The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Molpertshaus is located 6 km from the spa town of Bad Waldsee and 9 km from the spa town of Bad Wurzach. The city of towers and gates, Ravensburg, is 19 km away, and the city of Wangen im Allgäu is 25 km away. The distance to Lindau on Lake Constance and Friedrichshafen is 45 km.
