great appartment, very clean. all questions answered very fast.

Constantine was incredibly helpful, kind and communicative. I hurt my ankle and he was even so kind as to provide an ice pack! The place was clean and it’s wonderful to have a balcony. We stayed in the room with two single beds, there’s an extra charge to use both bedrooms as he states in the description. Beds are a bit squeaky and firm, nothing unmanageable. It’s excellent value, highly recommend.

This was a lovely stay! Lucas was very proactive and made the stay welcome. The area is very nice and feels authentic to living in Athens. The balcony with the lemon trees was definitely a highlight.

We enjoyed our stay at Spyros’s apartment. It was great to get back to the apartment after being out all day in the heat. The apartment is in a great location near the metro, supermarkets and restaurants. Plenty of room for two people, it felt like our home away from home. The apartment have all the conveniences you would need. One of the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend if you are staying is Athens for a short or long stay.

Highly recommend this place. Very nice appartment, clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well equiped and the host left all the essentials for cooking while on your trip plus extras. I have never been to an airbnb so well stocked with essentials for cooking. The restaurant downstairs is great, the neighbourhood is very lively, not too far from the main attractions, honestly we were so happy that we have booked this place. If you are looking to stay somewhere in Athens that is not in the middle of the touristy spots with souvernir shops around and you don’t mind walking - this is a gem. We absolutely loved this place.

Гарна квартира з усім необхідним для комфортного перебування. До метро Дафні 5 хвилин пішки, до центру на метро їхати приблизно 10-15 хвилин. До моря можна доїхати на автобусі, що зупиняється недалеко. Сам район Дафні спокійний, є ресторанчики, супермаркети, можна відпочити від бурхливого центру. Дякую господарям за охайні, затишні апартаменти і легкий чек-ін та чек-аут.

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement ! Le logement est tout simplement parfait : décoré avec goût, moderne, et d'une propreté irréprochable. Chaque détail a été pensé pour assurer un confort maximal, serviette de bain, café, télévision connectée (Netflix, YouTube…), climatisation et chauffage. L'emplacement est également idéal, à proximité d’Athènes et des transports. L’hôte est très disponible et est à l’écoute en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à toute personne souhaitant passer un séjour agréable et sans souci.

We had a wonderful stay in this brand-new, beautifully furnished apartment between Voula and Glyfada (both 20 min walk). It’s stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean – the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in! We came as a family with two small children and felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and even provided a baby bed and high chair. Although it's a semi-basement, it’s not very low and the large windows let in lots of natural light. A big plus is the private garden, which is only accessible from the apartment – great for relaxing or letting the kids play. There’s always free parking right in front of the door and a large supermarket just down the street. We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

This was the perfect location for my husband and me, as we have family in the area. The pedestrian street offers a quieter feel in an otherwise bustling area. Everything you need is steps away: bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops; a few steps further and you’ll find restaurants and bars. The apartment is very clean and quiet. The bathroom is a bit dated - this is the only negative. The updated kitchen is fully functional, very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We spent most of our time on the very large balcony (loved it). The hosts were absolutely lovely and very responsive. Overall a wonderful experience.

Ci siamo fermati a casa di George per una settimana, eravamo in due. La casa corrisponde alle foto, è nuova e arredata con gusto. Il piano inferiore è molto fresco, si dorme bene. L'area cucina altrettanto comoda con un terrazzino dotato di tavolo e sedie/poltrone dove rilassarsi. La zona è tranquilla, a 20 minuti circa a piedi si raggiungono strade piene di negozi e ristoranti. In prossimità ci sono baretti e supermercati. Se arrivate in macchina o in moto c'è uno spazio antistante l'abitazione che vi risolve il problema della ricerca parcheggio...in zona sarebbe difficile trovarne. Noi avevamo una Citroen C3 e ci stava benissimo. George sempre disponibile, ci ha dato consigli utili su luoghi da visitare o su posti dove mangiare bene la buona cucina greca. Consiglio vivamente.

A bright, clean place with wonderful views. It is a quite place very near a vibrant neighborhood with great bakeries and small shops. The tenants in the building were very friendly. Lena was a wonderful host.

Η επικοινωνία μας με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν καταπληκτική, καθώς μας εξυπηρέτησε πάρα πολύ τόσο στην ώρα άφιξης όσο και αποχώρησης. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος για να μας λύσει όλες μας τις απορίες καθώς και κάποιες δυσκολίες οι οποίες δημιουργήθηκαν λόγω αλλαγής του προγράμματός μας. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και πολύ προσεγμένος. Ενα πανέμορφο διαμέρισμα, δίπλα στην παραλία, με φανταστικό κρεβάτι το οποίο ήταν ιδανικό καθώς ήμασταν αρκετά ταλαιπωρημένοι! Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

Καταπληκτικός ο χώρος αλλά και ο ίδιος ο Ιάσωνας. Η περιοχή ζωντανή με ωραία μαγαζιά και πολύ εύκολο παρκάρισμα. Το σπίτι και ειδικά το μπαλκόνι μας έδωσε αυτό που χρειαζόμασταν ηρεμία και χαλάρωση. Ιάσωνα σε ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ για όλα ήσουν εξαιρετικός και ελπίζω να έχουμε τη χαρά να μας φιλοξενήσεις και πάλι.

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

A real lovely place to stay — feels lived in with some real unique pieces! Walking distance to a few eateries and cafes, as well as to the metro and to Philopappos hill. Pretty convenient location. Thank you for having us!

If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever, thanks to Andrea’s hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth. Don’t hesitate — book now.

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.
