Holiday rentals with breakfast in Xilitla

coming to Ottys place was like coming to an hidden island. it is easy to find, very close to the „plaza prinicipal“ in Aquismon, but at the same time far away from all the busy tiny town. surrounded by your „personal jungle” and palm trees, you can enjoy the nature and listen to all kinda of birds and other animals. the former hacienda is a beautiful building that invites for some relaxing time. but there is also enough space to go as a group and have fun together (incl. BBQ place,...) the breakfast was prepared with lots of love (fresh juice and fruit, sweet mexican bread, typical local salty food) and we could enjoy it in the shades of the high trees of the garden. its the perfect place to start exploring huasteca potosina (waterfall Tamul, sotano de golondrin, surrealistic park of Edward James in Xilitla ,...) and Otty can give you many tipps. i can highly recommend to stay there and would always come back!

Como plus te dan una carta con teléfonos de todos los servicios que puedas necesitar desde un taxi o guía turístico hasta de un médico! Si duda volveremos!

Sofi is definitely a committed hostess who does her best to make you as comfortable as possible. We especially appreciated her cooking us some rice and oatmeal because we arrived with upset stomachs-very kind! The room was extremely comfortable and clean and she was careful to give us our space and private bathroom even though she sleeps in the next room. Unfortunately the driveway is tricky to access due to its extreme incline and narrowness.

Beautiful property one block of the main plaza. Our host Otty and her family made us feel at home and a member of their family. Light breakfast was provided (fruit, pastries, and coffee, etc) and a ton of local recommendations. WiFi was slow due to connectivity issues on the entire town, not just this property. Comfy Bed an pillow, and good amenities were provided. Secure parking is available on premises. Everything was as described. Good home base to visit nearby caves and waterfalls.

El lugar es PRECIOSO. A sólo una cuadra del centro de Aquismón. El lugar es como una hacienda española antiguo con mucho estilo y mucha vegetación. Tienen una mesa afuera para tomar el desayuno y un día dos pavorreales nos acompañaron llebando nuestros ojos de pura hermosura. El desayuno delicioso y la atención increíble. Ojalá pueda volver pronto. P.D. No hay mejor lugar para hospedarse si el plan es visitar el Sotano de las Golondrinas y la Cascada de Tamul, quedan super cerca! ;)
