Loved our stay even though it was only short! The view is beautiful and the room is so pretty. The amenities like the big TV, small kitchen and bathtub were perfect and the bed was very comfortable! Hope to be back soon!

If you’re looking for a hotel-like experience with a unique twist, this place is perfect. The panoramic views of Hanoi from the large windows are absolutely stunning, and the cold A/C was a welcome comfort after a day of exploring. I felt completely safe during my stay, and the environment was peaceful and secure. Although it’s located in the tourist area, it still felt quiet and private — a great balance of convenience and calm. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located stay in Hanoi.

The apartment was new and clean. The bed was ok (spring mattress) and we had all we needed in the kitchen for light cooking. The bathroom was clean with a great shower. The only things I felt were missing was a microwave and the bedside tables. In summary the apartment was great and the price good.

great location, 20 min walk to old town but far enough out that it’s not too busy on roads. Space was beautiful, looks just like the pictures. Would recommend.

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

Staff were super helpful. They were friendly when I picked up the keys. The hosts were also very responsive when messaged through airbnb. Located in a nice part of Hanoi in Tay Ho near everything you could need. Nice views of west lake from the room.

Stayed here 4 nights, was meant to stay 3 but we liked it so much we wanted to stay an extra night. The host was very friendly with quick response time. An amazing, stylish, quirky little apartment. Very clean, good location in Old quarter. It’s a busy road but you can’t hear much noise at all. Very lovely cafe at the bottom with delicious egg coffee. The only thing we’d suggest is more storage space for large travel rucksacks but no big issue at all.

The place is clean and has a beautiful view. You can chill by the lake when you go out and can find cafes, street foods, photobooths, and art place. The host is helpful and responsive as well.

Excellent value for money. Apartment very well located with everything within walking distance. Excellent WiFi and satellite tv. Spacious for 2 people with a usable balcony. Would highly recommend.

Stayed at Van’s place for just one night with my friends. We are amazed with the property size, and the fish pond right at the dining area. The kids enjoy feeding the fishes. The master room is separately located from other 3 bedrooms, providing additional privacy

Great host and staff — was travelling with my father and they offered the apartment next door for him which was so helpful. Places were clean and neat and had all available amenities present. Would recommend this place.

This place far exceeded my expectations. My experience reminded me of how airbnb used to be with a lovely personal touch, and I would stay again in a heartbeat. Service: Incredible care and proactive hosts, great communication, great local recommendations, especially food :) Location: Walkable to the old quarter but an opportunity to stay in a quieter neighbourhood. Walkable to everything you need ATM, markets, etc Apartment: Spacious, clean, beautiful furnishings, filtered water available and the hosts left instructions on stickers around the house on how to use things and where to find things. Internet and AC was good for a comfortable remote working setup & shower water pressure was great

Anna has been really hospitable from the time I arrive to the time I checked out. Despite my late arrival as I was coming from a sleeper bus, she waited to ensure I had a smooth process checking in and switched on the air-con to cool the room in time when I arrive. Instructions were clear as visuals were provided. Room was as shown and clean too! Smells really nice and cozy. Had a pleasant time here and it was sweet of her to bring up some lychee fruits and change of towels. There is also a halal restaurant less than 5 mins away the accom. The extension cable is beneficial for us too! Would be great to have a big mirror in the room itself. Anna is very responsive and overall an amazing host. Highly recommend! :) Thank you Anna! (P.s the water cooler is super convenient for me to refill my water)

This was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in as a long term guest in Hanoi! I stayed here for about 5 weeks, and would definitely recommend this Airbnb for people who are going to be staying in Hanoi for a long period of time. Linh and her colleagues were responsive and took care of any questions or issues I had. They also provide free weekly cleaning services for long term guests! Nearby, there is a mall with a supermarket, many other shops and a gym that is a five minute walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, everything was spotless and the location was ideal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!

This location was a gem to find within the city. Upon arrival I was stunned and had to send a message regarding the beauty of the design. Quite unique and comfortable. The balcony was surely a beautiful addition I’ve never seen before. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wooden bathtub - amazing, the kitchen was equipped with needed essentials, just overall I enjoyed the stay and was amazed at the design.

Trâm was an incredible host. He was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay in Hanoi, which really made us feel at home. The airbnb is beautifully designed, spacious and calm. You do not really notice that you are in such a busy area as the airbnb is located in the back of the house. The area is great, you can walk everywhere and come home in between. We would 100% recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again if returning to Hanoi.
