Conjuguant confort, design et beaux volumes, ce logement rénové et décoré avec goût possède une cuisine américaine entièrement équipée ainsi que 2 chambres avec des lits très confortables de qualité qui vous feront oublier le stress du quotidien. Appartement très lumineux et silencieux. Paix et chaleur sont les maîtres mots de ce lieu sans oublier les superbes couchées du soleil. Mon appartement est l'appart idéal 2 chambres situé au 9ème étage d'un immeuble bien entretenu. Il se situe à 2 min du fameux Rouge Cloître et à 2 min d'une station de tram ainsi qu'à moins de 10 min à pieds d'une station de métro (Hermann Debroux). Cet appartement a été entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût et avec tout mon amour pour les matériaux design et confortable. Le canapé est composé de plumes d'oies ainsi qu'un système de mémoire de forme. Mon lit est un springbox avec matelas en geltec de confort medium (très confortable). Beaucoup de choix de luminaires et de bougies, ce qui le rend extrêment chaleureux. L'appartement est transpercant ce qui le rend très lumineux en journée. Dans la chambre principale, vous trouverez une télécommande pour des volets électriques et dans la 2ème chambre, des rideaux opaques. Emplacement de garage avec télécommande. À 14 min du centre (Louise-Flagey-place Poelaart). A 16 min de l'aéroport de Bruxelles. Proches des axes autoroutiers. À 2 min, vous trouverez des supermarchés divers ainsi que des restaurants de toute sorte... Appartement génial et situé idéalement ! Métro Hermann Debroux à 1 station de tram ou à moins de 10 min à pieds, à 1 min du tram 94 et tram 8. À 2 min du bus 34. À 16 min en voiture de l'aéroport de Zaventem et à 14 min du centre haut de la ville (métro Louise: accès au centre centre à pieds via l'ascenseur face à la place Poelaerts) et à 9min du centre ville (métro Art Loi: face au parc et à la place Royale. Le centre est à vos pieds il ne vous reste plus qu'à marcher). Vous aurez une vue exceptionnelle sur le château Sainte Anne et sur la forêt... Step back in time in a townhouse dating back to 1834 in the city center. The cozy apartment boasts original features, including the decorative bricked-up fireplace, high ceilings, and ceiling roses, combined with contemporary artwork and vintage mid century modern design. Tram line 51 stops at 150 meters from the door, 3 stops (only 5 minutes) from Midi train station. Official Brussels Tourism registration number: 320113 Recently renovated spacious flat (65m²) on the first floor of an authentic townhouse (built in 1834) in the city center. Bright living room with flat screen television (over 200 channels), well equipped kitchen with induction cooker and microwave oven. One bedroom with a double bed (1m60), spacious bathroom with a bath which comfortably fits 2 people, shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is totally independent, so you will have your own space. Free wireless internet (WIFI), bed linen and fresh towels are provided, as well as an open view on a square full of trees. The apartment is on the first floor of the house. I live on the ground floor. I will be there to welcome you in person when you arrive, give you a map of the city, and lots of personal recommendations. I'm also the owner of the property, so no hassle with agencies or subletting problems. Question or problem? Just come knock my door on the ground floor or send me a message on Airbnb! The apartment is located in the Jardin Aux Fleurs quarter, which recently won a poll by local media as Brussels' nicest neighborhood. It’s a relaxed area within walking distance of most major sights. Grand Place is only a 10-minute walk away. The tram takes you in less than 10 minutes to Midi train Station (line 51, 4 stops from Arts&Métiers, which is 150 meters from the front door). It's fairly easy to park your car on the street in the neighborhood, but make sure to pay. Check in is after 2PM, check out before 11AM. I can be flexible though, depending on other guests checking in or out that day. Just ask should you have concerns about your check in or check out time. I have a busy job as a garden designer and am often out of the house to visit clients. Should you notice you're running late and won't get to the apartment at the agreed upon time, let me know so I can adapt my planning and make sure you get a warm welcome when you arrive.
