Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in West Attica Regional Unit

This home was so beautiful! It was a perfect size for our family of 8 (4 adults, 4 children). The views could not be better. The pools were great, we spent a lot of time in them. The beach is a short walk. There is a restaurant down the road we ate at multiple times with fresh fish daily, or you can drive a short 25 minutes into town for many restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive, house was very clean, comfortable beds. Overall an amazing stay and we would highly recommend!

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement d’Anna. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et la proximité avec le métro. Le quartier est assez tranquille et il y a pas mal de petits restaurants et commerces de proximité proches de l’appartement. Anna a pris le soin de nous laisser quelques recommandations activités/restos à tester que nous avons trouvé très bien ! Super communication et accueil de sa part ! Encore merci ! PS : à savoir que sur Athènes il y a une taxe de résilience climatique qui s’élève à 8€ par nuit (d’avril à octobre) pour les locations saisonnières. De novembre à mars cette taxe est à 2€. À prévoir dans votre budget en plus du prix annoncé sur Airbnb.

דירה מקסימה נקייה, מלאה אור בבוקר. חלוקה טובה כך שיש הפרדה בין אזור השינה והסלון. בידוד רעשים מצויין כשהחלונות סגורים למרות שגם ככה אין יותר מדי רעשים מהרחוב. מיקום מושלם קרוב להכל כולל מטרו. הדירה נמצאת במיקום מעולה בסמוך לרחוב הקניות (אמצע של רחוב הקניות בין מונסטרקי לסינטגמה) אבל ברחוב שקט יחסית כך שלא סובלים מרעשים בלילה. בנוסף ולא פחות חשוב- יש חדר בבניין בבעלות מנהלי הנכס שבו יש לוקרים גדולים לאפסן את המזוודות לפני הצ׳ק אין וגם אחרי הצ׳ק אאוט במידת הצורך. המארחים זמינים לשאלות ועונים תוך כמה דקות. אנחנו בהחלט נשוב !! ממליצה בחום.

Great location near the port for our cruise vacation. Great service and access, we had an amazing stay. The host was hospitable & welcoming. Plenty of room for my family of 5.

Nous avons eu super séjour dans le logement. Tout était parfait! L’hôte nous a même organisé le retour vers l’aéroport. Les quartiers à visiter se trouvent à environ 15-20minutes de marche. Je recommande.

το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, ωραίος χώρος και καθαρός, και η οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενική και συνεργάσιμη.

Καταπληκτικός, πεντακάθαρος και cozy χώρος! Νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου! Το σπίτι έχει τα πάντα μέσα και δεν λείπει τίποτα! Είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Έχει όλες τις ανέσεις, όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, μοντέρνα έπιπλα και καλόγουστη αισθητική! Και βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ήσυχη πολυκατοικία και γειτονιά, με μικρά καταπράσινα πάρκα τριγύρω! Αλλά και η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετική, καθότι η στάση του μετρό και του τραμ, είναι μόλις 200 μέτρα μακριά. Όποιο μέσο μαζικής μεταφοράς και να πάρεις, μπορείς μέσα σε 20-30 λεπτά, να βρίσκεσαι στην παραλία ή σε ακόμα λιγότερο χρόνο, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και κοντά στην Ακρόπολη! Εννοείται πως θα ξαναμείνω στο ίδιο μέρος και πως το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους! Θα μείνετε 100% ικανοποιημένοι! Τέλος, θα ήθελα να αναφέρω ότι οι οικοδεσπότες είναι ευγενέστατοι, διακριτικοί και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί άνθρωποι και πάντα ανταποκρίνονται άμεσα! Εξαιρετικοί και τους ευχαριστώ μέσα από την καρδιά μου!🙏

As expected, only thing that was not entirely clear was that what the 'third bedroom' was sort of the second half of the living room, but there is a sliding door that can be closed for privacy.

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

Yotas place is a real good alternative especially if you are on a budget and don’t mind sharing the bathroom Very comfortable bed, great AC and WiFi. She is very knowledgeable and helpful plus the place is in the most central location 👍

Το κατάλυμμα είναι απομονωμένο, μέσα στα πεύκα. Πολύ ωραίος εξωτερικος καλυμμένος χώρος με BBQ και αυλή. Υπάρχει αιρ κοντίσιον και τζάκι. Ο Παναγιώτης και οι γονείς του που μένουν πολύ κοντά είναι εξαιρετικά φιλόξενοι, νιώσαμε σαν να πάμε στην οικογένειά μας στο χωριό. Η παραλία είναι πολυ κοντά, ούτε πέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.

Παρά πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

A lovely apartment in a great location. Supermarket nearby, restaurants galore, easy walk to acropilis and plaka, and a good host. We highly recommend!

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημενο με όλες τις παροχές που αναγράφονται! Το σημείο αν και εύκολα προσβάσιμο, κοντά σε μαγαζιά, σούπερ μάρκετ και παραλία, ήταν πολύ ήσυχο και με υπέροχη θέα! Η κυρία Σοφία εξαιρετική στη συνεννόηση της καθώς είχαμε μαζί και το σκυλί μας και πολύ διακριτική! Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σίγουρα!!

The apartment was great very well catered and even a few treats left. Angeliki was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. Her contact before booking was excellent too. A great host and property.

This place is in an excellent location, the beds and bedding were lovely, the AC worked very well. (This place is worth it alone to see the Acropolis early in the morning and return immediately for a good nap). Most importantly, JJ Hospitality was very responsive before and during the stay. Even on a Sunday night they made it very easy to arrange an airport transfer for the next morning. The transport partner was excellent, too. The hot water situation was a non-issue once we got used to it.

Tina was absolutely outstanding! Her support and attention to detail made our entire trip go smoothly from start to finish. The property was in a perfect location right in the heart of Athens and even better than described. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Très bon rapport qualité prix Le logement se trouve proche des lieux touristiques. Nous n'avons pas du prendre les transports pour nous rendre où que ce soit (sauf aéroport). Damian nous a expliqué très précisément comment venir a l'appartement depuis l'aéroport. Il nous a donné de nombreuses recommandations locales. Les commerçants locaux sont très chaleureux. L'appartement était propre et tout à fait conforme à la description. Tout était à disposition et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Il ne fait pas trop chaud, même sans utiliser le climatiseur. Merci pour ce très agréable séjour

A fantastic base for exploring Athens! From the beginning, Kostis was an incredibly pro-active host and he was key in making our stay so enjoyable, smooth and stress-free. His recommendations are excellent, and he was really helpful in arranging reliable taxi drivers and guides. He is truly a super-host with clear, accurate and timely communication. The apartment is conveniently located close to the main areas and historic sites of Athens, everything very accessible on foot (and also steps away from public transport). It is very clean and thoughtfully decorated, with comfortable beds and all amenities should you wish to self-cater. However, there are so many great places for coffee and food close by if you want to experience wonderful Greek hospitality! It is also very quiet and peaceful even in such a central location. I highly recommend staying at this apartment, we will certainly choose it again for our next visit to Athens. Thank you Kostis!

Eξαιρετική διαμονή! Το σπίτι ήταν άψογο και καθαρό.

This is in a great location if you want to be able to walk to all the must-visit places in Athens. Stella was very communicative and makes it easy for a flexible check-in time. We really appreciated her help with arranging for us to have a driver back to the airport as well. Wish there was a screen-door to the patio so we could let the fresh air into the house without letting bugs in, but that was minor as we didn’t spend too much time at the place since we were out and about most of the trip.

I had an amazing stay at Gregory's place! From the very start, he was incredibly flexible and accommodating with both a late check-in and late checkout, which made my travel experience so much smoother. Gregory was super friendly, always quick to respond to any questions I had, and his warmth and hospitality truly made me feel at home. His level of care and attention to detail reflected the best of Greek hospitality. Highly recommend staying with him if you're looking for a top-notch experience!
