Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Yerevan

Остались очень довольны, были на вилле весь день, там очень приятно и спокойно. В доме есть все нужные вещи. рядом есть магазинчик, который работает др 23 - удобно.

Comfortable space, great location.

We had a fantastic stay at Arman’s place during our trip to Armenia. He was an exceptional host-friendly, communicative, thoughtful and very helpful. He gave us great local tips and even helped us with last-minute errands on our final day, which we truly appreciated. The property was spotless and spacious, perfect for our group of three couples. We especially loved the large living area, cozy rooms, and the pool. The quiet neighborhood made it a relaxing retreat, and though it’s 10–15 minutes from the city center, getting around with taxi app was easy. Arman was also very flexible with check-out and gave us a great rate. All in all, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in Armenia. Thank you, Arman, for your hospitality and for making our trip extra special!

Amazing beautiful stylish house ♥️

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

Большой просторный дом со всеми удобствами. Удобно расположен поблизости от аэропорта. Отдельное спасибо Геворгу и его супруге за радушный приём и помощь. Организовали трансфер от и до аэропорта, помогли и сориентировали в повседневных вопросах, были всегда на связи. Рекомендую.

Отличный дом на выходные, можно провести мероприятие. Все было супер!

The villa was so nice and clean, the host, Gayane, was reachable easily and answer our questions less than an hour. Villa’s amenities was perfect for cooking and swimming. Near to city centre, the yard was lovely, and neighbourhood was so quiet and good.

Value for money. This place offers a peaceful vacation in Yerevan. Everything you need is in this apartment. Easy to find and central location. Spotless modern space with minimal white clean furniture. Paco is a great host and I’m so glad we chose this place. The place can host up to 4 people. With 2 toilets and one of them has the perfect shower. Everything is clean and renovated even though it’s an old Soviet building. There’s a park with beautiful trees surrounding the windows of the house. Safe neighborhood with calm neighbors. Thank you Paco for a wonderful time at your house and for giving us flexible check in and check out hours.

Mikayels attention to details was extraordinary, his care and attention to detail was fantastic. The home was well kept and maintained, the facilities in the property were great and everything I needed was there. I can only say he made everything easy, the location is close to the shops and gyms. I would highly recommend this place! And I will be back in the near future to stay. Thank you for everything.

Очень хорошая квартира в классном доме, комфортная, просторная. Большой балкон с автоматической крышей. Удобные матрасы. Все работает - стиральная машинка, посудомойка, духовка, кофемашина. Владельцы заселили нас в поздний час, привезли, то что попросили из недостающего. Все было четко и вежливо. Большое спасибо!

Amalya is an extremely welcoming host. We arrived at 5 am in the morning and she met us at the place with a welcoming pie! This is the house in a village, yes, it has it's pros and cons. It's fresh and calm air just 2 minutes walk from the most epic views Jrvesh park and 15 minutes walk throught the forest to Woods Center - a modern coworking space. Outside that it's a village without much infrastructure. It's way cooler then in Yerevan itself during hot days. Recommend for a monthly stay for a nomad to mix with working at Woods Center and enjoying forest walks like me.

I recently stayed at a beautiful house in Ohanavan and had an amazing experience. The house was very clean, with all the rooms neat, cozy, and well-maintained. One of the best features was the private hot pool, which is part of the house — perfect for relaxing at any time. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking nature, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings. It’s a perfect getaway for anyone looking to enjoy comfort and natural beauty at the same time. A big thank you to the Amaranocstaff for their professionalism, care, and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to return!

Приехали на месяц в Ереван, случайно нашли этот замечательный дом. Находится на возвышенности и открывается прекрасный вид на часть города. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная, нам сразу понравилась. Мы приехали очень поздно, не успели заехать в магазин, а дома были котлетки в морозилке, очень приятно. Рядом очень много дружелюбных собак, которые готовы облизывать тебя хоть весь день. Нелли очень любит животных, как и мы, поэтому мы их тоже прикармливали и игрались с ними Очень советуем, останетесь довольны! 🙂

Great place to stay, perfect location in Garni. Great restos nearby but they also have good food in the stay. Private, gated and secured. Host was great, friendly and helpful.
