We really enjoyed our stay—especially the beautiful garden, which felt like a little paradise. The large pool was a highlight: great for swimming and with a shallow section perfect for children. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially Yudi, who took great care of us. The two-bedroom villa is very open, with separate bathrooms and an open-air living area. As the weather was rainy during our stay, the outdoor space felt less cozy in the evenings. It’s worth noting that there’s no enclosed living room—so you’re mostly outside unless in the bedroom. The kitchen includes a fridge, sink, and water dispenser but no stove. Breakfast was included and delicious; lunch and dinner are also available on-site and very tasty. The location is quiet, down a peaceful side street, with an Alfamart nearby. You’ll need a scooter or driver to explore or reach other restaurants, but it’s a lovely place to relax.

We absolutely loved staying at JAWA House! It was in the perfect location, on the only street that crosses the entire island (which they taught us). The breakfast every morning was delicious. They took time to explain the island to us when we arrived and gave us a welcome tea. They assisted us with booking bikes for our stay (highly recommend getting around). Everything was amazing, we loved the villa, it was the perfect size for us and felt super private and cosy. 10/10 would recommend, the staff are friendly and make the stay even better!

Wir hatten eine atemberaubende Woche in der Villa. Zu der Lage muss ich nicht viel sagen, das beschreiben die Bilder. Was besonders hervorgestochen hat, war das Team, das sich durchgehend um die Sicherheit und Sauberkeit gekümmert hat. So konnten wir einfach die Zeit genießen, ohne uns um etwas kümmern zu müssen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. Besten Dank an den Inhaber und das herzliche Team.

Easy to find and felt safe. Pool is good and so close to main street. Rooster starts early and so do prayer songs that wake you up. 4 bikes in villa great for riding around the island each morning. Ok for price and had a coffee pod machine...which is a major bonus. Buy some mosquito coils and have a few going morning and night! Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Got stung by stingers in the ocean so take cortisone, analgesia and valium.

This villa is just stunning. Photo’s don’t lie. When we arrived we had such a warm welcome! Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The villa is very spacious, clean and so much eye for details. Just be aware that the island is still developing and new villas are being build. This will come with noise. I’m a light sleeper, so the mosk at 5am was my wake up call, ear plugs are provided. My husband and kids (4 and 3 yo) slept through it ;) The island is small, within minutes you can be anywhere! The bicycles with kids seats was just perfect for us! Thank you Kalyana for everything! Will definitely come back next time!

This was the most WONDERFUL place to stay! My favourite place I’ve ever stayed in Lombok/Bali! The villa was private, beautiful, comfortable and relaxing with THE BEST views! The outdoor space was brilliant with the gorgeous private pool and the huge cabana to protect you from the weather. The rooms were so comfortable and the staff were lovely and helpful. They put us in touch with an excellent private driver (Jon) though you can order Bluebird taxis very easily with the app and they have a cheap fixed price. You can walk down the beach to a restaurant or catch a quick and cheap taxi to plenty of other restaurants. It isn’t in walking distance to much - but a 5 to 10minute taxi ride gets you to heaps of places. The staff were also so understanding when our young son was sick and made a mess of the bed right before check out. (Sorry again!) I can’t wait to come back again! We LOVED staying here! We enjoyed our time at Mareks place. The pool was lovely. The bedrooms were nice. I enjoyed the outside showers but you will get a few centerpeeds, spiders and frogs because you are outside. The outside wall is tall but construction on the other side means someone could potentially jump over the wall which means we had to keep our bathroom door locked at all times for safety. In saying that the security in the complex is very good and monitored 24/7. All the staff were helpful and friendly and looked after us. Our driver Lio was really helpful showing us around. The walk to the beach is around 15mins so not super close, hiring a scooter would be recommeded, but lots of restaurants to choose from within 200m walk. The Mosque is very close so you will get an early morning call to prayer (followed by another 4 throughout the day) Overall we really enjoyed our time in Lombok and the Villa is lovely.

This is a great retreat on Gili Air. The Gili Air beach and the Slow Villa is the perfect combination for a typical Gili day! We had the Slow Double Villa as family with three kids for four nights and we really enjoyed our stay! What a wonderful atmosphere for a vacation... one thing though: think the bike rental should be included in the price.

Staying in this beautiful villa in Bali has been an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an incredibly friendly and attentive staff, always ready to meet our every need. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa itself is a true gem. Nestled by the beach, it offers breathtaking views of the ocean and direct access to a stunning pool. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, perfectly reflecting the charm of Bali. We leave with precious memories of these six days spent here, and we warmly thank the entire team for helping to make our vacation so special. We hope to return soon to relive this wonderful experience.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa et avons été absolument charmés par la vue spectaculaire — un vrai tableau vivant, du lever au coucher du soleil. L’emplacement est paisible, idéal pour se ressourcer, et la terrasse offre un cadre magique pour les repas ou les moments de détente. Cela dit, quelques éléments mériteraient un peu d’attention. La villa aurait besoin de quelques travaux de maintenance pour être vraiment à la hauteur de son potentiel : certains équipements montrent des signes d’usure, et un nettoyage plus rigoureux, notamment autour des abords extérieurs où quelques déchets traînaient, serait le bienvenu. Avec un peu d’entretien supplémentaire, cette villa deviendrait sans aucun doute un petit paradis. Nous y avons malgré tout passé un très bon moment, et espérons voir ces petits détails améliorés pour un éventuel prochain séjour.

Le paradis sur terre. Seuls au monde, dans un endroit hors du temps. Nous y avons séjourner quelques jours avec nos enfants. La villa est superbe, la vue unique et le personnel aux petits soins. Le luxe d’un hôtel particulier. Nous y retournerons.

We had the most wonderful stay at this villa. The hospitality is honestly world class. The host was super attentive and sent us the best recommendations. The villa has a chef and housekeeping everyday. The views are incredible. It is very private and safe. We felt right at home ❤️

Stayed at Maria’s Villa during our trip to Gili T and absolutely loved it! The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach and main street, but far enough from the noise to relax. The villa was clean, spacious, and had a really nice island vibe. Loved the outdoor bathroom and the private pool was perfect for cooling off after exploring. Rooms had everything we needed—comfy beds, A/C, and good Wi-Fi. Maria and her team were super friendly and helpful, arranging bikes, snorkel trips, and giving great local tips. It felt personal and welcoming. Overall, great value for money and a peaceful spot to enjoy the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Never going back to Bali! 3 families stayed in the large villa and it was a fantastic, modern, 5 star experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of grass and options for all the kids to play. The restaurant focused on western food which was above average. This is probably where Bali outshines - Food. Selong beach nearby is as good as you’d find anywhere in Australia, and the vibe is peaceful and low key. We’d return in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to other families. Oh yeah - at one point we had 20+ monkeys on our terrace. Be sure to lock doors as the cheeky buggers have learnt how to open.

House was lovely and spacious, right by the main street in Kuta but still quiet and private. Host was awesome, helped arrange transport and motorbikes and was easily reachable to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be back.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold hos Leona i Setangi. Værelserne er store og rummelige og køkkenet er virkelig veludstyret. Selve huset er “langt” fra indkøb og restauranter, så du skal bruge taxi eller have scooter til det meste (det kan Leona også hjælpe med). Som børnefamilie var det lidt besværligt, at stedet var så relativt “isoleret”, men omvendt gav det en god ro og husets rummelighed var et stort plus til gengæld. Vi anbefaler også turen til Nipah Beach for en tur på stranden, da den nærliggende ikke egner sig til badning, men til gengæld til solnedgang 👍🏻
