Amazing!! Great location in a beautiful place. Stunning stay. It was so amazing to hear the sounds of the jungle while being in the villa. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Few ants located inside. Would 1000% recommend staying here!

AMAZING! One of our favorite places we have ever had the pleasure to stay at in Costa Rica and I have been coming to this beautiful country for a decade. The springs are fantastic and well maintained. the property is beautiful and has a great hiking trail loop. I got to see blue Jean strawberry dart frogs too! The treehouse is gorgeous, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen was great and the bed was comfortable. We loved it so much that we spent most of the day on the grounds after we checked out. the cherry on top was being greeted and having a chat with the wonderful owners. Kathy and Bernie and incredible people and I absolutely recommend this gem of a place!

We had the best time staying at David’s place! He was so responsive and accommodating. We felt so welcomed and loved our little jungle oasis 🩵 We would recommend David’s place to everyone looking for a private and hospitable home!!

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! This house is tucked in the jungle with loads of wildlife all around. There are other houses on the property, but they have preserved the gardens and jungle in such a fabulous way that you can’t even see any of the other houses. Felt super private. The plunge pool was absolutely delightful after we returned to the house. There are so many things close by, we especially love La Leyenda pizza restaurant. Which is just a short ride down the street in Playa Chiquita. Tine got back to me very quickly after each text I sent her. We will definitely stay here again!

Wir waren für zwei nächste im April bei Jan. Es war der reinste Wahnsinn- mitten im Dschungel, ohne Fenster und nur mit einem Moskitonetz schlafen ist was anderes. Man darf keine Angst vor den Tieren haben und man muss versuchen sich darauf einzulassen ☺️. Auch die kleine Angst nach der ersten Nacht ( da die Affen schon ziemlich nah waren) hat Jan uns genommen und vieles über die Natur und Tiere erzählt. Man kann sogar Dschungel Touren direkt mit ihm unternehmen. Für den Weg zur Unterkunft sollte man jedoch festes Schuhwerk bzw. bei Regen mit Profil dabei haben oder man zieht die vor Ort Gummi Stiefel an wie ich :) Vielen Dank an Jan und seine Familie- es war ein Abenteuer welches wir nie wieder vergessen werden!

Nuestra estancia en la casa de pájaros fue simplemente maravillosa. El entorno es tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para desconectar y relajarse. La cabaña estaba muy limpia, acogedora y bien equipada, con detalles rústicos que la hacían aún más especial. Adela, Tomás, y Matías fueron muy atentos, nos recibieron con calidez y nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones para disfrutar de la zona, además de una caminata guiada en el bosque espectacular. Despertar con el canto de los pájaros y disfrutar de una taza de café con vista al paisaje fue una experiencia inolvidable. Recomendado al 200 % para quienes buscan paz y contacto con la naturaleza. Por cierto, los desayunos de Adela están buenísimos.

The tree house was everything I would expect from Costa Rica, no detail was spared. This was an ethereal place that was a perfect distance between both montezuma and Santa Teresa. It was easy to get into town, but also beautiful enough to spend the evening in—watching the storms! When I make my way back to the Nicoya peninsula I will 100% come back to this place

Staying at the tree house was definitely the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. If I could give it 10 stars I would. It was such a unique place to stay at, to take in the beauty of Monteverde. The home was comfortable, peaceful and exactly as pictured. We loved walking the trails on the reserve and into town. My only regret was that we weren’t able to stay longer.

El lugar estaba increíble, la cabaña daba una sensación acogedora, tuve que quedarme más tiempo. Volvería sin dudarlo, además Diego el coanfitrion muy atento.

We showed up later in the evening and had staff show us to our room. We came after the restaurant was closed but they offered to make us dinner which was above and beyond. Juan was extremely friendly and drove us into town when we needed to go. It was extremely great to have transport available. The cabin itself was extremely clean and we were offered fresh sheets and towels on our second night. We would love to come back and spend more time here in the future. An absolute hidden gem and lived up to all expectations

My wife and I absolutely loved Christy & Walter's Airbnb. It was absolutely perfect. Host's were very responsive to questions and provided many suggestions for various questions. The Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The locals were friendly and provided many recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our 36th anniversary. This Airbnb checked all the boxes we were looking for. Best of Airbnb. We hope to visit some time soon

An amazing stay with Sarah and Don! We really enjoyed coming back to the place and relax on the deck after a long day at the surrounding beaches. It was very private and in a convenient location. Sarah provided us with all we needed and also greeted us with some muffins (which were amazing!!!!). We really enjoyed the place and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit St Thomas.

We had a blast at Ricky & Lori’s! Ricky was a friendly host! Perfect location in Puerto Viejo, close to all the beaches and restaurants, but tucked away enough to feel like you are in the jungle. Thank you Ricky and Lori!

Rancho Romana was extremely Cozy and comfortable. Definitely for nature lovers. However be prepare to walk a bit when going up to your room. And since its a bit isolated phone signal is going to be poor So I'd recommend downloading offline maps on goolgle maps so that gps may work. Apart from that there are a lot of activities to participate in the nearby area.

A beautiful and sturdy treehouse, built on three levels around a mango tree. I loved waking up to the birdsong in the morning with an almost 360 degree view over the tree tops and a clear view down to the coast. Sylvia and Bruno gave a warm welcome, including some delicious snacks and a rum punch. This is a great place for remote working, but also a unusual and romatic hideaway for couples. Just take care on the steps between each floors - they are very sturdy but steep - and don't be surprised to find yourself joined in the bathroom by a charming chorus of miniature frogs!

Catherine nous a proposé un logement de rêve ou le calme et la nature etaient au rendez-vous. A proximite randonnees, cascades, plages...un super combo pour laisser la place belle a la relaxation! Catherine a etait une super hote par son accueil et par son partage de petits coins tres sympathiques! Mais chuuut! Nous n en diront pas plus... Il n'y a plus qu'a se rendre chez catherine pour en savoir plus!!!!

5 stars doesn't seem like enough! Meeting Jano was special, because chatting with him about how he built the treehouse, added to the relaxed & unique ambience of it. Also, meeting the rest of the team, who were very courteous & helpful, added to the being a home feel of the place. With a fantastic view from the large deck, & from any room in the house for that matter, with large trees swaying in the breeze providing ample shade, & the sound of birds everywhere, one cannot help but feel at peace. The large skylight windows, & glass doors creates an open air feel, with ample air flow, & helps to make the space feel larger than it is. The space is the exact amount one needs, and equipped kitchen to get you through your stay. The mini split A/C in the bedroom was helpful during hot, humid nights. Truly a tranquil place to stay, & to revisit in the future. Thank you Ti Kas
