It was a great pleasure to meet Toni and Samuel and the team. We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was delicious and the fact that your wife made pancakes for my girlfriend, bc she was ill was indescribable! Unfortunately bc of that we couldn’t go with Toni to Tetebatu (he would have even invited us to a daytrip). You are all just a pleasure for the world! We had the most wonderful stay at Are Guling Bungalows. The room had a great view and was exactly as described. It was near some beautiful beaches and the town of Are Guling is still very authentic. We were mostly very pleased with the fantastic assistance of Beng Beng the property manager. He was attentive, gave good tips and even prepared us an early breakfast when we had an early transfer to the port.

We have stayed in Lombok Rinjani Villa for a day and is one of the best experiences of our trip. It is a beautiful, spacious & well-maintained resort with stunning views of Mount Rinjani. The staff is friendly and cooperative, they even looked after our luggage while we went for trek to Mt Rinjani. A special note of Laely should be made. She is a wonderful host with immense knowledge of all places around. We had an awesome dinner complimented with great conversation. We got to know many things about Lombok. She is genuinely interested and committed to introduce the beauty of Sembalun,Lombok to the tourists. All in all we wish we had more time.

Len's place is fantastic and he was a great host. The place is up on the hill, about 7min scooter ride from town with an amazing view of Kuta, peaceful surroundings and a couple of hammocks on the patio you can watch the sunrise from - so nice! The house itself was very clean and tidy - a cleaner would come most days and leave the place spotless which was very nice to come home to. Some of the other places I stayed in Kuta had issues with a sewage smell probably due to inadequate plumbing but this place did not - probably because the toilet is up high and is built like a throne haha (nice view from the toilet also). The place is very private so you can open up the doors to create a nice breeze but even so, it never got too hot inside. If you're looking for a clean, calm & quiet place to relax this is a great spot. I worked remotely from here for 2 weeks. The internet was great, I had no issues. Len was a great host with fast & helpful communication. I'd 100% stay again.

Nous avons adoré séjourner chez Owa. L’endroit est tellement paisible, calme et reposant. Le lieu est incroyable, en pleine nature, et à la fois proche de la plage d’Areguling. Nous avons pu faire du surf. Nous avons également pu diner chez Owa où la cuisine est exceptionnelle! Ils ont été au petits soins et ont su s’adapter à notre régime alimentaire. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipés, avec la clim. Les hôtes nous ont recommandé pleins de bonnes activités autours (moto, atelier cuisine). Nous avons aussi testé les massages aussi proposé par l’hôte qui étaient supers. Nous avons pu booker un scooter sur place. Vraiment une belle découverte, nous reviendrons!

We felt more then welcome, from start to end, by the radiant smile and kind caretaking of Adaks, Gooogle and Made. They supplied us with mineralwater and insectspray when needed, arranged bikes and cabs and recommended us the best warung on Gili Meno, situated just around the corner: Tip of the Tongue; very nice local people and fresh food, try the fresh fish, we went there everyday. We loved the silence and peace of this specific spot on the island: 5 minutes on the bike to the north for wonderfull snorkling spots, 5 min to the west (divine divers has a nice beachrest) for the sunsets. The south and east of the island are still poorly developed and a bit messy, we experienced. A calm and humble place, well designed and with a lovely veranda, to snorkle and relax.

Nous avons passé de très bons moments chez Makbuk. Le cadre de vie est très reposant et verdoyant. Le bungalow est très comfortable et propre. Nous avons pu déguster de la cuisine locale dans le restaurant du homestay sans doute l’un des meilleurs que nous avons trouvé à Lombok (recommendation spéciale pour le Urap-Urap). Nous avons aussi pu profiter de la région grâce aux activités proposés : randonné dans les rizières et forêts environnantes et découverte de la culture locale.

J’ai passé un moment vraiment exceptionnel chez la famille de Kusuma ! Tous les membres de la famille ont été d’une grande gentillesse avec moi. La femme de Kusuma est une cuisinière incroyable : j’ai pris tous mes repas chez eux, et je me suis régalée à chaque fois ! La petite cabane, nichée en pleine nature, m’a fait énormément de bien. C’était un vrai havre de paix. Ils ont aussi une chienne adorable, « Api », qui a su me charmer dès le premier jour. J’ai adoré partager ces instants avec la famille de Kusuma. Un immense merci à eux pour leur accueil si chaleureux. C’est sans aucun doute l’un des plus beaux moments de mon séjour en Indonésie.

We enjoyed our stay at the Peraja Coffee. They even picked us up at the harbour and we had a little local tour with food stops on the way to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the accommodation as described. When coming back to Lombok we would definitely book this accommodation again.

Had a great stay at Saifana. If you’re looking for a quiet yet charming place in North Lombok, this place is for you. We were greeted so warmly by the staff, everybody was so friendly, including the on- site dog Frankie and cats Basil and Baloo! The rooms were minimal but clean. There is no AC, but there are fans and mosquito nets in each room which helped cool us down. The bathrooms were nice as well, however you do have to take the stairs down from the bedrooms. We especially loved our meals here, the farm-to-table dinners were delicious. The farm offers cooking classes and farm tours that we would have liked to try but unfortunately did not have time for. A very pleasant stay, highly recommend and will come back if I have the chance!

We had a Nice stay for just one night before going to Lombok. The pool is really good and the house is very big, clean and has everything. We also enjoyed the television. They helped us get a taxi in the Morning when we couldn’t find one.

Amazing place to star with the view in the ocean. I really prefer it to people who want to chill and relax.

Indonesian luxury at its finest. Amenities, A/C, motorbike etc. are all provided. You won’t find a better located place in Sumbawa or even Indonesia. Only a couple steps away from 2 world class waves. The owner, Rachel is a pure and honest guy. He’s a well established local, he will help you out with anything. Wether you need a local guide on nearby surf spots or just a story teller to entertain your nights, he’s the man. Thanks again.

Rachel was very hospitable. He let me cook fish I caught on a fire at the property. The open door policy on his kitchen made for a very comfortable environment. He also helped arrange my taxi to the airport very early in the morning without issue.

Beautiful location. Quiet. The owner is on site and answer any questions you need. Highly recommend
