There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

Clean, luxurious, and a friendly host 5 stars in my book

We were happy to be able to spend a few days as a group of friends here. We enjoyed the pool and the nice garden with plenty of seating possibilities. The evenings were spent next to the barbecue. It’s a perfect location to spend some private, relaxed days. The communication was very easy and helpful.

Great apartment and great hosts. They let us check in very late and also kept our bags for us at their office after we checked in so that we could ride our bikes without hassle

The host helped us a lot with accommodation. The house was really well cleaned. He shared all the information that would help us enter the house beforehand, and we were able to contact him when we needed it during the stay. We are very satisfied, thank you.

Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

For our whole stay, we were entranced by the view from Saim's apartment. From the balcony or the sunny living room, you have a great view of the Bosphorus and all the boats coming and going. I cannot say enough about how this enhanced our stay. When we had a small problem, Saim was quick to send a repair person. He also gave recommendations for things to do. The apartment is very close to public transportation, though it is more than 200 steps up from the main street where the trams, buses and ferries are. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would certainly want to stay at Saim's place again.

Close to everything, very available host

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

The listing was exactly as described, and we were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay. The area is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions like the Galata Tour, Galata Port, and the Egyptian Spice Market. Moreover, the neighborhood boasts a vibrant food scene that offers a wide variety of culinary delights. However, it’s worth noting that the area has several steep hills, so it’s advisable to pack light and comfortable footwear for your exploration.

It was a very nice and nice stay. Communication with Mr. Levent was smooth. Everything in the house is very nice. There are enough items. It's a stay that you won't regret. Thank you again Mr. Levent.

Everything was very high quality with modern, technical equipment and classic furniture, everything you needed was there, but it was like staying at a different time. In the middle of the most beautiful part of Balat, where the colorful houses stand. After a busy day in the crowd of Istanbul, it was always like a refuge where you could sit back comfortably and safely. Thank you very much for this wonderful offer to stay in Istanbul. Caner has a very cozy place! Great for four people. Although, It gets pretty hot in the 2nd and 3rd story of the home. Air conditioning is only on the first floor. Bathroom could use an update too, there’s a little bit of black mold forming on the rim of the bathtub. Other than that, the place is very nice and close to the market streets.

Really super host. Everything was very convenient, ready to help with all questions, very sensitive and responsive. The apartment has everything you need for living, clean and tidy, the apartment is in a quiet place, but at the same time very close to a large pedestrian street with a huge number of establishments and entertainment.

Nice house in Besiktas that provides good/quick access to many attractions in Istanbul while not being in too busy side. The house matches the description and the photo; it is nicely designed/decorated. The 3 AC units that are strategically installed helped a lot with our comfort during the stay. The house is in walking distance to center of Besiktas (~10 min) but getting the house requires some uphill walking (in case if you are not physically able but was considering walking).

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

If you want to enjoy living in the lap of nature, this is the place to be.
