Great great getaway place to relax. Right on the waterfront. You can get your boat, Jet ski and enjoy your stay. I loved watching sunrise with my cup of coffee.

Super clean and even had some snacks!!! I booked it the same day and I was able to go within a few hours. And it was super clean and organized!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Punta Preciosa. The location is beautiful and private. The beach was virtually deserted most of the time. The swimming was fantastic and it was also nice to walk along the sandy beach early in the morning and watch the Scarlet Macaws and other birds. Pascal was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my inquiries and often responded within the hour. He has created a very helpful digital welcome book which you receive access to after booking. He helped arranged excellent tours for us, all of which I would recommend - kayak tour of the mangrove, boat And snorkelling tour of the Gulf, a night walk and a trip to Corcovado. The house is very nice and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The gas stove and oven took some figuring out but worked well. There is no microwave or dishwasher. The main floor is open to the air so there were some insects at night but using the fan and insect repellent helped. We would love to go back again.

This was our first trip to Aruba and from planning before our trip until departure from Aruba, we have nothing but wonderful things to say about Anamaria and her home. Even before we arrived, Anamaria was responsive and helpful. Upon arrival, Anamaria accommodated our schedule, check-in was easy and we were welcomed into an immaculate home with every amenity you would need accounted for. Our teenage boys absolutely loved having their own villas and we all loved having our own tropical paradise. The game room was the perfect place for us to come together at the end of the night as a family and connect. It's any easy walk to the water from the house, bring water shoes for the beach. Even our boys loved relaxing in the water on the floats we brought with us and left behind for others to use :) When you look at the pictures, you might think they're too good to be true - they are not. Everything was perfect. Thank you Anamaria for the wonderful memories!

Not everyone who goes to Puerto Rico seeks solitude. We did and Sammy’s place provided just that. It was a remarkable stay. I would be remiss not to mention that we experienced an island-wide power outage. Sammy provided a generator and was very attentive to our needs during that time. We ended up leaving a day early (our choice) as it was unclear how long the outage would last and the downstream issues that might occur at the airport. Sammy’s place provided exactly what he promised, and we had a lovely time.

We had a great time! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved that it was close to multiple beaches so we could explore - Sanibel Island, Fort Myers and more. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hanging out in the outdoor area. My son even caught some catfish off the dock. The game room was perfect for evenings when we needed a break from the sun. Highly recommend and have already had requests from friends & family to share the listing!

From the get go we felt very welcome and at home. Harriet and her assistant, Tia were both there to greet us upon arrival and settled us into the property. The cottage is beautifully appointed with quality furnishings and appliances and spotlessly clean. The setting is wonderful : pristine beach, extremely quiet and it felt like we were on our own island paradise. Plenty of furniture in the well manicured gardens, which lead straight onto the beach with plenty of options for sun and shade. We particularly enjoyed taking the kayaks out early each morning into the large bay area with still and beautifully clear warm water. Thank you Harriet for a wonderful and memorable stay in your beautiful property !

Das Haus ist ein Traum !!! Es liegt in einem herrlichen Garten und ist trotzdem nur 1 min zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß, ruhig und top ausgestattet. Es gibt zum Beispiel Kayaks, Kinder Sandspielzeug, Yogamatten, Regenschirme (was durchaus praktisch war), viele spiele und Bücher, sogar Lego, Waschmaschine, Trockner (was auch durchaus praktisch war 😉) und die Küche hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Auch gibts tolle Gadgets, wie Holztische und Bänke die man wegklappen kann. So nehmen sie kein Platz innen weg, doch wenn’s regnet und man Platz braucht hat man schnell einen großen Esstisch… usw… Steve ist ein super Gastgeber, hat uns klasse empfangen und uns viele Tipps, Telefonnummern und Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir haben auch einen halben Tag mit einem Bekannten von ihm eine private Tour zu Verschiedenen Zielen gemacht was wir 100% weiter empfehlen können ! Vielen Dank nochmal für alles !!! Ich hoffe wir können irgendwann wieder kommen. Grüße an Niña…

Mike and Patty’s place was perfect for the two of us. Less than two blocks to the beach makes for an easy walk or bike ride. Great restaurants just down the street. This was just what we wanted for our Florida beach escape.

EXCELLENT host and EXCELLENT accommodations. Easy to check in and out. The host was very helpful and proactive with her directions. Beautiful cottage right on the water that offered a great view with extreme privacy. Highly recommended!

Great getaway - Beautiful mix of having your own getaway where you are completely alone but if you want into town and enjoy the amazing town of Cayey (which has one the best Plazas in Puerto Rico on the weekends) you can in 20 minutes. Jerry was a great host!

Las playas del francés son una joya escondida del mar caribe Colombiano. Aracelly muy atenta y servicial. La tienda que hay atras es muy bien dotada y util. Volveremos sin duda.

Hola! I don't even know how to begin! if I could give 10 starts I will do it. Let's begin, the Host Bernie, was UNBELIEVABLE, responsive, attentive, kind, friendly, easy to communicate and more! Place was IMPECABLE! Like WOW! It matches the pictures and the description. Everything was clean and clear! She actually has a book with instructions and everything has labels. VERY ORGANIZED, all in place! we actually don't want to leave this cabin! this is a GHEM! LOCATION is awesome! close to everything! 15 min away to the beach! it is a peaceful place, we actually feel like home! and we can't wait to come back! I wish I would call this place home, because something like this is what I would love to live! I cant wait to be here again! sharing info about this paradise with everyone I know! Un lugar mágico para descansar y conectar con la naturaleza. Las personas encargadas son muy atentas y proactivas conectar cualquier necesidad que tengan. This was the best place for a weekend retreat. You’re surrounded by nature 360 degrees and it’s amazing. The place is huge and has a pool and everything you can think of!

This place is awesome. Secluded yet right by everything. The tree frogs come out at night and sing you to sleep and the tropical birds awake you in the morning. There is a bit of a construction site near by, so a bit of noise if you like to sleep in, but nothing too major. You can walk anywhere in town that is necessary, but we had a car and found parking easy and convenient. Host was responsive the whole time and extremely helpful. The hot tub made this place feel truly amazing. 10/10 recommend

Le cadre est magnifique! L'eau devant la cabane est très calme et claire, c'est l'idéal pour observer les poissons avec les enfants. L'espace extérieur est amenagé de façon agréable et les environs sont très tranquilles. Il y a un hôtel avec un restaurant juste à côté pour les déjeuners et ils proposent les autres repas à des prix corrects. Juan est très aidant pour les questions d'entretien et de visites à faire dans les environs. La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée. Nous avons adoré notre pause sur l'île!

Truly Unforgettable Experience I enjoyed visiting Finca Las Palmas with my family and friends, and it exceeded every expectation. Our host, Mateo, was incredibly kind and maintained excellent communication from start to finish, making everything easy and smooth. This place is even more stunning in person—every detail reflects care, elegance, and tranquility. But what made this trip unforgettable was Camilo, whose warmth, empathy, and exceptional service made us feel genuinely cared for. He went above and beyond in every way, as did the rest of the staff, who were all equally attentive and kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We left with beautiful memories and full hearts, and we’ll definitely be back.
