Our home is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking directly in front of the house. A forest area with pond invites you to walk and jog in 5 minutes walking distance. Various supermarkets and a small city centre are less than a km away. A bus stop with links to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is a few minutes' walk away. You'll appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness, and good amenities, as well as the tranquility in the house. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Mit der S1 erreichen Sie folgende Ziele: Flughafen Düsseldorf 8 Min HBF Düsseldorf 20 Min HBF Duisburg 8 Min Die S1 fährt meistens 3 Mal pro Stunde in jede Richtung, auch Nachts. Die Straße ist ruhig gelegen, Sie bekommen immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz dort. Die nächste Autobahnauffahrt ist in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

The stay was very comfortable and the hosts are super understanding and warm. We were offered welcome gifts and condiments with their compliments. They even let us keep our luggage to pick up in the evening on the day of checkout. Totally recomend for a quiet and splendid stay!

We stayed at Ipek's for 4 nights and we liked it very much. The environment was very quiet and pleasant, there were good opportunities to get to the center by public transport. The apartment itself looked like the pictures, the appliances were modern and the kitchen was equipped with a large range of equipment. If we had any questions, Ipek could always help us and was always friendly and helpful, as well as easy to reach :) All in all, we had a nice time and can only recommend it :) Best regards, L. & K.

Rene didn't talk much, but the people were sincere and enthusiastic, very communicative, and gave me a lot of help.This detached cottage is spacious and has it all.Transportation is also convenient, 5 minutes walk to S Bahn to Duisburg or Düsseldorf.I'll definitely come back again when I get the chance.

The apartment is just like the photos, excellent for a long stay I was 5 weeks with my family and our dog and it was excellent, you have everything you need to be comfortable and be able to make your daily living in comfort. I'd use it again. The sector is a little away from shops but the public transport is excellent and in the neighborhood there is bakery, bunk shop and pizzeria, thankful for all the support and help from Bineta.

We had a wonderful time at Melanie's! Even in advance, the communication was very warm and uncomplicated – we immediately felt in good hands. The accommodation was exactly as described: clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. We were particularly impressed by the loving atmosphere and the many small details that made the stay so pleasant.
