Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm freshly renovated with 2 single beds , which can be converted to a double bed on request, a cozy sitting/dining area, flat screen (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine, senseo, toaster.....) Completely renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area there is a spacious built-in wardrobe. The house is situated in a quiet but central location in the so-called poetry district, a few minutes walk from the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau spa, as well as from most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. Train station and downtown are also only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers the opportunity to rest and relax, but also to play minigolf and chess. During the season you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devil Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the residence of Elvis and his family during his army time in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room during this time in Bad Nauheim....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surroundings invite you to hike (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other interesting places (Frankfurt /M. - city and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short drive. We had a wonderful stay with 12 people and are completely satisfied! The accommodation is quiet and idyllic, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The hostess is very nice, helpful and warm, which made our stay even more pleasant. Communication was smooth and everything worked perfectly. We can absolutely recommend this place and will be happy to come back! A taster course at the golf course just around the corner also enriched our weekend!

The vacation at Irene's was pure relaxation for us! It is a beautiful and exceptionally clean apartment. All electrical appliances work as if they were just bought new. Due to the large terrace glass front, the apartment is flooded with light and at the same time you can perfectly darken the rooms thanks to the external blinds, which is essential for our sleep if it is to be restful. The apartment is fully furnished, nothing is missing. There are books, games, a large Brio train, even a record player and a piano. The terrace is large and the garden for shared use is wonderfully relaxing. The kitchen is also equipped with everything your heart desires. Irene and her husband are also very sweet and attentive hosts. If we come back to the area, it is clear to all 4 of us where we will try to get accommodation and we can only warmly recommend staying with Irene.

Hi, we only stayed here for two nights but it was a beautiful time. The place is very clean and cozy, we could very easily reach many great places. The accommodation is an absolute insider tip! Beautifully furnished with great attention to detail, nestled in a huge, idyllic estate that can be shared. The various themed gardens (berry, rose and idea garden), a small pond, numerous seating and lounging options as well as the lovingly designed corners invite you to relax and linger. Despite communal use, you can enjoy a lot of privacy. The location is wonderfully quiet and perfect for slowing down. There are many beautiful excursion destinations in the area, e.g. the Schwarzenfels castle ruins, Ramholz castle or the Altengronau natural swimming pool. Veronika, the hostess, is very friendly, helpful and at the same time pleasantly reserved. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!
