Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

The apartment is very spacious and lovingly fully equipped. It is centrally and quietly located. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living room, one person can sleep on the couch. The built-in kitchen is equipped with all necessary dishes and electrical appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with a fireplace. The spacious bathroom has a shower, tub, sink and toilet.

Feel-good oasis in the old town

Enjoy Delitzsch and surroundings. Centrally located in the old town, you can explore Delitzsch on foot from the apartment. Visit the Baroque castle or walk along the historic Wallgrave. Delitzsch has a lot to offer its visitors. For larger excursions, a trip to Leipzig or Halle is ideal. You can easily reach them by train or car. And if you don't fancy more excursions, you can relax in your apartment on your favorite Netflix series.

Office sofa

I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.

We are the Braasch family and in our house there is a small but nice apartment with a separate entrance, which we would like to offer as a guest apartment. Our house is close to Leipzig Airport but not in the flight path. You can get to the motorway quickly and get to Leipzig, Halle, the airport, Nova Eventis, Belantis, etc. quickly and easily.
