Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in West Bay

The house was beautiful and clean. The host responded quickly and we had no issues. The view was incredible and within walking distance of a nice beach and restaurant. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and peaceful! Worth every penny!

Peter and Mitzi had been very responsive and kind allowing for late check out for our late flight, house is big enough, we walked to the beach but it’s a walk that not everyone in our group wanted to do due to the distance but easy drive to 7 mile beach. The home is enough to spread out and very comfortable. Great bargain and for our family we decided not to do a condo we have in the past and glad we did Peter’s house

Absolutely stunning stay! The home was beautifully beachfront, just steps from the sand and tastefully decorated with a relaxed, island vibe. Waking up to the sound of the waves and feeling like you were right in the ocean was unforgettable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully done.

I was on island for a quick trip. This end-unit townhouse was spotless, modern, conveniently located and our host was friendly, responsive and proactive. Highly recommended!

We came for spring break and absolutely loved the place. First, the view is absolutely fantastic! Being able to wake up and enjoy our morning coffee with the views of the ocean were a great way to greet the day. The pool was well used on our trip and it was both warm and clean! Loved the built in seats in the pool. The place was located near some great restaurants and close enough to everything that we didn't spend a lot of time getting from place to place. Chelsea was extremely helpful and very responsive. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Whispering Cay. The house and surrounding area is as beautiful as the photos! Mitzie has great information about the local area and things to do. The final touch is the amazing rum cake waiting for you when you arrive at the house.

My husband and I stayed here with our 18 year old son for a week and it was everything we hoped it would be. Instructions to check in couldn’t have been easier, parking in your own carport was perfection! Beds were comfortable- WiFi inside was good but an extender to outside areas would have been nice. We got great use of the beach chairs and all the beach towels they provided. We took them with us on day trips. The beach area is more for hanging out and laying out . Very relaxing but not an area you will want to get into since there is tons of vegetation. We were so happy to see a Netflix account set up on the TV and we used it every evening. One of my favorite things about this home was the large master closet and vanity area. We had so much space to organize our stuff and keep things tidy during our stay. There were a few things that needed attention when we arrived and Kate and Nick took care of it quickly!

This home is as beautiful as it looks. Very clean and truly has everything you will need. There are some great snorkeling spots across from the house in the beach access. Host went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and provided some great local recommendations. Every time we had a question he immediately responded or contacted the property management for assistance. You will need a rental car at this location to get around. We will definitely stay at this home again if we return to the island.

I can’t say enough about Tedrick’s place! It was spotless, comfy, modern and the view from the deck was spectacular! Tedrick was an excellent host. His responses were quick and informative. The location was perfect- right in the heart of everything! The airport, grocery stores, great restaurants, outdoor malls and the incredible Seven Mile Beach are all within 10-15 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and being right by the pool is a plus if you just want to take a break from the beach. During your stay, make sure to check out the magazines on the living room table. They give good ideas of where to go and what to do. There’s also a great cover story showcasing Tedrick’s inspiring journey in creating his perfume company. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to this beautiful island.

This is my second time staying at Mario’s and it was great! Just like the photos and love the location. They added newer beach chairs and an umbrella which was nice especially since it was always sunny during our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

This was the first time I have stayed somewhere with a bed that was as good if not better than my own at home! The place was better than advertised. Jennie was a great host, extremely quick at responding and also very helpful with suggestions. The grill ran out of gas and the tank was replaced in just a short time. Would highly recommend this place when visiting Grand Cayman!

Fantastic location on the SMB side of the island!!! The beach at RBC is dwindling, but it isn't difficult for an able bodied person to walk a short distance up the beach for those looking to enjoy more sand. The ocean here is fantastic, and the pool is clean and easily accessible to the entire complex. We have stayed here in the past and would trade being on a higher level with views for the ease of the ground access of Zhenya's property. Having had children with us, it was incredibly convenient to be able to come in from the beach and the parking area with groceries without having to navigate and lug things with us upstairs. We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for lodging at this price point. Our host was super responsive, and the condo had everything we needed to feel right at home. Cheers!

The condo and location were truly amazing. We had a wonderful stay, comfortable accommodations for a family of 5 and Gianrico was a great host. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the water is right in your backyard. The Rum Point Beach Club is right next door which is an easy spot to grab lunch or dinner. Rum Point in general was beautiful and serene and The Retreat is a really nice complex all around. We loved our stay there and hope to make it back!

We really enjoyed our stay here—the space was even nicer than the pictures reflected. Thanks to our host for the generous coffee, rum cake, and the great soaps. Just a super comfortable place that is close driving distance to anywhere we wanted to go. The Tori gate at the entrance is a nice touch too. Would happily stay here again and hope to one day!

Spacious apartment, has everything you need. Nice and peaceful neighborhood and a short drive from the airport. Joyceann is a great host. She stayed in touch checking on us throughout our stay. 5 stars!

My wife and I stayed for three nights. We loved the location…walk right out onto the beach! Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was perfect

We absolutely loved our time here. Be sure to bring plenty of money to accommodate your travel needs re: taxi, shuttle, water taxi services. The coffee shop was awesome for a quick breakfast, and we enjoyed the dinners at Kaibo. The place was so perfect for us, never crowded, friendly people, definitely worth it! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

A fabulous find off the beaten path in the Caymans. Close to Turtle Farm (walking), Macabucca (walking), Cemetary Beach (very short drive), grocery store (very short drive). Even though it feels MUCH less crowded/touristy, still only about 25 minutes from the airport. The condo itself: Perfect. Parents in master, three kids each with their own beds. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking. Spices/salt/pepper/oil present. Everything clean. Bedding reasonably comfortable. Washer and dryer were nice quality. Outdoor spaces: THE BEST PART. Porch overlooking the pool and ocean was our very favorite. Ate many meals out here. So convenient for watching the kids swim. And the sunsets were just amazing. Pool was very nice and never crowded. The ocean entry area was excellent. The tiny cove made getting snorkel gear on easy. Snorkeling from the house was very good-saw squids, parrot fish, angel fish, butterfly fish, flounder, puffer, even a barracuda! Snap this place up!

Reno and Agata were super supportive of our requests. Great location and very comfortable. The AC was refreshing after a day in the heat. They had all amenities to make a stay comfortable. The beach is steps from the place along with shopping stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you.

Spent a week here with our kids. It was beautiful. Would definitely stay in this area again and of course Lin was an excellent host. Had beach to ourselves most days. Saw sea turtles and rays daily. Turtle researchers were surveying nests on the beach and the kids got to see minutes old baby sea turtles. Renting a car is a must Imho. Ms. Piper’s Kitchen was our favorite meal. Pappagallo was also good. Skip Tukka. Bleh. Macabuca was a lovely last meal of the week. Lesson learned: The reef protects the shore, but there are still waves to play in. We rented kayaks. Don’t bother. You can snorkle out to the reef, just stay on the shore side of it. With water shoes you can make your way across the rocks to the deeper water, but you’ll likely get a scrape or two. More fish and interesting coral, but drops off to 30+ feet pretty quick. You can paddle out through the channel if you know what you’re doing, but don’t take kids. No way to anchor and big waves sneak up.

We loved the condo, the location, the decorations, and the landscaping of the complex. The condo had everything and more for what we needed. It had every possible amenity, utensils, soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, internet...the list goes on and on. The location was extremely convenient to the beach, food, and other places nearby. We would absolutely consider staying here again next time.

Colin was an exceptional host. Our flight arriving got delayed a full day so Colin allowed us to extend our reservation to make up for our lost day of vacation. Very kind of him. The home was beautiful, provided everything you need and was very clean. We were not at all affected by the noise construction next door. I would highly recommend this property. Location is near alot of great restaurants and smb isnt far.

Easy to get there and get in (it's a key code - no need to keep up with a key). Place is beautiful. Shower water does go from hot to cold a lot though. Great view from the very roomy balcony - pictures are accurate. Plenty of storage. High chair, and also some beach gear to use. They provide a great guide book. Good restaurants within walking distance, plus the pool bar/restaurant is good too. Cove is a 1-minute walk an has a breakwater, which allows for easy snorkeling. You can still see some good creatures (I saw a stingray). It's about a 10-minute beach walk south to a shipwreck directly off the coast (~30 feet), and the ship is partly above water - easy swim/snorkel, bring good water shoes (lots of craggy/sharp rocks). Not much for beachcombing, but there's a little. 15 minutes from West Bay, 45 minutes from Rum Point. All in all, a great place to stay. If we come back to Grand Cayman, we'll definitely to try get this place if it fits our schedule!
