Pet-friendly holiday rentals in West Attica Regional Unit

The beach village of Ag. Theodori is approximately an hour outside of Athens on the way to Corinth. “Villa Sofia” was the perfect bungalow to spend our final three days in Greece and to visit lifelong friends who live in this village. Just steps away from the boardwalk and the beach, we found our own private oasis. Named in honor of the hosts’ mother, the home was just as described. The hosts have done a wonderful job remodeling this cozy “home away from home”—including soundproof windows, automatic shutters, AC, a modern bathroom/kitchen, two bedrooms and a sitting room. We can’t forget to mention the patio with views of the sea. Constantinos and Filippos were very responsive and accommodating hosts who picked us up from the train station and made sure we were dropped off again to catch the 6:24am train to the Athens Airport for departing flights. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of red wine, fresh grapes, watermelon, coffee, and plenty of bottled water. Thank you to our hosts!

Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Είχαμε μια πολύ όμορφη διαμονή, το σπίτι έχει πανέμορφο κήπο και ωραίο μπαλκόνι με θέα στο βουνό. το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού είναι ακόμα πιο ωραίο και άνετο από ότι στις φωτογραφίες και ήταν όλα πεντακάθαρα. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη και ενδείκνυται για χαλάρωση και ξεκουραση. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

It was perfect for us for our short overnight stay and we loved the interior decoration, paintings and the covered courtyard. It was conveniently close to the ferry port and there was free on street parking for our van. The host was very quick to respond to our communications. Thank you! :)

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Pasamos un fin de semana en familia increíble !!!! El lugar es precioso con mucha calma y mucho verde …. El departamento estaba completamente equipado, no necesitamos nada extra! Volveremos sin lugar a dudas en cuanto podamos …. Nuestro anfitrión fue siempre respetuoso, amable y muy claro … Muchas gracias !! Lo súper recomiendo!

Το σπίτι ειναι απλα υπέροχο! 3 πανέμορφα υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία μολυ μεγάλη, κουζίνα εξαιρετική πεντακαθαρη και εξοπλισμενη με οτι χρειάζεσαι, αλάτια, πιπερια, λάδι, καφέ εσπρεσο ακομα και πλαστικά ποτηράκια είχε. 2 μπάνια στον πανω όροφο στα υπνοδωμάτια μεγαλα και 1 wc στον κάτω όροφο επισης πεντακάθαρα οπου ειχε πάλι τα πάντα αφρόλουτρα, σαμπουάν, κρέμα μαλλιών, πετσέτες εξτρα χεριών αρκετες και ακομα και αποσμητικά σώματος και χαρτιά χαρτομάντιλα για όσους δεν χρησιμοποιούν πετσέτες για το πρόσωπο! Η Εμμα καταπληκτική οικοδεσπότης, πολυ φιλική και ευγενική, υπέροχος άνθρωπος! Συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα την Εμμα και το υπέροχο σπίτι της για να περάσετε τις διακοπές η το σαββατοκύριακο σας με την παρεα η την οικογένεια σας! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft rundum genossen! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft – wirklich kaum zu übertreffen. Hier kann man perfekt dem Alltag entfliehen. Besonders schön war, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren und den tollen Pool ganz für uns alleine hatten – pure Erholung! Panos hat uns einen wunderbaren Strand empfohlen, der mit schattigen Plätzen, wenigen Leuten und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre absolut überzeugt hat. Panos war durchweg hilfsbereit, hat schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und uns mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt. Es war einfach nur erholsam – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wir waren 8 Tage im Mai hier. Sehr toll, wie auf den Fotos. Lage und Ausblick super. Nähe zu Restaurants und Bars am Beach und kleinen Läden, gut zu laufen, ca 15 min. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam, bei jeder Frage, die auftauchen könnte, sehr hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung war schon einiges an Verpflegung und Getränken vorhanden. Das Haus ist schön schlicht eingerichtet und modern. Sehr gute Matratzen in den Betten. Garten, Terrassen. Pool, Aussendusche. Schattenparkplatz. Preis in der Vorsaison für mich akzeptabel. Aufgrund des Geländes-man sollte sicher zu Fuß sein und einiges beachten, Kameras, Ordnung im Außenbereich macht täglich Personal.

Très beau séjour à la villa !! La vue est magnifique et la maison aussi. Katerina est très gentille et fait tout pour que nous soyons à l’aise! Merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour en famille.

Καναμε μια πολύ όμορφη επίσκεψη στο caja de anthea, την οποία θα επιχειρήσουμε να ξανακάνουμε το συντομότερο δυνατό! Πεντακάθαρο σπίτι με πολύ όμορφη αισθητική μέσα-έξω. Παρείχε ότι μπορεί κανεις να χρειαστεί για μικρή ή μεγάλη διαμονή. Η οικοδέσποινα ευγενέστατη και μας κατατόπισε για οποία πιθανή απορία είχαμε για το σπίτι και την περιοχή. Ανυπομονούμε να ξαναπάμε!

Dejligt hus i smukke omgivelser - lige ned til vandet. Skønt grill-område. Andreas var venlig og imødekommende. Huset er hyggeligt og autentisk.

Great place with a fantastic pool in Gazi. The hosts are very quick to respond. We loved our stay.

υσυχη περιοχη βρίσκαμε ευκολα παρκινγκ καθαρο δωματιο καλή επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα. Το προτείνω και σίγουρα θα ξαναπαμε .

The most beautiful apartment. I cannot recommend Marilena’s apartment highly enough. It’s a true design gem in the very center of the city. The photos do represent the place accurately but cannot do justice to the gorgeous high ceilings, the way the light moves through the apartment throughout the day, the joy of taking a cool bath in the heat of the afternoon or sitting on the balcony drinking wine by candlelight and listening to the sounds of Athens at night. This was just the spot I was looking for. So happy Marilena shares her beautiful space with us. I was so inspired. Thank you Marilena. We hope to be back someday!

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ ευχάριστος και η τοποθεσία όμορφη και ήσυχη. Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες άμεση με βοηθητικές λεπτομερείες. Overall είχαμε μια ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Wow. Cannot say enough. This place was perfect. Everything was within a reasonable walking distance. The metro that will take you anywhere in the city and from the airport is a minute walk away. Suzana was extremely kind and helpful with recommendations and any answers we needed. There were 3 great sized bedrooms each had its own ac unit and walkout patio, you also had access to a rooftop patio with a view. Would highly recommend.

If youre thinking about booking this apartment to enjoy Athens then do it. What a fab little place! Its within walking distance of the centre of Athens (just) and there's lots of local shops dotted about near it. It was very clean, and the view on the terrace.. wow. Breathtaking. The apartment had everything you need to enjoy your holidays. There was only a few bits that let it down.. now i know you dont go on holiday to watch tv, but after walking 30,000 steps during the day it would have been nice to be able to sit on the sofa, pop the tv on and relax for half an hour. It wouldn't work. No signal. Also the door handle on the main door falls off, easy fix to pop it back on but still panicked thinking I'd broken it. And a little advice.. please tell us how to use the washing machine in the handbook. That would have been a handy addition to our stay. But overall Maria was a fantastic host and i would definitely recommend staying here. Fantastic location and fab price. 9/10

Maria is a very helpful and welcoming host. Her apartment was very well done up and small details to make our stay comfortable. She helped us a lot with directions and places to go and helped us book our cab as well. The apartment is walking distance from the most happening part of town. We didnt need any transport once we reached there
