Had the best time here 2 weeks well spent the host was proactive and the amenities enlisted as well where all present. Great location the serenity is second to none.

This apartment was fantastic! All new and very clean, in an up and coming area of Abuja. It's still easy to get Ubers to downtown if you need. It's a gated apartment complex so also very safe. More than the space, the host Grace was incredibly accommodating! I was in town for a few days before flying out and had brought my cat -- she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, particularly during a stressful time trying to get back home before the airports shut down. I would highly recommend this apartment and others in the area -- for both short term or long term stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms with private baths were spacious and very nice. We received complimentary water and wine 🍷 which we greatly appreciated. Response time was very prompt and efficient. We will definitely recommend anyone to stay there, and will return again upon visiting Abuja, Nigeria.

It was a lovely apartment, a home away from home. Very secure in regards to environment and good access point to travel to other places. Edwin made our almost a month stay enjoyable and safe. Very proactive, trustworthy and kind.

We loved our stay in this charming home! It was perfectly cozy, with comfortable seating and warm cozy decor. The location was great located close to almost all the places we wanted to visit , and DiDi was a fantastic host. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Jenmore's place was a home away from home. I got great value for money. The apartment was clean, spacious and centrally located. Jenmore was very responsive and check-in was easy. There was an Inverter for electricity in case of a power outage. I look forward to staying in her place again. I highly recommend her place without reservations.

Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful, spacious and was super clean. Well cared for and maintained. I could tell the management puts thought into the people staying. The kitchen was stocked and user friendly. Toilet paper, shower gel, toothpaste, towels, and water were provided. Stanley was super responsive within a small time of us messaging. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay or to put family and friends there. My biggest things when staying somewhere in Nigeria are: Mattresses -many places have brick hard mattresses that are impossible to sleep on. The mattresses at this house were SUPER comfortable! Electricity – the house has an inverter! So when lights go off, there’s still electricity. The inverter doesn’t cover air conditioning and the hot water heater. The generator covers those and works for 7 hours on, 5 hours off. Safety and sound – was quiet and felt safe in the neighborhood within the gate. Cleanliness – very clean Service – Great timely response!

This was an excellent place to stay. The host was responsive to text messages before we checked in. The property manager was always available to answer any questions we might have or help with whatever we might need. We will definitely be staying here again when next we are in Abuja. Dinah was a great host. Always available on call and responsive, she and her staff made our stay comfortable and their house was clean and highly secure. The presence of policemen securing the gate made my team feel safe.

Melody's place as nicely decorated, and I like how spacious the rooms are. Melody communicates well and very proactive to make sure my stay was good. Melody was quick to address my issues and concerns. The compound also has security on site, so I felt safe. There's also someone on site to help address all issues and concerns and to help clean when needed. Absent of any issues or concerns, I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Beyond the space itself, the host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Their responsiveness and kindness made me feel more like a valued guest than just another booking. The fact that although flight times changed, which meant earlier check-in yet, plans were made to accomodate us, that's more than enough. The house was super clean, and Rose, the cleaner did a wonderful job. ❤️ It's Also easier to get bolt out of the estate. Honestly, I can't complain. He was also on ground to assist with anything we needed instantly. I recommend it 100%.

Great apartment, it was a good choice I made to have booked the apartment, I was worried about electricity but there was no power shortage throughout my stay cause of standby inverter… Mr Justin was very responsive, always available if you need anything.. this isn’t a paid review and I stayed 13 good days and I never regretted an hour for choosing his apartment.. The environment is secured and the estate is soo clean. I will be booking again on my next visit to Abuja if available. The apartment is more beautiful than it appears in picture, be rest assured you’ll be enjoying your stay.

Great host and clean apartment

Brand new modern apartment with air conditioning in every room, which was a big plus for us. Also, cleaning is available every day at a low rate. The host, is friendly and accommodating and made our stay easy.
