Absolutely amazing stay! If this place is available, I recommend you book it immediately! Such a unique experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city and some of the most beautiful beaches around. On top of that, Nikos' father, Kostas, is the sweetest man and really made our family feel like we were at home. Thank you so much!

We had the best week ever. Maro and her family went above and beyond to make our stay so perfect. The facilities are stunning, exceptionally clean and the views were amazing. As a group of 5 young girls we felt so safe and Maro & family ensured we were completely comfortable. Maro kindly cooked us a delicious bbq on our last night and John was kind enough to drop us off at the airport when we were struggling with the taxis! We would recommend this to everybody and we will be sharing with our family and friends. Thank you so much Maro & family xxx

Θα θέλαμε να ευχαριστήσουμε προσωπικά τον κύριο Γιάννη. Ηταν άψογος οικοδεσπότης. Μας βοήθησαν οι οδηγίες του απίστευτα. Είχε πολύ διάθεση να μας εξυπηρετήσει εμένα και όλη την παρέα μου. Το έχω ήδη προτείνει σε φίλους μου και σίγουρα αν θέλουμε με την παρέα μου να πάμε εκεί θα τον ξαναπροτιμήσουμε. Το σπίτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, μπάρμπεκιου, πισίνα, πετσέτες, κλιματιστικά, σεσουάρ, ψυγείο. Ηταν ένα υπέροχο σαββατοκύριακο.

Es war der schönste Urlaub, den wir je hatten. Hier hat Sofia einen Ort erschaffen, der nicht nur bis ins kleinste Detail smart durchdacht ist (es fehlt wirklich an nichts), sondern der Menschen, die Erholung suchen, maximal glücklich macht. Manchmal kann ein Makel den Urlaub überschatten (Mäuse im Haus, schmutziges Bad, schlechte Betten - all diese Dinge haben wir in anderen Urlauben schon erlebt), aber hier war einfach alles perfekt! Sofia meldet sich immer sofort zurück, wenn etwas ist, die Kommunikation war immer herzlich und freundlich. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit und diese magischen Erinnerungen!!!

Had an amazing few weeks at Ioannis’s place. Super clean, super comfortable. It’s perfect if you want to get away and relax for a few weeks. The towns nearby aren’t walkable but fine if you have a hire car they’re about a 10 minute drive away, they’ve got great bakeries and food stores for restocking the flat. The closest and best restaurant we had dinner at was “Tavern Bakoutis Nikolaos”. Best meat grilled dinners ever!! (And lots of cats). The pool is bigger than the pictures make it seem and it’s very clean with a pump to filter out leaves etc. Ioannis provides sun loungers which are great on a sunny day. Overall Ioannis is a fantastic host who truly cares about his guests happiness, he brought us fish he and his wife had made for lunch as well as giving us recommendations about areas nearby. Would definitely recommend to someone who wants a quiet place to relax and live the Grecian lifestyle.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anasa villa. It is totally brand new, fully equipped, spacious, clean. And the view through the windows is just amazing!!! The outside is very well planned – has different areas for eating, sunbathing and relaxing (like hammocks and swings). But for my family the most amazing spot outside was swimming pool! There you can do both: swim, relax and enjoy the sea view. We came 4 people, but there is definitely enough space for 6. The host was really helpful, gave some advice for grocery store (which is nearby) and for tavernas. The beach is few minutes by car. We really liked that it has quite wide shore and offers possibility for many water activities. So to summarize, it’s a brand new villa with a pool, with spectacular view and in a good location. Quite close to Athens. If we travel around, we’ll definitely come here again. I totally recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is like the pics and description, and felt bigger than we expected - very spacious for just two. The pool is fabulous, and with the retracting roof you can always have a bit of shade. Very easy to get into central Athens on the local tube. The perfect location to sightsee in the main city, but also be able to relax by the pool at the hottest points of the day. Also only a 10-15 min Uber to the beach. Would thoroughly recommend this rental if you’re visiting the area!

Amazing Airbnb! Perfect for multiple families looking for a relaxing vacation with lots of space and options for activities. Kitchens have everything you need to cook and barbecue at the house while enjoying the swimming pool. Katerina provided detailed information and was very responsive. Would come back here again without any reservations. Lots of restaurants close by as well as a local bakery (Nikoláou Bakery) and butcher (Κρεοπωλείο ELMAS) and a great supermarket (AB).

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

James ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Er weiß bestens Bescheid über Athen und seine Geschichte. Das Haus ist außen wie innen eine Augenweide und der kleine Garten mit Hinterhof Charakter gestaltet den Aufenthalt dort ausgesprochen angenehm. Von Kifisia gelangt man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in etwa einer halben Stunde ins Zentrum von Athen. Die Metro erreicht man zu Fuß und die Linie 1 geht direkt ins Zentrum. Wer eine Unterkunft etwas abseits des Getümmels sucht liegt hier richtig. Auch Kifisia selbst ist eine lebendige Neighborhood, in der man gut Frühstücken oder auch Essen gehen kann. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend und kompetent reagiert. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön für den bereitstehenden Begrüßungswein und für die selbst eingelegten Oliven.

this place is heaven to wake up every morning to the sounds of birds, to the peaceful amazing view of a wide open sea, sourounded by trees and bushes which goes all the way down to the beach swim in a small sechluded beach with clear water i have not enough words for this amazing place I didn't meet Mania but communication with her was smooth and friendly i wish i had met you as you sound an interesting person to be friend with and hear more about your life thank you so much for everything. the cerenity of your place was very healing and will go with me

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Thank you so much. Everything was perfect. The view was perfect. The tavern is right outside of the house as a pool beach bar. It’s the perfect escape for friends or for family. The beach was awesome!

בית מקסים, נקי ומזמין, היינו זוג בהחלט מספיק בשבילנו, חצר ענקית ויפיפיה, קרוב לים למסעדות ובתי קפה אבל צריך רכב. מיטה נוחה מאוד. בעלי הבית מקסימים עם רצון לעזור בכול דבר ובקשה. לא נהסס לחזור שוב.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη! Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ όμορφος, καθαρός, περιποιημένος και διακοσμημένος με γούστο, δίνοντας μια ζεστή, σπιτική αίσθηση. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχο σημείο, αλλά ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά στους βασικούς προορισμούς της περιοχής, κάτι που μας εξυπηρέτησε πολύ. Είναι επίσης φιλικό για κατοικίδια, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν εξαιρετική – πολύ γλυκιά, ευγενική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!😄

Este alojamiento nos encantó fuimos 4 amigos para dormir la noche antes de salir a un crucero. Muy amplio y limpio 100% recomendado.

Location location location! It was clean, had hot water., drinkable water, etc. Cons: The ac was a euro ac, not as cold as we are used to having in the US. Bed is a bit harder so be prepared. Pros: HOWEVER, the view was absolutely amazing, with nights on the balcony that created memories we will never forget. The location literally can’t be beat! Such a cute neighborhood in the perfect area.

We missed our ferry and had to stay one extra night in Mantoúdi. Since this wasn’t planned we had to book the apartment just 2 hours before we arrived, but everything went smoothly! Hellenic was able to house us immediately and we had everything we needed! The apartment houses 5 people and we were only two, but the price was still very good! Definitely recommended!😊

Heiko was a welcoming host who answered all our queries rapidly. The home was comfortable and in easy reach of Athens for a long stay.
