Holiday rentals with beach access in Western Greece

The hosts are excellent in responding to my queries and concerns. They listen to the concerns and decides in favor of the tenant. Thank you @everyone for such a great accommodation. I definitely will chose your place again given a chance.

Sehr schönes, helles, geräumiges Appartement. Gute Lage: Nur 10 Min. Gehzeit zum Strand von Katelios mit vielen guten Restaurants. Der Strand dort, mittelmäßig. Sehr gute, kilometerlange Strände mit Sand sind in Skala, ca 7 km entfernt. Eine Bäckerei mit Cafe direkt unter dem Appartement- Gelegenheit für ein super Frühstück. 2 Restaurants ganz in der Nähe: das urige Jerry`s gleich daneben und 200 m oberhalb das Persa`s ( Reservieren! ). Nick war ein sehr sympatischer Gastgeber- immer erreichbar. Sein Appartment ist in der Nacht, bis Mitternacht, zeitweise etwas laut wegen der Straße zum Meer und nach Skala. Aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Türen und heruntergelassenen Jalousien wieder ruhig. Mit der Klimaanlage dann kein Problem. Das Appartement kann man empfehlen.

Very neat studio at a beautiful location near the beach! Everything was spotless. Effortless communication with the host. 5/5 would recommend!

Avgeris en Lily zijn zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Ze stonden de eerste avond op ons te wachten bij de parkeerplaats, wat fijn was, want we kwamen 's avonds aan. Het huis is netjes en alles is aanwezig. Je hebt vanaf het balkon prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Wij hebben gezwommen op het strandje vlakbij het appartement. Ik heb wel een huiskamer gemist, maar dat komt wellicht ook doordat mijn tienerdochter en tienerzoon veel op hun eigen bed vertoefde. In de keuken, voor op het terras en op het balkon heb je wel genoeg plek om bij elkaar te zitten. Om de dag wordt het huis schoongemaakt. Een luxe. Ook mochten wij ons overige boodschappen achterlaten, zodat er niets weggegooid hoefde te worden. Op loopafstand is er een eetgelegenheid. Via Lily en Avgeris kun je bij een familiebedrijf in het dorp een auto huren. Die de auto op het vliegveld zet. Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad op Zakynthos.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες.Καλόγουστο, λειτουργικό και εξαιρετικά καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενέστατος, πρόθυμος, φιλικός και ταχύτατος στις απαντήσεις του.Μειναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι.

Η διαμονή μας στο χώρο του Σπύρου ήταν εξαιρετική! Μία όμορφη, γραφική, ζεστή και καθαρή σοφίτα με όλες τις ανέσεις. Θα την ξαναεπισκεφτώ σίγουρα αν ξαναέρθω στο Μεσολόγγι!

Henriette went above and beyond ... collecting us from the airport which made the start of our holiday so much better. Poros is the perfect place to unwind and relax. There are enough bars and restaurants of a good standard to eat somewhere different every day. There is a lovely bakery around the corner where we got our bread, pastries and take away coffee. You can also buy rolls with ham, cheese and salad. The accommodation was sufficient for our needs. There is a grill/microwave which we used to toast our bread and warm up our croissants. A fridge. My advice is to assume you'll eat out every day as the cooking set up in the apartment is not a regular kitchen. Adequate enough for making hot drinks and what I have mentioned already. Shower is great and the water hot. There are two sinks; one in the toilet and one in the shower room. There is an area where to hang your clothes. The balcony is perfect for people watching and eating your breakfast. Comfortable bed.

We were totally blown away by both the place and the way we were looked after. From the time we booked the accommodation to the time we left, all factors about the place have been exceptional. It ticked every box we could have possible wanted and then more. Would recommend it to anyone. Hope to be able to return at some stage in the future.

Dionysis was very friendly and very helpful. Gave us a lot of great recommendations and was there to meet us at check-in and check out! The neighboring town Alinkanas was the perfect speed for our trip. Not too busy but still some great dining and bars to pick from, very safe area

Къщата беше супер,домакинята още повече!Намира се на много хубаво място извън селото,но същевременно близо до центъра и пристанището.Има хубав двор с градинка,плодни дръвчета и много мили домашни животинчета.!Колата беше буквално до вратата ни.Благодаря ти Панайота за прекрасната почивка!Ще се върнем при вас отново!

Un super séjour à Nafpaktos dans un logement parfait ! Le logement était très propre, propose tous les équipements nécessaires (linge de lit, serviettes de bain, sèche cheveux, papier toilette, machine à café, thé, lave vaisselle, petite salle de bain individuelle dans chaque chambre…) et est idéalement situé à 3 min à pieds de la plage. Un vrai plus pour le jacuzzi et la terrasse, qui ont rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Merci encore à Dimitrios et Olga pour leur gentillesse, et pour nous avoir recommandé quelques adresses de restaurants où l’on s’est régalé ! Je recommande sans hésitation, et espère revenir l’année prochaine :)

Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή ! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική - κοντά σε εστιατόρια, καφέ και παραλίες. Το απόλυτο highlight ήταν η εντυπωσιακή βεράντα με την ιδιωτική πισίνα και την απίστευτη θέα που μας άφησε άφωνους - απολαύσαμε κάθε στιγμή εκεί, από το πρωινό καφέ μέχρι το βραδινό κρασί με θέα το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενος και εξυπηρετικός, πάντα διαθέσιμος να απαντήσει σε ερωτήσεις και να προτείνει μέρη για επίσκεψη στην περιοχή. Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής ήταν εξαιρετική . Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά μια αξέχαστη διαμονή!

Excellent value for price for a cottage with two bedrooms and a separate kitchen and bathroom which we found all as described and pictured in the photos. So certainly nothing for people who seek luxury but perfect for those who like the calm and basically a private beach that is gorgeous and who don’t need any frills. We would def come back!

Wij hebben 5 nachten doorgebracht in deze bungalow en we vonden het heerlijk. Met name de enorme tuin met meerdere zitjes en vrij uitzicht op de zee, op zeer korte afstand van een rustig strandje, zodat het bijna voelde als een privéstrand. Er komen regelmatig katten op bezoek in de tuin, die aanhankelijk zijn, maar als je niet van katten houdt is dit wellicht niet de ideale plek voor je ;) Op loopafstand van het centrum, waar meerdere supermarkten, restaurants, rentals etc aanwezig zijn. Voor ons was het centrum niet the place to be (erg toeristisch), maar afgezien van je boodschappen hoef je daar ook niet te komen. Wij hadden gehoopt fietsen te kunnen huren, maar dit bleek lastiger dan gedacht. Uiteindelijk hebben we met een scooter een hoop gezien. In een mum van tijd ben je uit de drukte en da's echt de moeite! Dionysia was behulpzaam met het regelen van een taxi van en naar het appartement. De keuken was goed uitgerust. Een aanrader voor mensen die van rust en groen houden!

Ο χώρος ήταν ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες και ήταν καθαρός και πολύ περιποιημένος. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο διακοσμητικά! Με τα πόδια πηγαίνεις στο κέντρο σε 5-10’ το πολύ. Τέλειο value for money σίγουρα! Ίσως το μόνο που θα ήταν καλό για το μέλλον είναι να υπάρχει κάποιο παράθυρο για να αερίζεται ο χώρος πιο εύκολα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και η κ Βασιλική ήταν πολύ ευπρόσδεκτη!

We had a great stay in the house of Nikos. Everything is like described and really comfortable and clean. Great restaurant nearby. Shop around the corner, calm neighbourhood. Great place to combine with a visit to Olympia. Nikos and his mother are really friendly and helpful, adding to a great feel of hospitality.

Had a fantastic stay at Sofita Sea View Apartment, on the main Street of Argassi which was fab as we could walk to all the restaurants and shops etc. But was still at a more peaceful and quiet end of the street. Windows do a good job at keeping noise out. Place was clean and beautiful with everything you need. Host was great at communicating and very friendly, she also messaged to check in half way through to ask how our stay was going. I would definitely come back!

Μείναμε για ένα βράδυ. Ο χώρος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και στην περιγραφή του. Η άφιξη μας ήταν ομαλή και ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν ευγενικός και διακριτικός. Θα προτιμήσουμε ξανά. Σας ευχαριστούμε!

Bel appartement fait avec beaucoup de goût, facile d'accès et au calme. Très bien situé, proche commodités. Seul bemol (très personnel), douche très petite 🛀🏼 Néanmoins hôte au top 👍🏼

My stay was everything I needed and wanted to full fill my stay in Patras. I highly recommend this condo. Location was perfect. Within walking distance and far enough from square that I felt safe and private in my stay. Lena is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful in any questions and numbers to help navigate where I want to go while my stay in Patras.

Had a great stay here for 4 nights. Perfect location, short walk into town and close to the beach. The apartment had everything you need for a few days and the host was extremely helpful and friendly.

Dionisis was a great host for me. welcomed me on arrival, this is always a nice thing. the view you wake up to money just can't buy. it's a perfect location if you want to relax and only a 5 min walk to all the shops, hire companies and amazing restaurants.

Παρα πολύ καλή διαμονή, εξυπηρετικοτατη η κα Κατερίνα. Το μόνο σίγουρο πως θα ξανά πάμε όταν χρειαστούμε να μείνουμε Πάτρα!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Unterkunft! Die Wohnung liegt in extrem ruhiger Lage, direkt am Meer – der Ausblick auf das himmelblaue Wasser und das Meeresrauschen waren einfach traumhaft. Der Zugang zum Meer ist über eine private Treppe möglich. Die Mama von Angelo hat uns hervorragend empfangen und sich mit großer Gastfreundschaft um alles gekümmert. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und hatte alles, was man braucht– genau wie in der Beschreibung. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Unterkunft und der schöne Garten haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Fazit: Absolute 5-Sterne-Unterkunft – perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub am Meer! Vielen Dank nochmal an Angelo und Angelo‘s Mama für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
