The guesthouse is really beautiful and the host was one of the nicest we’ve ever had. She even offered to drive us around town whenever we needed to go somewhere. Really went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. I wish we had stayed in Chiang Rai longer just to stay at this accommodation for more time!

I had contact to Patraporn online and to her mother Kamonvon in Chiang Rai. Both speak thai, english and german. Both are very kind. Kamonvon can recommend you sightseeing or support with language skills - she helped us rent some bicycles in order to explore the area. We went to see pineapple fields. :) 10/10 host

Gaetan et sa femme étaient au petit soin avec nous. Ils nous ont permis de rester et profiter de la piscine lorsque notre vol de retour a été retardé. L’ambiance est tres cool et familiale. On s’est senti comme à la maison. Le lieu est magnifique

My wife & I came for a sports event at nearby provincial stadium so the location is perfect for us. Thana & his father was very attentive towards us and suggested lots of things to do around the area. The room & toilet is squeaky clean and the surrounding area is quiet & private. Just that the mattress is a bit hard but it doesn’t really bothered us. Would definitely recommend Thana’s place!

I stayed at the Win Condo in Chiang Rai for two weeks and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is great—just 6 km from the airport and only a few kilometers from the old city, making it easy to get around. The area was absolutely peaceful, perfect for relaxing or getting work done. The condo itself was very comfortable, and my room was exceptionally clean and neat throughout the stay. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it feel like a real home away from home. Whether you’re visiting for a short or extended stay, I highly recommend Win Condo for its comfort, cleanliness, and convenient location in Chiang Rai.

Wir wurden von den Gastgeber freundlich empfangen und es wurde extra für uns bei der Ankunft frisch gekocht. Die Unterkunft ist inspirierend mit viel Kunst dieser netten Familie. Die Tochter kann fließend Englisch und hat nebenan ein gemütliches Cafe mit feinen Getränken. Einziger Negativpunkt ist, dass in den frühen Morgenstunden von der Strasse Verkehrslärm kommt der das schöne Vogelzwitschern übertönt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!
