위치는 도심에서 약간 떨어져있으나 생활하는데 불편함이 없을 정도로 단지내 편의시설이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 새로 지은 아파트여서 깨끗하고 관리가 철저합니다. 호스트도 매우 친절합니다. 다시 출장 온다면 또 지내고 싶을정도로 만족합니다.

하노이에서 하는 행사참여로 근처에 숙소를 찾던 중 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾았습니다. 45층의 고층 아파트의 43층이어서 호수뷰의 좋은 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 무료로 더 좋은 컨디션의 룸으로 업그레이드를 해주셨는데 깔끔하고 아주 만족스러운 룸이었습니다. 보안도 철저하고 고층임에도 엘리베이터가 빠르게 움직였습니다. 헤어 드라이어가 없었는데 요청하니 30분 이내에 바로 가져다 주셔서 문제없이 사용하였습니다. 문의 시 답변도 빠르게 주셔서 참 좋았습니다. 다음에 하노이를 찾는다면 또 묵고싶습니다. 감사합니다

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi!

the host was quite kind and had a good communication with us. the apartment is spacious and clean. the building has a big mart on the 1st floor and helped us a lot :) I recommend this place for people have a plan to visit this area, Hanoi

3주간 머물렀습니다. 미딩에 이은 제2의 한인촌 아파트라서 매일 수십 명의 한국인들을 볼 수 있었고 건물 보안도 철저했어요. 해당 건물 1층에 편의점, 약국, 한국식당, 한국슈퍼가 있었고 단지 내에 한국세탁소, 한국야식집, 한국빵집, 새마을식당, 홍콩반점, 두끼떡볶이, 하이디라오, 한국정육점 등이 있어 마치 한국에 사는 듯 했습니다. 호치민쪽 아파트들은 벽간 소음이 심했는데 여기는 층간, 벽간 소음없이 조용했고 사진에 나온 호수가 있어서 집에서 보는 뷰도 좋고 나가서 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 미딩은 매우 가깝고 우버 3-4000원이면 호안키엠이나 롯데마트 이동이 가능해서 편했어요. 10여 개 이상의 축구장에 밑에 있어서 매일 늦게까지 축구를 하는 사람들이 좀 시끄러운 게 유일한 단점이었습니다. 재방문 의사 매우 높습니다.

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully designed modern studio apartment. The aesthetics were stunning — truly one of a kind! The space was spotless, well-equipped with all essentials, and the view from the balcony was just the cherry on top. We especially loved the hot tub — such a perfect way to unwind. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. Peaceful, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

The stay was fantastic and a really nice and comfortable place. It’s close to a lot of things and a quick taxi to everywhere else.

This is very good quite location if you want to stay away from the old quarter noise and traffic

Het appartement is gelegen in een buurt met veel groen aan het water en vol met winkels en restaurants. Er zijn vrijwel geen touristen en je voelt je helemaal ondergedompeld in de Vietnamese cultuur. Door de hoogte op de 31ste verdieping is het stil en het uitzicht is geweldig. Schuin tegenover kijkt men op een oude tempel! Aardige buren, handig ingedeeld en zeer betaalbaar!

So sad to leave I WISH I could stay forever. Firstly the hosts are AMAZING they provided super good recommendation the bun cha around the corner seriously is one of the best I’ve had in the city. The house is also surrounded by cute cafes with great drinks. But if you are lucky and the host family are in they will invite you for coffee upstairs their coffee machine is amazing. Another great feature of the house is the toilet. It’s JAPANESE I was finding excuses to sit on that thing and press all the buttons, the drying feature is CRAZYYYY, like a warm hug :))) I would HEAVILY recommend this place anyone who wants a great local experience of Hanoi the hosts are so welcoming and have lived in Hanoi forever, true locals with all the insider tips and tricks!! You won’t regret a stay here.

Ich habe diese Unterkunft für eine Nacht vor meiner Weiterreise nach Phu Quoc gebucht und war sehr zufrieden. Ich bin spät abends angekommen, es gab klare Check-in Anweisungen und es hat alles super geklappt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war der Hammer, gerade abends wenn die ganzen Lichter der Häuser und Autos zu sehen waren. Auf dem Balkon stand eine Waschmaschine, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sicherlich ein großer Pluspunkt. Unten gab es auch Minimärkte und Restaurants. Es war sehr sauber und der Gastgeber war gut zu erreichen.

Clean and comfortable. One issue fixed immediately. Very responsive and helpful host. Apartment is as pictured; plus -comfortable bed -smart tv - nice building -attached to mall (separate entrance) w/ grocery store, coffee, delicious restaurants, pharmacy + typical stores Things to be aware of -minimal cutlery -hang dry clothes (no dryer)

The accommodation is very quiet and clean. There is also a market in the same building. To get to many restaurants, you have to cross the main road. There are no traffic lights or crosswalks on the main road, so it is very dangerous.
