Great home with lots of space, comfortable beds, and fully functional kitchen. Located in a tucked away neighborhood but easy location to get to. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants and main roads. If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs. At least two neighbors have lots of roosters and chickens. We got used to the natural sounds and it didn’t bother our sleeping. Hosts were great and responsive. Our family would book again.

From the moment of our arrival, we felt immediately at ease. This was our second stay at the property. William consistently provides a warm welcome and is responsive to our inquiries. The accommodation was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped with necessary appliances and utensils. The location was ideal, conveniently situated near the beach. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including beach towels, a cooler, and the local recommendations provided. Our experience was excellent, and we would strongly recommend this property to others. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful little spot, extremely clean air worked like a dream kitchen was well stocked with necessities and we were extremely happy with our stay! Host provided lots of information regarding the highlights nearby which was so helpful. We were looking for a stay last minute and were so grateful to the host for accommodating us! The Vega Baja Beach House Sands Apartment was the perfect base for exploring Puerto Rico’s stunning north coast. Located at the end of a quiet, gated street, the area felt safe and serene, with beautifully maintained homes and gardens, and the beach entrance just steps away. The apartment was spotless and stylish, featuring a modern kitchen, spacious bathroom, and roomy bedrooms—each with its A/C unit. The rooftop was a standout, with lounge chairs, a grill, and a Jacuzzi. We especially appreciated the welcome bottle of wine from our thoughtful host, Francisco, who was always very responsive. Having access to a laundry room was a big convenience. The property is just six minutes from the gorgeous Playa de Puerto Nuevo and close to excellent seafood restaurants, while still offering quiet away from the crowds. This listing is on my favorites for Puerto Rico stays, and we are already planning to come back. We only ask the host to add beach chairs and beach Umbrellas to their inventory.

Francisco was very responsive to all my questions. He always made sure we had everything we needed and asked if anything else was needed to please co text him. The place was clean and the perfect size. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love this place, this was my second time. Where to start, its on the Vega Baja Beach area which has everything to do. Great restaurants and night life. The apartment is on a private street, which has a private beach access. Don't miss having your morning coffee beachfront or sunset time. Alex was very accessible , the place is exactly like the pictures, modern decoration. Very peaceful space. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Vega Baja or Manati.

Mi familia y yo estuvimos en el alojamiento de Lizy y es la primera vez en air bnb y nos encantó. Todo bien limpio, organizado igual como aparece en las fotos. Me encantó todo. La cocina me encantó tiene de todo lo que se necesita para cocinar. Lugar tranquilo. De verdad que superó nuestras expectativas. La anfitriona estuvo siempre en contacto y cualquier duda rápido contestaba y se ponía a la mejor disposición . Realmente lo recomiendo 100%. Ya lo tengo en mi lista de favoritos para mi próximas vacaciones ya sé dónde hospedarme. Muy agradecida.

The apartment is beautiful very well decorated the beds are very comfortable. Besides the fact that there’s only AC in each bedrooms all the way in the back of the apartment. It is very hard to cool off living room, kitchen, dining room area or even upstairs but other than that, really no complaints. Sheyla was very helpful with getting us through the gate and also with the power outage of the island.

Paul was helpful from the very beginning, he helped us find another apartment close by for my in-laws to stay in and was super responsive to every question we had. It was such a treat to wake up and drink coffee and watch the sunrise on the porch in a place so beautiful and peaceful and close to the ocean. We chose to stay in Manati to be close to the rock climbing in Ciales, about 30 mins inland, and it was just right for that too. Thank you Paul, I hope we’ll be back!

The place was amazing and beautiful. Felt homey and comfortable. Checking in and out was smooth with no problems. There was a small leak in the bedroom but was very quick in response and had someone to come fix it right away. Supermarket was close by, and beach was in walking distance with a beautiful view. My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!

We had such a lovely stay here. We were traveling with our 4 month old for the first time, and Dallas made it so easy. There was a crib set up (with sheets) ready to go. They also had a pack and play that had a bassinet attachment in the closet if we needed it. You truly can stop at the grocery store for some food/beverages, head to the place and then never leave it if you want - he has everything you need. We brought our baby monitor, so I was able to relax by the beach while my husband grilled dinner and it was absolutely relaxing. We come to PR very often and have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this is the first one I have ever said I would want to come to again and again.

Let’s start by saying that Yubal is a great host, always responsive and provides plenty of recommendations. The place is very comfortable and has all the amenities described and more. We had an amazing time doing excursions during the day and then relaxing on the hot tubs at the house during the night. Everything is really close including a convinient store 1 mins away and a beautiful beach 3 mins from the house. And let’s not forget about the local pizza place that treated us like family. I’ll recommend this Airbnb to anyone that want to go to PR for any reason. And Yubal is a great host they will make sure you have great experience.

Angelica’s place was clean and comfortable and the surroundings are beautiful. I loved watching the sunset and drinking coffee on the balcony with the sounds of the waves. It is literally next to a famous beach in Puerto Rico, Mar Chiquita and there are many other beaches close by. Its private and peaceful, but also close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Angelica was responsive to any questions I had and check in could not have been easier. We go to Puerto Rico often and have had many experiences with air bnb and this is the first place I would pay to stay in again. I highly recommend!

Stunning location with breathtaking views! The beach out front is best for lounging, but a short 3-minute walk takes you to a swimmable one. Fully stocked with beach gear, and the patio is lively with cute crabs and lizards—great for kids. Would absolutely return!
