From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The 2-room apartment is located in the heart of Schwerin, only 3 minutes from the train station and a short walk to the city center and the castle. Modern design meets traditional timber framing. The bedroom contains a comfortable box-spring bed for 2 people, with the possibility of setting up a crib for young families. Quiet city apartment

The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house on the 1st floor. It is very spacious (65 sqm) and absolutely quiet despite being close to the center. The renovation was done from an ecological point of view. Due to the old clay walls painted with glue paint, there is a natural indoor climate, but they need special ventilation rules that the tenant must abide by. There is no TV, Wi-Fi is available. When the weather is nice, a sitting area in the garden can be used.

Vacation with lake view & sauna at Lake Schwerin

We enjoyed the vacation very much, it was the most beautiful apartment so far. The furnishings are perfect and you can't get enough of the view of Lake Schwerin. The old town, the harbor and the castle are within a 30-minute walk; in about 5 minutes you can buy fresh fish or smoked fish and in about 10 minutes you are at a swimming spot with a great little bistro with deck chairs. From the apartment, we took various great bike tours around all kinds of lakes - just beautiful... I'm sure we'll be back!

Everything as shown in the photos and as described. The room/apartment looks a bit uncomfortable, because, for example, all the walls are bare and there are no decorative elements. But you can already see this in the pictures. For those who do not value "beautiful" accommodation, it is perfect: uncomplicated key handover, everything clean, comfortable bed, good shower, great fireplace for cold evenings and the location is unbeatable and simply the absolute dream so close to the beach. We would definitely come back.

The apartment is very pretty and is very centrally located. In a few minutes you can walk to the pretty old town (with its many beautiful restaurants) and Schwerin Castle. Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. However, since we explored the area on foot or on very nice and well-developed routes with bikes, we looked for a free parking space a little outside.

I liked the small apartment very much and everything you need is available. The location is beautiful, close to the lake and the old town is easy to reach with a short walk. Christiane had many tips for me and even offered me her bike for a tour around the lake.
