor allem im Pool und der Gegend. Gerne wieder.

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

The stay in the villa is pleasant and relaxing. The view is breathtaking. The house is very clean. Comfortably equipped. Suzana was very kind, available and spoiled us with food she cooked. We would love to visit again. Thank you.

Φοβερό σπίτι με τρομερή θεα! Καταπληκτική αισθητική του χώρου! Ήταν πληρως εξοπλισμενο και πεντακάθαρο που σε έκανε να νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου! Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα

Beautiful house and a very private location. Views are breathtaking! Felt like at home as the house was well equipped and spacious. Amazing and very supportive communication. The most beautiful locations in Eastern Pilion are nearby such as Milopotamos beach, Fakistra beach, Tsagarada Platia. We really enjoyed our stay!

It’s a well maintained yard with room to park my motorcycle behind a fence. I stayed in the studio (there are several appartement) and it has everything I need. Though the kitchen is pretty basic. All in all a pleasant place to stay.

Wir haben eine gute + erholsame Woche verbringen können. Jaques hat uns von der Fähre abgeholt + später in einer von uns selbst verschuldeten misslichen Lage geholfen, vielen Dank hierfür noch einmal! Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden + erfreuten und täglich an der schönen Badebucht + dem Panoramablick von der Terasse. Die ansteigenden Temperaturen konnten wir durch die gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen in beiden Schlafzimmern schnell regulieren, so dass wir sie nur kurz vor dem Schlafen aktiviert haben. Der Kontakt zu Mike verlief ebenso freundlich + hilfsbereit. Das Einzige was uns gestört hat, ist die doch sehr stark befahrene Hauptstraße. Von dieser aus ist alles andere zu erreichen, ggfls. auch die Busse. Wir sind mit unserem Hund hier gewesen + haben uns deswegen gleich am ersten Abend entschieden, für die gesamte Zeit einen Mietwagen zu nehmen. Dies hat aber keine negativen Auswirkungen auf die Unterkunft an sich gehabt, die wir allen anderen gerne weiterempfehlen!

I highly recommend the villa and location. The house was wonderful, in front of the beach and with great food all around . if you're looking for a peaceful vacation, it's a great choice.

Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war sehr schön und entspannend. Insbesondere die sehr private und der sehr ursprüngliche Ort haben zur perfekten Erholung beigetragen. Hervorzuheben ist der örtliche Bäcker, der sehr freundlich ist und super Produkte hat- Toller Urlaub

Ένας υπέροχος χώρος, ζεστός διακοσμημένος με γούστο. Απίστευτη ησυχία και μαγευτική θέα. Η κυρία Δεσποινα μας υποδέχτηκε εγκάρδια, μας προσέφερε τοπικά εδέσματα για καλωσόρισμα. Ενώ η ευγενική κυρία Κορινα μας είχε δώσει αναλυτικές πληροφορίες άφιξης και περιήγησης της περιοχής. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν ο χώρος που είχε το μπιλιάρδο και το Πινγκ πονγκ όπου εκεί μικροί και μεγάλοι περάσαμε ατέλειωτες ώρες χαλάρωσης και διασκέδασης!

Ο όροφος χώρος, με φυσιογνωμία, προσεγμένος, κλασικός για σπίτι Πηλίου, όχι όμως βαρύς. Υπέροχο το τζάκι να το βλέπεις, αρχοντικά κρεβάτια και μπάνιο φιλοτεχνημένο. Πολύ ωραίες επιλογές στα χρώματα των τοίχων και την τεχνοτροπία του υπνοδωματίου. Η θέα προς το Βόλο χορταστική. Πεντακάθαρο επίσης. Το μόνο πρόβλημα στο Ίντερνετ για το οποίο δεν ευθύνεται το διαμέρισμα, καθώς ούτε τα δεδομένα έπιαναν καλά, είχε σήμα κυκλικά, ανά περιόδους. Εξαιτίας αυτού υπήρχε πρόβλημα στο gps κατά την επιστροφή το βράδυ, γι’ αυτό και προτείνω να μην επιστρέφει κανείς από Άνω Μεριά, μπερδεύεται το gps. Είναι πανεύκολο από Ιωλκού. Όμορφος χωρίς γενικά και η Λουΐζα εξυπηρετική τόσο στην αρχή όσο και στο τέλος με τη διευκόλυνσης ώρας στο check out, πολύ θετικό. Η τιμή σίγουρα στην ποιότητα του διαμερίσματος σε σχέση καί με την απόσταση από Βόλο. Σε τραβάει να ξαναπάς σίγουρα.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Häuschen von Satya. Es ist Alles da was naturverbundene Menschen für einen perfekten Urlaub brauchen : Ruhe ,frischer Duft nach Kräutern ,eine wunderbare Aussicht ,ein schöner Strand ,in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet !!!! Alles Liebe für Satya und Eleni !!!!

Χαρήκαμε πολύ το σπίτι. Ιδιωτική αυλή, ήσυχη γειτονιά το βράδυ. Η βόλτα στην παραλία πολύ κοντά μας, όπως και ότι χρειαατήκαμε. Ευχαριστούμε!!!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία και φιλικοι οικοδεσπότες. Καταπληκτικο και το δωματιο και αξογη η καθαριότητα!

Un loc foarte linistit si frumos cu gazde foarte receptive la cererile noastre. Desi in descrierea de pe AIRBNB locuita aparea ca fiin dotata cu MSR aceasta nu exista in casuta noastra. Acest aspect a fost rezolvat de catre gazda imediat prin serviciul de curatenie al complexului in care se afla casa. O cazare in care este foarte posibil sa revenim.

קשה לתאר במילים את החיבור שהיה לנו לבית ולמארחת הנפלאה הזו במבנה היסטורי אך שמור בצורה נהדרת על צלע הר שוכן ארמון לתפארת עם חצר מדהימה ומטופחת, בריכה מפנקת ונעימה ושולחנות לארוחה עם בריזה ונוף מדהים למפרץ. כל החדרים מאובזרים וממוזגים והמטבח פונקציונלי להפליא איריני ולנה מארחות למופת, כל הזמן היו בקשר ודאגו לנו. אפילו כאשר נקלענו לסיטואציה לא נעימה כאשר המזוודות לא הגיעו, איריני נטלה פיקוד, שוחחה עם נציגת השילוח היווניה ומסרה לה את הפרטים שלה כדי שתהיה בקשר לוודא שהמזוודות יגיעו. ההמלצות של איריני היו מדויקות ויעילות מאוד ונוצר חיבור רגשי שגרם לנו ישר להתגעגע. המקום מומלץ מאוד בכפר היפה ביותר בפיליון ואין מה לחפש במקום אחר!!

We had The Best holiday at Atrium Villas. We were a family group of 8 people in Lunaria Villa. The bedrooms were exceptional (one of the four was small which we knew in advance) each with a private bathroom. We spent all our time outdoors around the pool and at the outdoor table. The grounds of the Villas are stunning with beautiful plants and stunning views. The outdoor gym area was a nice extra and we loved the bookable BBQ and outdoor dining. Amazing sunsets. Pristine surroundings… Thank You Lucia for your exceptional hosting and to your wonderful cleaning team for their hard work. We made some beautiful memories here and hope to visit again one day. Loved Skiathos too. Our first time! Parissis vineyard wine tasting was a big hit. Numerous fab restaurants. The real highlight was an 8 hour skippered private boat trip around the entire island - 8 beaches and swimming in crystal clear waters. We had perfect weather too. What a trip! :-)

Ce logement dans le Pelion est vraiment parfait ! Nous étions 2 couples avec chacun 1 enfant et y avons passé une semaine. La maison est bien équipée et joliment décorée, la piscine ainsi que l’espace barbecue sont très agréables ! Il y a la climatisation dans les 2 chambres. L’hôte est très réactif et d’une grande gentillesse Je recommande vivement cet endroit dans le Pelion ! La vue est incroyable !!!

We loved our stay at Skiathea Villas - the best AirBnb we've ever stayed in!! Filippos was the perfect host - he met us at the airport and drove us to the villa to check in, gave us lots of great recommendations and even some delicious homemade liquor. The villa is fantastic - exactly as pictured. Lovely pool area with very comfortable sofa bean chairs and incredible views. It's a real treat that the villa is cleaned daily by Mary and the pool is also cleaned daily. The recommendations from Filippos really made the trip special - on his recommendation we tried so many fab restaurants, hired a very fun 4 wheel drive car (highly recommended to explore the North side of the island) and went to some great beaches. He was always very responsive and friendly. The villa is up a dirt track road which is fine to drive in a 2 wheel drive car and a good walk if you're up for it. In walking distance there's some restaurants, a fun pool bar and a shop. It's about 15 mins drive to Skiathos town.

Ένα υπέροχο μέρος μέσα στη φύση με απίστευτη θέα. Πολύ προσεγμένο κατάλυμα και άνετο για οικογένειες , με προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες. Η κα.Δημητρα πολύ φιλική και με ενδιαφέρον από την πρώτη στιγμή αλλά και η μικρή εγγονή της απίστευτη που έκανε πολύ ωραία παρέα με τα παιδιά μας και πολλές βουτιές στην πισίνα!! ελπίζουμε να τα ξαναπούμε! ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

This is an amazing property of five beautiful apartments. The apartment that me and my wife stayed in was big and airy with air conditioning ( which is a must even in September ) and a small kitchenette and dining table.The room is well decorated to a modern taste. We had great views over Skiathos town as the property is located in the mountains above. Some might say it's very secluded but I would say it's private and very quiet we sat on the balcony in the mornings and could only hear the wind the crickets and the birds. Be aware though that you need a good hire car / ATV to get here although we did see the occasional taxi passing. The road up is concrete and very steep. The outside of the property flows well with a small round jacuzzi and a pool sunbeds, dinning tables, seats, hammock and sling seat. I did see children's swing, etc. The pine trees around the property shade it well but you can sit in the sun if desired. I must say a special thank you to Anna the maid she was brilliant
