Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Our flat is newly renovated and we use it ourselves. So, it up to our high standards. We are only meters away from the square and the metro. It is ideal for working people or a family. The flat is spacious (110 m2) over two floors. Downstairs: open kitchen with dinning table and the terrasse and the garden, a great plus in the summer. Upstairs: two double bedrooms and a central landing where there is the possibility to add beds.

Very nice apartment with garden in Montgomery

In the very pleasant Gribaumont district, between the Montgomery and Josephine-Charlotte metro stations, you will be 5 minutes from the European district and less than 10 minutes from the city center. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is on the 1st floor. With a very spacious living room (with 2 sofa bed), a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. At the duplex, you have one bedroom. You will have your terrace with access to your private garden which are facing south.

Entire accommodation on the 3rd floor without elevator access. No smoking in the apartment. To get to the accommodation you have to go through the common stairs of the inhabitant. Opposite Woluwe Shopping. 200 m from the metro, bus, tram. Near the airport. Near UCL Hospital and University. Perfect for students or travelers. You will find yourself in 20 minutes in the city center with metro line 1. Roodebeek station. Free parking is available next to Roodebeek metro station.

This was my second stay with Charles and I'll no doubt be back again. I love the location as its an ideal base to explore Brussels without being caught in the noise and busyness of the centre. The accommodation is lovely and quiet, and has everything you need to make your stay complete. Charles is a very accommodating host and nothing is too much trouble. I will be back.

Very nice, comfortable, bright apartment (crossing the street and garden), with a very warm living space, and separate rooms allowing you to stay four with a lot of comfort. Located in a very nice quiet neighborhood, with public transport (metro) and shops nearby. 3rd floor without elevator, requiring good mobility. Guillaume is a caring host who provides valuable advice. Ideal for discovering or rediscovering Brussels
