fantastic stay at this top-floor unit! The open view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking—perfect for relaxing mornings and beautiful sunsets. The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Appreciated the extra bed. Located right in the center of town, it was super convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

The host was very responsive when I had difficulty opening the door , he drove all The was from Singapore to assist me . He was friendly and kind . Ad for the place was lovely . One of the best BnB places I’ve stayed in RnF . I would have extended my stay but it was fully booked already .

Thoughtfully and tastefully renovated and decorated. High floor with good window view. Digital door-lock was easy to access. Aircon, fan, shower heater, microwave oven, electric stove, water boiling kettle, internet TV were all functioning well. Essential utensils for simple cooking and dining were also provided. Many power points available. Like the most : a dining table with chairs where we could have meals and use our laptops. Easy to book a Grab car. Grab food can be delivered to doorstep. There’s also a small convenient store downstairs which sells bottled drinks and basic essentials. Good and responsive host. Highly recommended :)

Had a lovely stay. Although the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved, the amenities provided felt right at home and the airbnb is mostly accessible to both tourists and those looking to stay long-term. A big mall is located just below the residence, making it convenient for last-minute shopping as well

Clean and cosy place for a short stay! The kitchen is equipped with necessary appliances, as shown in the pictures! Gym is well equipped, pool looks clean! Brian is very responsive, quick to reply to my queries during the stay! Overall it's a very comfortable stay!

Appreciate Host for allowing late check-in. Always responsive and reply message promptly. The studio was exactly same as images posted and has a clean bathroom. Location is accessible to Paradigm Mall and Sutera Mall. Just across the airbnb, there is this Ah Biao famous Wanton Noodles and 24/7 KK Mart available. Has personal parking lot but Check-in a little troublesome as you need to exit as a Visitor to go to the mailbox to collect your pass AND then exit as a visitor to return pass, and Enter again via resident pass (same process for check-out). But overall still a convenient location and comfy stay. Thank you!

Good and responsive host, the unit is spacious, with new Aircons, clean and come with kitchen. the unit is right above haidilao, and next to popular shopping centres like city square, very convenient. Toilets show signs of wear and tear. overall a good stay.

Had a fab stay at Kym’s place! 🧳✨ Super easy to find and just a stone’s throw from City Square Mall—perfect for food, shopping, or emergency bubble tea runs. 😄 Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the apartment had everything I needed, right down to the tiniest detail. Kym was a gem—quick to respond and gave instructions so clear even my GPS felt appreciated. 📍 Only one bummer: the sofa had seen better days (looked like someone forgot what a coaster—or common sense—was 🥲). So here’s a friendly note to fellow guests: let’s help keep the place lovely for everyone and treat it like our own home (except maybe cleaner). 💁🏻‍♀️✨ Would definitely book again—minus the mystery stains!

Overall it was a great location to stay and relatively peaceful except for the mornings when the construction for RTS train line commences at 8am. The overhead bridge that connects from CIQ to R&F Mall is generally a long 10min to 15min sheltered walk. Only key inconvenience is the temporary "decoupled" bridge that cuts under the future RTS train bridge requires you to go down a long flight of stairs up and down (2 storeys high) to reach either ends - more inconvenient for those carrying heavy or big luggage bags which happened to us 🫣🫩😰. Stay within Phase 1 building, the benefit is we are right above the mall. So walk to food and grocery (Jaya Grocer) is short. Since the mall is quite unoccupied with very few tenants / retail outlets, we can walk to City Square or Komtar easily for shopping options. Not too far walking distance to Jalan Dhoby for cafes and Hiap Joo banana cake shop for your F&B indulgence.

It was a clean house, a kind owner, a satisfying house

We booked this place really last minute and we’re glad that Sylvia could accommodate. The communication was very clear with step by step guide on how to check in and get to the place. Once we reach the apartment, we were blown away by how cosy and clean the apartment was. it was really cosy that we felt just like home. Everything was clean and even though it was like a studio apartment, it had more than enough space for 4 pax. We had only 2 pax and the space felt really comfortable. Overall good experience, Sylvia is also very responsive and makes you feel safe and assured. If you’re driving, the location is accessible to a lot of places. If i had to list a cons, the only cons would be that the toilet window is at the corridor, however that is not an issue as you can always just close it. And the place is really safe and secure that residents would probably not bother. Do give this place a shot, i will highly recommend.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The place looks exactly like the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The location is very convenient too, within walking distance from CIQ, which made things easy for us. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Every question I had was answered promptly. I really appreciated how accommodating they were—especially when I requested a vacuum cleaner due to my kids having sensitive noses and skin. Not only did the host provide it quickly, but he also shared some helpful tips, as he’d gone through similar experiences himself. That kind of thoughtfulness meant a lot. The little touches made the stay even more comfortable: extra pillows, plenty of clean towels, fresh bedsheets, umbrellas, shampoo and toiletries, and even bottled mineral water—even though there was a water dispenser already available. It’s rare to find a host and team that genuinely care about your comfort. Will definitely come and stay again

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

Beautiful clean stay within a private compound. Swimming pool was great. Eateries tho were tough to find. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay!

i am a delighted customer Recommeded for big family 1. kelly was super responsive, friendly *lastmin booking on 31st morning for the same date, immediately msg & approve *fridge not function, she immediately call technician *we left behind things after check out, she still responded & guide us 2. pool in front of the unit - the best!!! 3. approx 20 towel provided 4. approx 10 futon provided 5. complete cooking utensils, shower, shampoo, washing powder,2 drying rack (big & small) 6. private area - not crowded w tourist 7. parking visitor next building..need to exercise a bit lah.. As a mum of 4, it was so convinient to hv no.2 & 3..the best unit ever..thank you kelly ..may god bless u!

We are a group of 7 adults with two young children staying for 3 days and 2 nights. The interior of the house was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for our group. Although the air conditioning wasn’t functioning at first, the host promptly arranged for a technician, and it was fixed within 2 hours, which we really appreciated. The garden was huge, and we rented a waterpool bouncing castle. it was so much fun, and everyone was satisfied with the stay.

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.
