First of all, thank you very much Mi for hosting me and my gf. Mi is a super friendly person with very fast response, I still wonder how she can reply my messages with in a minute 😂 The location of the flat is very convenient, youay reach there by MTR and couple of bus routes, it is near CBD and soho with many pubs and restaurants nearby, by the way, the environment is peaceful at night. Finally, most importantly, the flat is very clean and tidy. The kitchen is a bit small but you can find everything you need. I do enjoy the time in Mi's flat.😊

地址在深水埗醫局街164號三樓。 cat friendly. 房東人很好，提供當地的美食資訊，有求必應喲。同住人是房東媽媽，她热情介紹房間佈局，從熱水壺位置到Wi-Fi密碼都寫在便簽上， 住宿體驗讓我印象深刻。深水埗本就是個充滿市井煙火氣的地方，既有老香港的懷舊風情，又藏著四通八達的便利——10 分钟左右就是地鐵站，去旺角、油麻地不過十幾分鐘，往中環、金鐘也有直達線路，對於想暴走打卡的旅客 雖說打掃得乾淨，但畢竟是老樓，地板縫隙里偶爾能看到歲月痕跡，衛生間角落也不是毫無瑕疵的鋥亮，所以真心建議對衛生要求極高的朋友謹慎選擇。更看重性價比和生活氛圍的人來說，花少錢能住在這樣鬧中取靜的地方，實在挑不出太多毛病。 深入本地生活的親切感，是住酒店永遠體會不到的。深水埗的魅力，大概就藏在這樣的煙火氣里——如果你也喜歡用腳步丈量城市，想花更少的錢住到交通便利的中心地帶，還想跟著熱情房東解鎖地道美食，這裡真的很值得一來。至於潔癖黨，或許更適合追求極致整潔的星級酒店吧。

Great location, spacious room and the host is very friendly.

Mei's apartment is a respite from the bustling city life. The walk up was not difficult, depending on how much you pack. The interior is beautiful. The piano upon the entrance caught my eye and I loved the thriving plants and little, personal trinkets. The shower is very spacious, the towels were soft and everything was pristine. My partner enjoyed the surround-sound system and it's worth mentioning that it was easy to use the washing machine. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very nice place, in front of MTR, good location, and good space for 3 people.

The place is clean, near public station, near stores. Most importantly, the owner is responsive and friendly.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, just a 5 min walk from Yau Ma Tei stn. Lots to do around the area. Walking distance from Mong Kok Ladies Market, with many shops & restaurants in the area that are open till late night. The unit was very clean and well-maintained, really cosy too. It was an appropriate size for my group of 4. The washer & dryer were a great plus to have. The host gave clear instructions on checking in, & followed up on day of check-in to make sure everything was fine. These weren't big issues for me, just things to take note: - For potential guests with accessibility issues, FYI the apartment is located on the 4th floor (technically 5th — ground level isn't counted as lvl 1), & there's no lift so be aware that you'll have to carry your luggage up the stairs. - Water heater works a bit strangely — when turning the water on and off, don't touch the shower head, & do step away from the water for a few seconds as the water gets very hot, got burnt twice.

Spacious clean apartment, modern decor, fully aircon, many places to eat and Kowloon shopping district within walking distance. Not too far to walk to MTR stations. A comfortable convenient place to stay.

The place was spotless when we arrived. The area was big enough for 4 persons. There were a lot of places to go and restaurants to eat around. It is close to both Mongkok East and Mongkok MTR. The hosts were responsive, and accommodating. Overall, we highly recommend staying here 👍

We stayed for a few weeks. The neighborhood has endless eating + shopping options! Many grocery stores and an expansive fruit market. Easy access to the airport bus. The apt itself is large and a quiet oasis from the hustle of Nathan St and surrounding area. The walk up is four floors in a dirty stairwell; great for getting your heart pumping! Occasionally someone smokes in the stairwell - also not a big deal. If you like to work out, the Kings Rec Park is a short walk, or leave early morning and run to Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. We ended our stay only due to the prostitutes immediately outside the building front door who were there all hours of the day and night and raised many questions from our kids ages 5, 8, and 11. Who are those ladies? Why are they always there? Why are they dressed up? What are they waiting for? Etc. One lady was detained and arrested in front of our building as we exited. No overt crimes. HK is a safe city. We just decided to move elsewhere with the kids.

Perfect place to stay for 3 nights. Clean, and spacious for HK. Host was responsive.

我覺得入住這裡非常的方便，離伴手禮店與必吃餐廳都十分的近，走路幾分鐘就到了，房源有提供一顆萬用插頭供使用，整理入住下來有家的感覺，房東也很好溝通，且十分迅速的回覆我們各種問題，再次感謝房東提供的房源，讓我在香港有個不錯的體驗！

We were a party of 5 senior adults staying in the flat for two weeks. The flat was spacious and newly renovated. We were very comfortable in this space. The host Tanguy was extremely receptive and responsive to all our needs. He is an excellent host. The flat is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, easily accessible to the subway line and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The location was amazing. Thank you Tanguy for an amazing stay in your flat.

Идеальное жилье , правюктически на Авеню Звёзд. Очень классное расположение, супер аппараты , всем рекомендую,учитывая крысятники и халупы Гонконга,это просто люкс - ещё и с мини джакузи

One of the best place i have stayed. Responsive Host Well accomodating Host Location is perfect; 1. near malls 2. near restaurant and convinience store 3. a small walk to the train station that a senior of 74 years old can do 4. Have 3 elevator 5. We are Family of 5 and the place is great enough compare to others. (2 senior, 3 adults) 6. near bank for atm transactions. 7. fast wifi 8. have microwave, utensils and so on that are medium to high class from durability to usage. 9. place is well secure at night with guard on duty and outer door. 10. have travel adaptor and extension wire 11. have washing machine (although we did not use it) there is much more good things to say. over all great place to stay.

Well priced accomodation in an extremely convenient location for Hong Kong tourists Very easy to get to from the airport using the train and the proximity to the Jordan train line means almost every main attraction and tourist area is only 15-20 minutes away. Mei is a very responsive host who is very quick to help with any clarifications Small room especially for taller folks but very well priced and in a great location

Great place to stay! Clean rooms and near to MTR, Sneaker street and ladies market. Very responsive host even late they still respond. If ever i had given a chance to go back again here in hong kong Las Vegas airbnb will always be my top 1 on the list.

The place very near to metro and bus stops. Stairs in the room to go to bed is very narrow, if your height is around 170cms and slim then you can get to bed easily, else it will be hard..! You get a washer, just a kettle and no other kitchen items. Bathroom got heated and automatic commode and good shower too. As shown in the image, beam on the ceiling just above the bed is bit irritating. Overall good for short stay..!
