The bus stop is right in front of the building. If you choose to rent a car, there is free parking spaces included. The host is a native to Ishigaki and knows the island like the back of his hand and will give you the best local experience.

Day 3: Take our "Mini Catamaran" Tour, then head up north where you will be able to visit a stalactite cave and the Hirakubo light house. Or just rest in the Hammoc with a book on local culture!

It is a small villa in a quiet location with a very natural environment where you can see such treasures as box turtles and eagles. At night you can see the full brilliance of the stars. There are several places nearby where you can enjoy activities such as sea kayaking, SUP, and ATVs, making it a place where you can spend your time enjoying activities to the fullest. Kookai (空海)means sky and sea, and it is also the name of a famous buddhist monk who created Koya-san. We wanted a big terrasse between the sky and the sea, in a very quiet area, in nature, to enjoy calm and serenity. The house is the last one before the sea, with a tropical garden in front. From the porch, you have a view on the garden and Nosoko mount behind and behind the house there is a jungle, with a path going down to a small secret beach.

Ibaruma Beach House

My place is right on a very private beach. Perfect for families, the house is fully proofed and equipped for children. 15 minutes by cab from the airport we are in the very quiet village of Ibaruma. Few restaurants and shops available on foot. Ibaruma people are really friendly and welcoming. Diving shops are our neighbors. The house is fully equipped, BBQ, SUP available, billiard and TV room.
