Wir kamen an und klingelten zuerst direkt bei Julien, da wir nicht wussten, dass das AirBnB eine Tür weiter rechts ist. Julien begrüßte uns nett und zeigte uns kurz wo wir hin müssen und wo wir parken können. Man kann mit einer Parkscheibe 2 Stunden kostenlos stehen. Zwischen 18-11 Uhr ist es komplett umsonst. Ein gesamter Tag kostet 5 €, was vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber schön eingerichtet. Es gibt an sich alles was man benötigt. Es gab ein paar Gebrauchsspuren an den Wänden, aber nichts dramatisches. Man läuft ca. 10-15 Minuten zur U-Bahn, mit welcher man ebenfalls in 10-15 Minuten das Europaviertel und Zentrum erreicht. Die Unterkunft ist in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Brüssel 🙌🏻

Séjour excellent dans ce logement qui présente toutes les conditions de confort et d’accessibilité. Parking en supplément, mais qui facilite l’accès et garde la voiture au frais et en sécurité. L’appartement est décoré avec goût et on s’y sent bien dès qu’on y entre. Je garde l’adresse pour un futur séjour. Calme, lumineux et confortable.

We were traveling through Europe so a clean, quiet, comfortable place to land for a few days was awesome at this place. We appreciated that we could do some laundry and rest up for a few days. Our host met us at his place and we appreciated that so much. Guy walked us through his apartment and gave us helpful information, allowing us to ask questions and to clarify instructions. After Guy left and we got settled in, Guy went to some great effort to text us names and locations of restaurants nearby, with some of his favorite recommendations, as well as things in the area to do.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Le logement est très situé, la rue est calme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à disposition pour un bon séjour à Bruxelles. Seul hic, le stationnement ! Tout est payant, et c’est assez cher (comme toute grande ville maintenant).

Très bel appartement idéalement situé dans un environnement très calme. Grand et lumineux, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. De plus l’hôte était très réactif et arrangeant.

Séjour 5 étoiles chez Stéphanie. Un duplex douillet , superbement décoré, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour magnifique. A recommander les yeux fermés. Situation un peu excentrée de la ville mais transports rapides et le calme en prime Que demander de plus ? J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

J'ai passé de très bons moments chez Nicolas et Jantine, qui sont très à l'écoute et très accueillants. L'appartement est très propre, la literie est de très bonne qualité, le petit jardin est charmant. Tout est neuf et très bien entretenu. Il y a le parc de Woluwe aussi à 5 minutes et ses étangs pour une détente en plein air. Très bel endroit, dévoré avec goût. Je recommande à 100 %

A very pleasent and comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive. Check in was very smooth. On our arrival in the room, it was all done up nice and clean. And on requesting for more drinking water. it was delivered by the host literally within seconds. Location is perfect, walkable from Petillon and Arsenaal tram station as well as from Petillion metro station. Brussels center is just 20 minutes away from Petillon metro. The locality is a quiet peaceful residential complex. 2 grocery stores are also nearby at a walkable distance from where you can get all kind of basic groceries. Finally. I really loved the hospitality of the hosts. They respected all our requests, be it asking for extra drinking water or even keeping our luggage for a few hours after our checkout. Would 100% recommend it and would definitely come back to the same place whenever we return to Brussels.

The stay was great, walking distance to a lot of bars, restauraunts and close enough to the city centre. Quite the nice peaceful area, and with a great terrace to relax on. all in all a great place to stay!

We loved our stay, the apartment is cute, clean and well equipped. It was really easy to get around the city and there are great shops and restaurants nearby. Communication was quick and really helpful, we can’t fault anything and would definitely stay again if we return!

All in all, Isabel's apartment was good! Isabel was always easy to contact if there were any problems and it was clean. The location in the European Quarter is great, as you can be at the EU Parliament in 5 minutes. A clear recommendation and I would book it again myself!

C’était super, court mais un appartement très cosy et le jaccuzi est vraiment un élément en plus. De plus, notre hôte a été super chaleureuse (même la décoration) et très disponible

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

Amazing location in the heart of Brussels! The apartment was just as described, and the two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms were very convenient. Fernando was also very accommodating with many asks and overall a very pleasant stay.

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.
