Holiday rentals with an EV charger in West Jakarta City

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

This is our second time staying at the host’s listing because we had such a great experience the first time around. was beyond expectation. The unit was pristine with new kitchen appliances and utensils. Netflix and the fast internet made our stay cozy. The main reason we chose to stay again was its convenient location, it’s walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia and the MRT stop. There’s also wonderful building facilities, open-air swimming pool, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the gym which view was overlooking then whole city. Also thanks to our friendly host for recommending a the best local food around the area.

The apartment is spectacular. The luxurious feeling was very hospitable. Well decorated, beautiful decor and convenient amenities. The view is amazing. Laundry snd convenience store right downstairs. Pool is excellent. Food and supermarket easily available just a few minutes walk. The staff Intan was very nice to communicate with. She was kind, helpful and gave clear instructions. It was such an incredible experience in this apartment. I look forward to being back here soon...

Irma puts much thought into making her Airbnb as comfortable as possible. The bed was comfortable, and the TV was a great size. A complete set of toiletries was provided. The kitchen was well-equipped. I was especially happy to find a microwave and a hot water kettle - my two must-have kitchen appliances! There were a few minor hiccups during my stay, but Irma and her staff responded quickly to resolve them. I'll gladly stay at this Airbnb again.

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰

Each tower has its own security officer which is very friendly and helpful. The facilities like gym, tennis court and swimming pool are awesome! Check in and check out process was very easy. Amenities are quite ok but if you need anything there's a walking distance minimart in the other tower. I also like the balcony where you can chill and have a magnificent city light view at night. Definitely will recommend this property to anyone who's looking for a short or even long stay.

First of all, Rainy is a polite, friendly and a responsive host. The apartment itself was well deco-red and the utilities were worked well with our long stay (11 night). My family and I were comfortable and our expectations have been met. The place was clean and odourless and provided comfort for myself and my young child. When I arrived, she turned on the aircon so the place was cool. She even provided us a small dinner, which I was grateful for, since we were arriving at night time. Her instructions were clear and it was lovely to stay at her place. Would consider staying again.

This was my home for 4 months! — from the beginning, Pak Justin was accommodating and was very prompt in his responses. The place is squeaky clean and throughout your stay if you need cleaning service it is only one text away. Amenities at the building is great, everyone in the building is also very friendly should you need to approach them for local recommendations etc. Also a good strategic location if you’re looking to explore more towards central and west jakarta, it is also quite near to go to Tangerang and PIK so highly recommended especially in terms of location. There’s so much more I can say but in short, it is very worth the price, recommended for solo travellers especially or even couples for both long & short stay. if you’re working remote, good to note that the wifi is great too! 👍

The room is very comfy and full of needed facility. Affordable stay for 4 persons to squeeze in. We are 3 person, 1 person on the sofa bed is comfortable enough. They have familymart, kopi kenangan, canteen, and shipping expedition nearby the building. Check in was very easy. We didn’t make it to the pool but i bet that will be perfect to tru while staying with family. Afril is a very informative person, thay for the place!

Love the apartment and its location. Staff within the complex were always wearing a smile. Host was extremely helpful and responsive via the airbnb app. Water and dispenser provided. The unit overlooks a water body where children swim and people fish. It is a short and enjoyable walk to the entrance of apartment complex if you want to go to the mall next door. A few times the security on the grounds offered me a buggy ride to the entrance even though it’s really just a short walk. They would even help to stop the traffic for me to cross over to the mall. There is a small alfa mart right downstairs next to the lobby if you just want to grab some quick snacks. Also a japanese restaurant that i never went but looks bustling at night. B1 concierge is a place to hold and send packages if you need. I think they have a fridge? for if you order groceries. Host recommended a great and afforadble laundry service provider and they pick up from b1 too.

The accommodation was generally clean and cozy, and its great location made it convenient for sightseeing. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. We met at the lobby and moved to the accommodation together while receiving a detailed explanation. The bed was comfortable, and a large bottle of water was provided. Since it’s in the city center, there was some noise from motorcycles and vehicles early in the morning. The view was nice, and overall, the stay was well worth the price. I had a great experience and would love to visit again. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is brand new, spotless, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was clean, and there were some welcoming snacks, which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the overall vibe was peaceful. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!
