Estuve viviendo 10 noches en el departamento de Andrian. Tiene una ubicación muy conveniente con acceso al edificio desde el centro comercial, dónde encuentras un sin fin de comida, supermercados y mucho que hacer. la vista es fabulosa, especialmente al atardecer. Cuentas con un espacio de parqueo, una mini cocina, buen internet y mesita para trabajar.

The room is as described, the management team is very responsive even in the middle of the night, the area is quite strategic with many food options. Apart from the owner, the apartment staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again. Facilities that I got and need to be appreciated: 2 gallons of water, toiletries, cleaning equipment, hairdryer, and iron. This facility is very helpful for me who lives in a weekly time span.

Tempatnya bagus, nyaman, tenang. Barang barangnya juga bersih, Pas banget kebetulan lagi wedding di goci sampingnya ada penginapan ini. bisa di akses jalan kaki juga kok dan ga jauh karena sebelahnya passs 😍

Wonderful place to stay! Cathlin was a great host — very responsive and friendly. The place was well-stocked with everything we needed (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.), and it was extremely clean and maintenance problems. Such a nice place and would love to stay again!

Seneng banget nginep disini, 2 kamar ada balkonnya jg pemandangannya kota sby banget. Berasa di film2 korea, bisa santai bareng temen di ruang tengah. Unit hunian bersih, nyaman banget, lokasi tengah kota kemana2 deket dan di kawasan Mall, tinggal jalan kaki aja nyampe Fasilitasnya juga lengkap banget, kolam renang air anget , pemandangannya bagus.. trs lengkap ada sauna sauna, jacuzy, gym. Seneng banget pokoknya worth it, kamar nya dua dengan harga segini sangat memuaskan. Ada pantrynya juga sangat menyenangkan. Terimakasih 😊

My family and I had a great time here. We loved the place. The living area is spacious & clean, the linens were all clean, the building is beautiful. We loved the building facility as well. It’s got a nice pool & gym we could use! The location is great too! More than happy to return 😊

The stay was beyond excellent. The host/s were really friendly and helped with absolutely everything I needed. From organising airport pick ups, to bike rentals, to food and places to go. If you need a bike, I recommend to ask the host if he can help provide through his kind staff member Yodi, trust me it will make your life easier than trying to organise through the sketchy dealerships in surabaya. Gym was perfect. Swimming pool was amazing. The jacuzzi always hot. And the main reason I booked was for the sauna! Had a good detox almost every night of the 10 nights I stayed. The gym and sauna etc are nearly always empty which is better. The view from the apartment is so beautiful especially if you like high floors and city vibes. The mall is just downstairs, like literally 1 lift that takes you down. Access to so many food and deserts and an amazing anime store! Using grab is super easy, just put location as Vertu apartments. Best host ive had since using Airbnb. Thank you! ?

the best choice to stay if you are visiting Surabaya. the location is just right in the city, easy to reach and find if you're using vehicle. and walkable to see around. i definitely will stay at this place on my next trip!

This apartment has a perfect location with a shopping mall just downstairs. We went to the mall every day for playing, eating, and shopping. It is super convenient, especially for tourists from overseas. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The swimming pools are also awesome; we spent 2 hours there every day. It saves money and time compared to going to water parks. Compared to my friends who stayed at the Marriott Hotel, I found my stay much more comfortable and satisfying.

Apartemennya bersih sekali, semuanya wangi. Private sekali krn lift langsung ke apartemennya. Dan lengkap dengan baby high chair yang memudahkan saya menyuapi anak saya.

Lokasi sangat mudah dijangkau,masuk nya mudah ,unit ruangan bagus sekali bersih sekali peralatan lengkap,AC dingin semua 3 ruangan,komunikasi cepat sekali dg pemilik unit rwpaon sangat cepat .all mantap
